“WORTH CONSIDERING”    GOSPEL      5/17/19

A dear friend ask me to share about the meaning of the word “GOSPEL” as to it’s Biblical meaning.  So this is what happened when I sat down with the Holy Spirit at my computer.  Hope the intense meaning of this quest touches your heart as it did mine in searching for God’s Truth that sets us free.

GOSPEL:        Is an old English Word meaning GOD’S TRUTH as in:  creed, credo, dogma, belief, set of beliefs, code of belief, conviction, teaching; 

tenet, maxim, article of faith, canon; 
principle, precept, notion, idea, ideology, theory, thesis.

For my ThD I wrote a thesis called “Keys To The Kingdom” a copy of which can be found at www.Trinity-Aloha.org    Of course I wrote that about 20 years ago and I need to edit some of my poor attitudes out of the book.  So give me some grace if you read it.  And it would be an excellent source of future questions.  Questions are a wonderful way to both teach and learn,  Christ Jesus was exceptional at using this means in having a live interaction.

And of course,  having GOD’s TRUTH is wonderful news.   Unfortunately many have diverted that truth to build their own little ivory palaces and kingdoms.  So it is upon us to go back to the original sources and sort the baby (truth) from the bathwater (lies)…   So to the basic:  Where did we come from, Why are we here, And where are we going?

1.    Why are we here:   We are in a single life time school in the temporary dimension of time to choose between light and darkness.   We are genetically the product of fallen Adam who choose to rebel and choose the darkness and we were all born in a world full of pride, rebellion, lust and sin.  The Creator has allowed this as HE has also provided the Truth to set us free with the Prophets of old and finally with and in the Truth of Christ Jesus.  This allows for a perfect experience in the exercise of free will.  “What does not kill you makes you stronger.”   As our Creator is in the process of creating a heavenly family in HIS IMAGE and LIKENESS.  And the invitation has gone out to all.  But we must be willing to ride ourselves of our character flaws that we inherited from Adam.  We must allow the TRUTH of GOD to saturate our souls and minds to where we will cease being controlled by Adams fallen nature.  That we will learn to live in faith, humility, love, obedience and unity in this present world so as to not wreck the new heavens and earth that GOD wants to create in righteousness.

2.    So how does it work:  So God in HIS wonderful foreknowledge in eternity set in place a process of loving redemption.  In this plan we can be forgiven of our past sins and in HIS hands (so to speak) to become a new creation that is like Christ Jesus.  It is called the Gospel because it is the Truth of God given freely to us by which we can be saved from being rejected by God due to our darkness.   Moses in the beginning of Genesis tells us about redemption in Gen.3:15.  And in Gen.4:4 we see Abel already tuned in to offering a lamb for sins as per Isaiah 53 and Psalms 22.  So as the Truth of God (Gospel) unfolds we see that GOD was already at work in making it possible for us to eat of the tree of good and evil,  have a free will and be forgiven and purged and then also have access tot he tree of life for eternity.  So when we truly, 100% make Christ Jesus LORD then we are placed in a process of sanctification to remove us from the darkness of Adam and lucifer and to be made holy so as to have LIFE, PEACE AND JOY with our Creator for ever.  Otherwise our eternal soul would spend eternity alone in outer darkness for eternity. ” For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”  2 Cor.5:21.  But it is a life time process as Jesus taught us:  “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved,”  Matt. 10:22.  


3.  GOD’S ultimate intent:   Our Creator started out to make us in HIS Image and Likeness,  Gen.1:26-27, and He is still in the process of doing exactly that,  if we will submit ourselves to the process.  But HE will not violate our free will for that is the part of us that make it possible for us to learn to love HIM, ourselves and each other.  As HE is the epitome of LOVE this is an absolute essential and primary part of HIS Vision for us and our need to become a new creation in and through Christ Jesus.   And, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you  will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ,  Phil. 1:6″  If we will accept HIS victory in our life each day as it comes and not get talked out of our faith in what Christ Jesus did for us. 

Our Creator’s ultimate intent for us is found in Rev. 21:3-6:    3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.   4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.   5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.  6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.


