This information is so important that I felt to pass it along asap. As Christians we need very much to see a clear move of the Holy Spirit in our sick world today. So take a moment and pray together for the peace of our world and Jerusalem and Rom.13 for those in authority in our nation and the nations of the world. Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy, Ken<><

Past Great Quotes:
“I believe there is no doctrine more dangerous to the Church today than to convey the impression that a revival is something peculiar in itself and cannot be judged by the same rules of causes and effect as other things.” – Billy Sunday

“A true revival means nothing less than a revolution, casting out the spirit of worldliness and selfishness, and making God and His love triumph in the heart and life.” -Andrew Murray

“The coming revival must begin with a great revival of prayer. It is in the closet, with the door shut, that the sound of abundance of rain will first be heard. An increase of secret prayer with ministers will be the sure harbinger of blessing.”-Andrew Murray

“When is a revival needed? When carelessness and unconcern keep the people asleep.” – Billy Sunday

“Trying to run a church without revivals can be done when you can run a gasoline engine on buttermilk.” – Billy Sunday

“Revival comes from heaven when heroic souls enter the conflict determined to win or die-or if need be, to win and die! The kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.” -Charles Finney

“When Holy God draws near in true revival, people come under terrible conviction of sin. The outstanding feature of spiritual awakening has been the profound consciousness of the Presence and holiness of God.” -Henry Blackaby

Body Life Ministry, Key 6,
For me “Body Life Ministry” is there to help the Church learn how to Minister to the Church as in James: “Therefore, confess your sins to one another [your false steps, your offenses], and pray for one another, that you may be healed and restored. The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power].” James 5:16

Of course this take a degree of maturity in Love to cover the multitude of sins. “ Above all, have fervent and unfailing love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins [it overlooks unkindness and unselfishly seeks the best for others]” . 1 Peter 4:8 1 Cor. 13 fits nicely here as well. When the Body of Christ learns to Minister to the needs of the Body of Christ in the Holy Spirit. That is when it really starts to look like Jesus and is healthy and has HIS power. The division between clergy and laity discourages this. Theater Church also discourages this kind of social ministry. The Holy Spirit is seated at the pipe organ, we are the many peddles keys and stops at HIS disposal. We must learn to sound only as we are on pitch and anointed to do so to hear God’s voice. Each soul is a precious living stone to be fitly joined and compacted together so the World can experience Christ Jesus through HIS Church. Eph. 4:11-17, John 17: 20-22, John 12:24-26.

So if we stay close to the Holy Scripture in sharing Jesus He will become what many can know and then will ask questions if they are seeking to grow spiritually. There are many who would really like to grow spiritually but don’t know how and some have been boxed up in some little denomination and made a church member rather than learn to be a disciple of Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus has appointed HIS apostles, ministers and disciples to make disciples that are like HIM in spite of what the world might think or be doing. The only membership in HIS Kingdom is to be in a relationship with Christ Jesus as LORD. Our task is to assume HIS vision and become apart of Him in sharing HIS solutions for sin and the sins of our world. Our calling is to find HIS sheep that are lost among the wolves of this world and to feed them the Word of God to grow up into HIM and to help protect them for HIM.

6th Key to the Kingdom,
The Menorah in the Tabernacle was/is the 6th symbol for these 7 spirits of God. Isaiah 11:2-3

And the Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him—
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and strength,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the [reverential and obedient] fear of the Lord—
3 And He will delight in the fear of the Lord,
And He will not judge by what His eyes see,
  Nor make decisions by what His ears hear;

Worthy Brief <worthybrief@worthynetwork.com> A recent survey has found that only 35% of Americans believe salvation is obtained through faith in Christ alone, while 48% believe salvation can be earned through being a good person, Arizona Christian University (ACU) reports. U.S. authorities have seized millions of dollars and hundreds of virtual currency accounts used to funnel money to al-Qaida, Islamic State (IS) and Hamas’s military wing, the Justice Department announced Thursday. Iran is moving to boost production of nuclear fuel at a key facility was struck by apparent sabotage last month.

SECURITY IN CHRIST JESUS “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/13/20

Today’s Scripture (Across my desk this morning from a church in Texas.)
“…This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins…” (1 John 4:10, NLT)

This is Real Love
“Real love” is not our love for God, it’s God’s love for us. When we try to perform to gain His love, the problem is that we can never measure up. There will always be something we can’t do right, some reason we can’t feel good about ourselves. Why don’t you take the pressure off and receive real love, God’s love for you?

That’s what the lady who was caught in the act of adultery had to do in John 8. When her religious accusers walked away, failing to condemn her, Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.” He didn’t say, “Go and change your ways, quit giving in to the temptation, and then I’ll love you, then I’ll be for you.” Just the opposite. He first said, “I don’t condemn you.” Before He talked about her behavior, before he addressed the issues, Jesus made sure she knew she was the one whom He loved.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that Your love is the real love that I need to change my life. Thank You that You sent Jesus as a sacrifice to take away my sins that I might receive Your love as a gift. I receive it now, and I believe I am the one whom You love. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments,
BUT, Jesus did tell the woman, “Go and sin no more.” And of course there were no Christians until the Resurrection of Christ Jesus and the Church did not start until Pentecost. The 4 Gospels are transitional to bring us from the LAW into GOD’S Grace. But Grace is still conditional. That is ( if ) you do that, I will do this. The little word “if” is all the way through the New Testament. Sure, from God’s dimension HE knows who HIS “Elect” are through HIS absolute foreknowledge. But from our point of view as being locked in time, we really don’t know if we will graduate until graduation. Our earthly habit patterns are a good indication if they conform to the conditions set out in the New Testament. It is true that GOD loves each of us just as much as HE loves Jesus. But as to us loving God back in obedience it is up to us. Love is a decision on our part as is also humility and obedience. So I leave you with some conditional scriptures to consider.

Heb. 6:3-9: “ And we will do this [that is, proceed to maturity], if God permits. 4 For [it is impossible to restore to repentance] those who have once been enlightened [spiritually] and who have [a] tasted and consciously experienced the heavenly gift and have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted and consciously experienced the good word of God and the powers of the age (world) to come, 6 [b] and then have fallen away—it is impossible to bring them back again to repentance, since they again nail the Son of God on the cross [for as far as they are concerned, they are treating the death of Christ as if they were not saved by it], and are holding Him up again to public disgrace. 7 For soil that drinks the rain which often falls on it and produces crops useful to those for whose benefit it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God; 8 but if it persistently produces thorns and thistles, it is worthless and close to being cursed, and it ends up being burned. 9 But, beloved, even though we speak to you in this way, [c] we are convinced of better things concerning you, and of things that accompany salvation.”

Heb. 9:26-31: “For if we go on willfully and deliberately sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice [to atone] for our sins [that is, no further offering to anticipate], 27 but a kind of awful and terrifying expectation of [divine] judgment and the fury of a fire and burning wrath which will consume the adversaries [those who put themselves in opposition to God]. 28 Anyone who has ignored and set aside the Law of Moses is put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 How much greater punishment do you think he will deserve who has rejected and trampled under foot the Son of God, and has considered unclean and common the blood of the covenant that [a] sanctified him, and has insulted the Spirit of grace [who imparts the unmerited favor and blessing of God]? 30 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine [retribution and the deliverance of justice rest with Me], I will repay [the wrongdoer].” And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” 31 It is a fearful and terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God [incurring His judgment and wrath].”

Mark 13:13: “You will be hated by everyone because of [your association with] My name, but the one who [ patiently perseveres empowered by the Holy Spirit and] endures to the end, he will be saved.”

Rom. 11:21: “ for if God did not spare the natural branches [because of unbelief], He will not spare you either. 22 Then appreciate the gracious kindness and the severity of God: to those who fell [into spiritual ruin], severity, but to you, God’s gracious kindness ( if ) you continue in His kindness [by faith and obedience to Him]; otherwise you too will be cut off. “

ELECTION 11/20

ELECTION, From a good Friend who wrote me his feelings. 8/12/20

The impact can be summoned by one word: madness. Unrestricted abortions, even post-birth, open borders, higher taxes, trillions wasted on impossible objectives such as ending climate change and racism, opposition to freedoms of religion, speech, and the right to bear arms, police reduced and remade into a repressive rather than a protective force. activist judges on a packed Supreme Court, unrestricted voting, compulsory denial of science that recognizes only two genders with no possible crossover between them, and other horrors.

My Comments:
Yep !!! Socialism, sugar coated false promises to gain power with no intent in keeping them is coming to town. But once fully in power, those who object to the broken promises are disposed of as were the 50 million souls with the transformation of Germany, Russia and China and other nations. Then the top 5% live very good and all else are slaves as in N. Korea. Hitler came to power in 1933 based on his socialist promises, which he did not keep. How did that work out for the world? Especially the Jews. I went through it as a boy.

Socialism, ( New Wold Order) is coming for a vote in November. On Jan. 1st We will again be seeking to drain the swamp or over the dam we go. As a Christian, the only peace I have found is with the teachings of Jesus. Read the Gospel of John some time.

SUFFERING

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS, Beloved of me and God, John 3:14-18

SUFFERING, “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/12/20 From Ken<><

Today’s Scripture (Across my desk this morning from Texas. Has issues, can you find them?)
“…Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity…” (1 Corinthians 13:12, NLT)

We See Imperfectly
We all go through painful times when we’re hurting, lonely, undergoing medical treatment, and on the surface, the pieces of our life don’t make sense. We think they can’t be a part of God’s plan. Pain is a part of life, and it often feels like a dark place. It’s easy to get discouraged and think, God, why did this happen? You have to trust that even then, God doesn’t make any mistakes. He’s already designed your life and laid out every piece down to the smallest detail. He never said we would understand everything along the way. God didn’t promise that there wouldn’t be any pain, suffering, or disappointment. But He did promise that it would all work out for our good. That piece that’s painful, that doesn’t look as though it makes sense—when everything comes together, it’s going to fit perfectly in place. You just can’t see it now because the other pieces are not in place.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that there is a purpose for whatever pain comes my way and that You only allow what I can handle and what is for my good. Thank You that though I may not understand it now, the day is coming when I will see it clearly and understand. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments,
Almost did not send the above along today as it is typical religious excuses for the pain of this world and sort of lays it all on GOD. Actually none of the pain in this world comes from GOD. It is the results of our misuse of our own FreeWill. Simply God gave the world to Adam and Adam gave it to lucifer and at this point in time lucifer is the god of this world that now works through the children of disobedience. In other words this world is a mess because we have made it this way. We have allowed atheistic socialism to gain control of our children for the past 70 years and now we have children who are shooting each other for sport with no conscience at all. Where the pure Truth of God goes there is loving peace and prosperity. Where hate and fear goes, there is poverty and murder. THERE IS AN IMMUTABLE COSMIC LAW OF GOD IN EFFECT. WHAT WE SOW IS WHAT WE REAP. And there is no exception. If we are having difficulties in this world it is because of sin somewhere in the family or in us or from Adam on down. The little Book of James has a good handle on this. Especially James 4. “ From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity (war) with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? 6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. And James 1:13-22 “ Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God” [for temptation does not originate from God, but from our own flaws]; for God cannot be tempted by [what is] evil, and He Himself tempts no one. 14 But each one is tempted when he is dragged away, enticed and baited [to commit sin] by his own [worldly] desire (lust, passion). 15 Then when the illicit desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin has run its course, it gives birth to death. 16 Do not be misled, my beloved brothers and sisters. 17 Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow [d] cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes]. 18 It was of His own will that He gave us birth [as His children] by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits of His creatures [a prime example of what He created to be set apart to Himself, sanctified, made holy for His divine purposes]. 19 Understand this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Let everyone be quick to hear [be a careful, thoughtful listener], slow to speak [a speaker of carefully chosen words and], slow to anger [patient, reflective, forgiving]; 20 for the [resentful, deep-seated] anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God [that standard of behavior which He requires from us]. 21 So get rid of all uncleanness and [e] all that remains of wickedness, and with a humble spirit receive the word [of God] which is implanted [actually rooted in your heart], which is able to save your souls. 22 But prove yourselves doers of the word [actively and continually obeying God’s precepts], and not merely listeners [who hear the word but fail to internalize its meaning], deluding yourselves [by unsound reasoning contrary to the truth] AND I THINK THAT JAMES SAYS IT WELL. I PRAY YOU HAVE THE HUMILITY TO ABSORB THE ABOVE TRUTH AS FROM GOD TO LEARN TO BE BLESSED. And weeds, planted in a day, can take years to get all pulled. Before I became a Christian I planted some weeds, took 17 years to get them pulled out. Some so called Christians are still planting weeds and really don’t notice the difference.

Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy, Ken<>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org

FAITH & EXPECTANCY

FAITH & EXPECTANCY, “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/11/20 From Ken<><

Today’s Scripture (Over my desk this morning from a church in Texas.)
“…Your faith has healed you. Go in peace…” (Luke 8:48, NIV)

Release Your Faith
Scripture says, “Without faith it is impossible to please God.” That means you can be obedient and yet have a sour attitude and not please God. You can give, help the poor, and volunteer, which are good things we should do, and not please God. If you’re not believing for things bigger than you can accomplish on your own, if you’re not expecting difficulties to turn around, if you’re not anticipating new levels, and thanking God that He’s opening doors you can’t open, thanking Him that He’s bringing promises to pass, then you’re not releasing your faith. You have to stir up what God put in your heart. Maybe you’ve been praying, believing, expecting for a long time. Stay in faith; it’s going to happen sooner than it looks. Get ready because God is full of surprises. Many times He’ll do it suddenly, out of the ordinary, you didn’t see it coming. Expect His goodness, and you’ll please God.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that You are on Your throne and You are bigger than anything I am facing. I know that You work in Your own perfect timing, so I thank You that it’s on the way. I’m looking for Your goodness and Your favor today. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments,
Expectancy is Faith in Action. Jesus went to his home town but could not do much to help due to their lack of faith, they grew up with HIM. And then Jesus said that the Roman Centurion who come to Jesus to heal his servant had the greatest faith in all of Israel. The woman who touched the clothes of Jesus in expectancy was healed instantly. Because we rarely see healings that are validated ,particularly in our so called churches, we really go to church sort of ho hum… I have stood in lines for healing where this was the right thing to do but nothing was happening and certainly no expectancy. Again Ho Hum…..

In the over ½ a century that I have been in ministry I have experienced both the traditional religious form of theater church being performed with little happening. And I have enjoyed the times, immensely, when the Holy Spirit was released in expectancy and in great joy went around fixing the needs of God’s people. It is not that the promises of God are invalid or selective but that we don’t know how to come together in humility and loving faith and expectancy. When there is faithful expectancy the people come early and stay late because they enjoy the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. If the expectancy is arrive at 10:30 and be out for lunch by 12. In an effort to keep a ticket to the pearly gates and pay your weekly dues, I am sorry, but that is not New Testament Church. A New Testament Church has nothing to do with a building. It is a gathering of like minded souls in humility and loving faith with expectancy for the Holy Spirit to come and minister to the needs according to the Riches in Christ Jesus. In the Early Church it is clearly recorded in Acts 2:41-43 and gives us the same 7 prophetic steps of the Tabernacle of Moses in the wilderness as follows. “41 So then, those who accepted his message were baptized; and on that day about [a]3,000 souls were added [to the body of believers]. 42 They were continually and faithfully devoting themselves to the instruction of the apostles, and to fellowship, to [b] eating meals together and to prayers. 43 A sense of awe was felt by [c] everyone, and many wonders and signs (attesting miracles) were taking place through the apostles.” The King James records it this way: “41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. 42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.”

So we find seven informal steps here to help those 3,000 souls be attached and safely placed in a good basket to ripen properly. It was not to become a liturgy. Just as the Lord’s Prayer is how to pray and not a form of prayer. If you would like to really know more about what the New Testament Church was like you might enjoy the following link:

https://trinity-aloha.org/keys-to-the-kingdom/house-church/

So to have a Godly expectancy we must also know God’s Truth of what it is that HE really wants to do. If I go to a gathering were I know what is going to happen, usually I am glad when it is over. In a real New Testament Healthy Church you never know what is going to happen next. I have gone to a fellowship on a Sat. evening which officially started at 7PM and hippies had been there from 5 PM waiting with expectancy. Sometimes I did not get home till after 3 AM in the morning. And there was never a dull moment. It was like I was only there for a short time as the time was so filled with the Holy Spirit. And it was not my “show” I was just a part of what happened and what the Holy Spirit wanted to do. Sometimes when demons invaded the Holy Spirit would have me take some authority. But frankly I just enjoyed being there and greatly miss it now as I look back in time at when there was much expectancy or faith.. A true New Testament Church looks like Jesus. His disciples did not know what HE was up to, most of the time. That is why HE is LORD.

Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy, Ken<>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org

PRAYER, MEDITATION & WORRY

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS, Beloved of me and God, John 3:14-18

PRAYER, MEDITATION & WORRY “WORTH CONSIDERING: 8/10/20

Today’s Scripture (Across my desk this morning from a church in Texas.)
“…My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises…”
(Psalm 119:148, NIV)

You Control the Doorway
Studies show that we talk to ourselves up to thirty thousand times a day. There is always something playing in our minds. The Scripture tells us to meditate on God’s promises. The word meditate means “to think about over and over.” We need to pay attention to what we’re meditating on.

Meditating is the same principle as worrying. When you worry, you’re just meditating on the wrong thing. You’re using your faith in reverse. If you go through the day worried about your finances, worried about your family, and worried about your future because you’re allowing the wrong thoughts to play, it’s going to cause you to be anxious, fearful, negative, and discouraged. The whole problem is what you’re choosing to meditate on. You control the doorway to your mind. When those negative thoughts come knocking, you don’t have to answer the door. You can say, “No, thanks. I’m going to choose to meditate on what God says about me.”

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for giving me Your promises to meditate upon. Thank You that Your Word instructs me to think on things that are true, right, wholesome, pure, and of good report. I declare that my trust is in You alone and not in anything else. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments,
Never been much into the official concept of prayer with hurting knees, hands folded and bowed head. Not that it is not OK with God and some folks. I have always been a little too active for that. But what works for me is short intense prayers, out loud (when alone) in my bedroom, study or truck. Sometime get a ringing in my ears or a headache and a solid faithful prayer in rebuking the enemy gets rid of it. Now learning about other aches and pains in my old body that need fixing. Stuff due to being almost 88. And as things come to mind I am learning to quickly take it to an open prayer with heart faith. We all need to learn to grow in faith. And the growth is not a straight line it is more like 3 steps forward and 2 steps back.

The thoughts of the world today are mostly Junk in, Junk out. If I spend time in God’s Word learning about the spiritual world I tend to have more faith. If I get wrapped up in the worlds stuff then I look more like the world. Faith and Fear are the opposite of each other. Much of what the world serves to us is fear based. Lust is used to get our attention and then fear is used to get us to buy. Actually fear is faith going backwards. Some films suck us dry of faith and some films even help our faith. When I was a kid the guy on the white horse or Billy who said Shazam won, The guy on the black horse always lost… Now you have no idea who is the good guy until the end sometime. It is like our elections. Use to be we could vote for the Good Guy, Now we vote for the better of the two and some times get stuck due to the lies that are hidden so deep. Like socialism is actually slavery but to hear the press it is the best thing going. But like a bad habit, much easier to acquire than to get rid of. So if you insist on filling your head space with fear that is what will grow in your garden.
The Word of God shares a lot about the “PRECIOUS PROMISES OF GOD” The Word Promise is used about 40 times in the Amplified Bible, Go to:

https://www.biblegateway.com/quicksearch/?quicksearch=PROMISES&version=AMP

And have fun finding out what GOD has promised you. Here are a few scriptures that I like: “I say to you that many [Gentiles] will come from east and west, and will sit down [to feast at the table, and enjoy God’s promises] with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven [because they accepted Me as Savior],” Matt 8:11, “For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [ of inexpressible value ], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature. 2 Peter 1:4.” “If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose]. 1 John 1:9.” But we need to remember that God’s promises are contingent upon us finding and keeping HIS commandments. Faith, Love, Humility and Obedience are par for the course in being qualified in securing HIS promises. The way we have faith is to center it in our heart and allow for no contradictions. And we may have to go over a Truth many many times before our heart sets that truth in our heart library as a permanent thought. Like some truths are taught over and over in the New Testament and then we will know how important the truth really is. The Bible is a collection of writings and letters on how to find the Kingdom of God and be able to go there. So if interested in living in God’s presence upon your graduation from Earth you should spend some time getting your directions in order. The world has no clear maps at all. In fact, for most of the world there is no God, Heaven or Hell, like they have been there and know for sure there is nothing there.

FAITH IS THE VICTORY

ALOHA FAMILY & FRIENDS & SAINTS OF GOD “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/9/20

It is a lovely Sunday morning here in Kealia, HI it is a very sunny 76 degrees. I was writing a note to one of my children and felt that what I wrote was not just for him but perhaps for you as well. If you felt it was for you, let me know, it helps to know that what I send out goes somewhere and helps someone.

As I was having time with the LORD this morning, HE clearly revealed to me the issue as to the Old Testament and New Testament differences. And I don’t write this on my own at all. He explained to me that in the O.T. HIS anointing could only be upon people who were tender and open to receive it for the people; As the forgiveness for sins had not yet come but was a future promise. Upon His resurrection, sins could then be completely forgiven and the Holy Spirit could then be in each person to guide them. So the O.T. Prophets were no longer needed as a top down authority and the only contact to GOD. God’s LOVE must now ultimately prevail and remove all fear. And HIS Church today is the House of Israel and grafted in by faith, Rom.11:1-36. Heb, 8:20-12 was the scripture given:

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
After those days, says the Lord:
I will imprint My laws upon their minds [even upon their innermost thoughts and understanding],
And engrave them upon their hearts [effecting their regeneration].
And I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.
11
And it will not be [necessary] for each one to teach his fellow citizen,
Or each one his brother, saying, ‘Know [by experience, have knowledge of] the Lord,’
For all will know [Me by experience and have knowledge of] Me,
From the least to the greatest of them.
12
For I will be merciful and gracious toward their wickedness,
And I will remember their sins no more.”

So in our New Testament dispensation for the building of HIS Church it is basically our calling to find and attach the seekers of light to God through Christ Jesus and help them become disciples who can also hear the voice of the Holy Spirit for themselves and to reproduce in kind. The apostles were saved in the Upper Room by Jesus in HIS resurrection and the Church was started and empowered at Pentecost by the Holy Spirit. We are now in the last days for the completion of the Building of HIS Church as per the Holy Spirit’s direction and that is our prime directive. All else is a diversion. When the Church is completed it will look like Jesus and have the power that Jesus gave it in Matt. 28:18 and John 17:20-22 to do what HE did. And then it gets to go HOME to be with GOD….

VISION OF GOD

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS, Beloved of God and me, John 3:16

VISION OF GOD, “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/7/20, From Ken<><

Today’s Scripture (In my mail box this morning from a church in Texas.)
“…Jabez prayed to the God of Israel: “Bless me, O bless me! Give me land, large tracts of land. And provide your personal protection—don’t let evil hurt me.” God gave him what he asked…” (1 Chronicles 4:10, MSG)

Blessed Indeed
The name Jabez means “pain, sorrow, suffering.” Every time someone said, “Hello, Jabez,” they were saying, “Hello, sorrow. Hello, pain.” They were prophesying defeat and failure. You can imagine how he could have let that make him feel inferior and insecure. But despite what people labeled him, he had the boldness to ask big, that God would bless him with abundance and protection. And God blessed him indeed. Like Jabez, you may have reasons to settle where you are—what you didn’t get, what people said, the odds may be against you—but the good news is that God is for you. He can thrust you further than you ever imagined, but you have to pray bold prayers. Ask in spite of the circumstances. Ask in spite of what people are saying. Ask in spite of what the enemy keeps whispering in your ears. If you’re going to reach your highest potential, you have to learn this principle of asking big.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that when the odds are against me, You are for me. Thank You that nothing and no one is more powerful than You, and I can dare to pray bold prayers. I believe that You are going to bless me with abundance as You did Jabez. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments,
Sort of reminds me being in grade school where the kids use to tease me by calling me “Can Not” rather than Kenneth. I was good looking for a kid. In the first grade made friends with very pretty twins…. holding hands both sides. Later in the day got beat up by both of their boy friends. I am sure a lot of the teasing was my fault as I look back and it continued even through the army to College. As an only child I never really learned how to get along with others my age. And all of those concept of who I thought I was had to be trashed when I came to Jesus in 1955 at age 23. And then the process of who I really could be in Christ Jesus started to take hold. In fact even now each day is a new awareness of who I am because of what God thinks about me rather than anyone else.

You see, in my creation my Creator knew who I could become in HIM as HE has absolute and perfect foreknowledge. Even upon conception HE knew exactly who I could become in HIM. So for HIM it is a slam dunk of who I will become in HIM in the Kingdom and HE is excited in getting to have fellowship with the new real me upon completion my time. Of course, for now, I am locked in this temporary dimension of time and can only catch a glimpse of all this as I get a reflection of me in HIS face. But when I spend time with HIM and see my reflection every once in a while and it really pumps me up. I really appreciate the potentially new me that I see in HIS faith for me as I grow up in HIM. So I then can get my eyes off of what I use to be or even where I am now and line up with where I will be in Christ Jesus if I finish the course that HE has laid out for me. Like a kid going though God’s Spiritual Training School of time on how to productively use my free will. We are either in His school and being trained and disciplined in love. Or we are playing hooky and out enjoying a romp through the park. Of course only the five wise virgins were admitted into the Holy City. The five hooky playing dumb virgins asked to get in they were told, “I don’t know you, we never had a relationship.” Matt.25:12.. Should read the whole chapter to get the whole picture. But bottom line, Our Creator wants us to learn to love all souls as HE does and to help those who belong to HIM for sure. We have been given the assignment to teach others as others have taught us from the pure teaching in the Holy Scriptures. And this all begins when we start to see ourselves in the light of the potential of what God’s sees us. HIS original vision was to make us into HIS Image and Likeness, if we were up for it. He has given each of us a freewill. He will never violate our freewill even in 1 Cor.14:32 we are taught that, “The spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.” In other words, we can restrict the Holy Spirit from teaching or in prophesy if we want to. If we become seduced by some demon to not share in the mystery of salvation and then we will miss out in the joy of reproduction. Eph.4:14-15 shares about this: “ 14 So that we are no longer children [spiritually immature], tossed back and forth [like ships on a stormy sea] and carried about by every wind of [shifting] doctrine, by the cunning and trickery of [unscrupulous] men, by the deceitful scheming of people ready to do anything [for personal profit]. 15 But speaking the truth in love [in all things—both our speech and our lives expressing His truth], let us grow up in all things into Him [following His example] who is the Head—Christ.” As our Lord’s prime concern was in sharing HIS truth with the lost and healing and setting souls free. Should this not be HIS primary concern and direction for our lives as well?

HATE & VENDETTAS

ALOHA FAMILY & FRIENDS, Beloved of me and God, John 3:14-18

HATE & VENDETTAS “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/6/20 From Ken<>< Kealia

Today’s Scripture (Across my desk this morning from a church in Texas.)
“…Don’t seek vengeance. Don’t bear a grudge; but love your neighbor as yourself, for I am Jehovah…” (Leviticus 19:18, TLB)

Have a “No Excuses” Mentality
In the Scripture, Joseph was betrayed and sold into slavery by his own brothers, then falsely accused and put in prison. He could have used excuse after excuse to be bitter and angry, but he had a “no excuses” mentality. He kept doing the right thing when the wrong thing was happening. And in the end, he came out vindicated, promoted, and in a place of influence and respect. (This is an exceptionally good word to remember. Ken<><)

People may have said things about you and done things to you that hurt and offended. Don’t waste your time looking back, nursing your wounds. Reliving what they did, thinking about what didn’t work out are distractions. Let it go and God will be your vindicator. Life is too short for you to waste another day in self-pity. It’s not always easy to get over it and move forward, but here’s the key: the pain of letting it go is less than the pain of holding on and missing your destiny.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that You are the God who fights my battles and vindicates me. Thank You for Your love and grace that are mine. Right now I let go of the hurts, offenses, and wounds of the past. I declare that they have no power over me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments,
Back in 1991 when I was pastor at Hale Halawai o Holualoa, now called “Living Stones Church.” I realized that one of my board members was a 33 degree Mason. So one day I asked him up to my home to try to see the difference between the fear and pride of the lodge and the Church of Christ Jesus. He left my front door telling me that he was going to have me for lunch and he did and due to all the smoke but not the facts I was asked to resign by UCC which I did. But as a condition left the church in the hands of a minister that I trusted. So I was careful not to get into a vendetta about it and just gave it to the Lord. Couple of months later saw a boat for sale in the West Hawaii Today, called, and it was the same guy. So we talked as if nothing had ever happened about buying his boat. He was going to call me back about a price. No call, so called again the following week and his wife was on the phone. She told me that he had died suddenly and the boat was now not for sale and hung up. The Church went on to become much more influential than my vision for it. And seems it is now possibley the largest membership in Kona? It was my fault for not being more careful about qualifications for membership and leadership in the ministry.

So there is something to, “what goes around, comes around.” And “What you sow, is what you reap.” And sometimes we are sowing seeds that we have no idea of how big of a patch of weeds they will grow. I have known a guy that for 50 years has hated his father and mother for not doing what he expected them to do and his life is all about him and how others have trashed him with the demonic blame game and so very few want to even be around him. Needs our prayers, nothing but darkness up ahead unless he gets turned around. The Whole Bible is full on teachings about trusting God to judge and even the score and to make things right. Don’t go to sleep on your anger. Be angry but sin not…. If you have a problem with a person go talk to them in humility and love and obedience to the Holy Spirit. Best way to get rid of your enemies is to make friends out of them. If the Lord should regard sin, we would all go down for the count. Even the good stuff we do is sometime done to look good and to booster our pride. We have grown up in Adam’s messed up world and deeply need God’s loving grace to get extracted from it. So Hate, in early English, was to prefer one person over another. God loves us, each and every one exactly the same. Even as HE loves Jesus. He wants us to learn to love each other the same way. Do we follow God’s example and love every soul the same? In fact HE commands us to not only love each other but also to love our enemies and those who despitefully use us. Trust is learned but Love is Commanded. And it is impossible to locw if you have hate or a vendetta going about some one for one offense or another. The Bible commands us to pray for the leaders that God has raised up for us, good or bad. A lot of folks have an obsessive hate for Trump. I really feel for them as their weed patch is going to be difficult to pull.
By the way, do we have a weed patch in the back yard in Kealia… If in Kona could sure use some help !!

BATTLE FOR MAN SOUL

ALOHA FAMILY & FRIENDS, Beloved of me and God, John 4:16
BATTLE FOR MAN SOUL,
    “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/5/20, From Ken<><

Today’s Scripture (Across my desk this morning from a ministry in Texas.)
“…The angel of the LORD came back a second time and touched him and said, “Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you…” (1 Kings 19:7, NIV)

When You Run Out of Strength
The prophet Elijah had just gone from one of the greatest victories of his life to running away in defeat at the death threat of Queen Jezebel. He was sitting under a tree so depressed that he didn’t want to live. He said, “God, I’m done. It’s over.” He’d just seen a great miracle, but now he was tired of standing strong in faith.

Maybe you’ve been doing the right thing, praying and believing, but you’ve lost your drive. You may not have given up on life but given up on your dreams. Here’s the good news: God doesn’t condemn us or disqualify us or write us off when we get tired. God sent an angel to cook and feed Elijah once, and then a second time to strengthen him. That is what He’ll do for you. He’s going to cause blessings to chase you down. He’s coming a second time to push you into the fullness of your destiny..

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for Your provisions all along my life journey. Thank You for Your promise of coming to me a second time to renew me with strength and breathe new life into my dreams. I believe that You are coming again to cause blessings to chase me down. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments’
The battle between Jezebel and Elijah is still going on. Many men of God have bit the dust in depression and unbelief. But like a child learning to walk, there is no option but to learn to walk, what ever it takes. That is part of life. No parent that I know of has ever slapped a child on the head and said, “You have now fallen down 27 times and it is over, you can crawl for the rest of your life.” Our Heavenly Father has a vision and purpose in HIS Loving Faith to make us into HIS Image and Likeness. And unless we actively use our freewill to say NO ! That is what our stay on earth is seriously all about. I love the prophesy of Christ Jesus in Rev.22:16-17, “ I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you and to give you assurance of these things for the churches. I am the Root (the Source, the Life) and the Offspring of David, the radiant and bright Morning Star.” 17 The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, believers) say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take and drink the water of life without cost.” The price or cost of Adam’s pride and rebellion has been paid in full by the humility and obedience of Christ Jesus. So now it is up to us as to what we want to do with our souls while in this dimension of time. In the beginning there was only one tree to avoid. Now we have a whole orchard of trees around us that are full of poison like weeds. And some of the fruit is very easy to become hooked on. The Bible warns us clearly of the poison and gives us a road map through the orchard but most just spend their whole life wondering through the orchard without looking at the road map of eternity. So if interested in getting back on the Road to Eternal Life with God, start reading through the Gospel of John for the story about Jesus then read Acts the story about the Early Church and then Romans for a clear view of what the road looks like, especially spend some time considering Romans 8 & 10. It really will not take long to do and your eternal soul is at stake. When you die if you are still in the orchard of poison eating the fruit you will miss finding the Kingdom of God. 1 Tim.4:11, “Keep commanding and teaching these things. 12 Let no one look down on [you because of] your youth, but be an example and set a pattern for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in [moral ] purity. 13 Until I come, devote yourself to public reading [of Scripture], to preaching and to teaching [the sound doctrine of God’s word]. 14 Do not neglect the spiritual gift within you, [that special endowment] which was intentionally bestowed on you [by the Holy Spirit] through prophetic utterance when the [c] elders laid their hands on you [at your ordination]. 15 Practice and work hard on these things; be absorbed in them [completely occupied in your ministry], so that your progress will be evident to all. 16 Pay close attention to yourself [concentrate on your personal development] and to your teaching; persevere in these things [hold to them], for as you do this you will ensure salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you.”

Worthy Brief <worthybrief@worthynetwork.com> A Christian convert in Iran has won an appeal against conviction for “insulting the sacred beliefs of Muslims,” but lost his appeal against two charges of inciting “propaganda against the state” and for “membership of a [“Zionist” evangelical] group hostile to the regime” respectively, the Christian Post reports. Commonly referred to as anti-conversion laws, such legislation has already been enacted in eight other Indian states. The announcement on June 16 by Manohar Lal Khattar has reportedly caused serious concerns to Haryana Christians: radical Hindus have used this law in other states to justify attacks on Christians and their places of worship. Americans’ distrust for the news media to tell the story straight has reached unprecedented levels, an alarming development for any functioning democracy, a new poll reveals. The FBI has opened more than 300 domestic terrorism investigations since late May and arrested nearly 100 people in Portland, Oregon, a focal point of the George Floyd protests, a top federal prosecutor said on Tuesday. A simple observation is that America is facing a violent army of invading “Philistines” bent on nothing less than the destruction of the nation.