Isaiah 53:4-5
Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.

Hebrews 2:9
 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.

Hebrews 12:2
 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Romans 8:16-18
 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs–heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

I am sure there is much more that can be added to this subject but I truly hope this helps the reader to focus on the fact that this life struggle had an end in great rewards or great abandonment.  Don’t be tempted to toss in the towel, that is not an option.  Romans 8:12-39….   Please read it all,  those who want it,  already have the Victory in hand.   Yours in HIS great Love and Wonderful grace and mercy,   Ken<><   www.Trinity-Aloha.org

Homeward Bound   “WORTH CONSIDERING”   5/16/19

Life’s Journey

I have a tendency to speed. It is not intentional. It is not like I set out to break the speed limit. I have what some refer to as a lead foot, and it’s only when I realize that I’m passing everyone on the road that I look at my speedometer and take my foot off the accelerator.

I’ve tried to be more aware of my speed, I’ve even taken to using the cruise control, and I realized very quickly that I do not like the cruise control function on my car. It speeds up when I think it should slow down, it doesn’t accelerate as quickly as I would like, and it all makes for a very uncomfortable experience until a few minutes later when I tap the break and disengage the function.

Many Christians are in much the same predicament spiritually speaking. They have no issues with letting Jesus take the wheel, but they still want to control the speed at which they go through life. Having control of the pedals, having control of when you speed up or how abruptly you slow down, is oftentimes the most challenging thing to surrender because there is always the opportunity to play armchair quarterback.

It’s been a while since I’ve driven with my dad. He is one of those people who not only tries to pump the breaks in the passenger seat, he reacts verbally and physically whenever he thinks I’m too close to another car, or that I’m doing something behind the wheel he disapproves of, like driving aggressively. It makes for some good comedy, especially if my brothers happen to be in the car as well, but he can’t help himself. It’s just his nature.

Most of the time we think Jesus is driving too slow. We chew our fingernails to nubs because in our mind we don’t think he is going fast enough. Our mind starts roiling, believing that such and such ought to have happened by now, and eventually, we run out of patience and we try to punch the gas.

It’s all about getting there, isn’t it? It’s about the destination, not the journey, and the sooner we get to where we’re going, the sooner we can roll up our sleeves and get to work. Jesus is busy, he’s got a lot on his plate, maybe he didn’t notice the speed at which He was driving. Perhaps we should help. That’s usually when things go sideways, and when we run into the ditch and have to claw our way out again.

It wasn’t God’s fault that you didn’t wait patiently for him to bring you your life mate and decided that the one you knew in your heart wasn’t right for you would make do after all. It wasn’t God’s fault that you didn’t wait prayerfully for Him to send you out, and you went on your own, only to return bleeding and naked like the seven sons of Sceva.

We miss out on so much in this life because we are so focused on the pit stops along the way, rather than take the entire journey in. You are not alone while you’re traveling from here to there. It is not a waste of time, it is an opportunity to grow in intimacy with God and establish a relationship.

If you’ve decided to let God take the wheel, then you must also let Him control the pedals. He knows when you need to speed up or slow down. He knows when you must be sent out, how you must be sent out so that it’s all for His glory and purpose.

AMBASSADOR

AMBASSADOR   “WORTH CONSIDERING”   (Across my desk 5/16/19  from Joel. )

Today’s Scripture
“We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us…”
(2 Corinthians 5:20, NIV)

You Are Somebody’s Miracle
God has an assignment for you that nobody else can fulfill. You are His ambassador or representative. You are a part of His divine plan. You have something to offer that nobody else can offer—your gifts, your smile, your love, your passion. It’s easy to get focused on this natural realm and all the things that we need, but do you realize that you are equipped to be somebody else’s miracle? Every single day, we have opportunities to show God’s love and compassion to others. We can meet their needs, bring them healing, and offer hope and encouragement. Every day, we can sow good seed into the lives of others that will reap an eternal harvest. Today, look for ways to be a blessing to someone else. When you step out and pour into others, God will make sure that others pour into you. Let’s continue to work together to bring Him glory and build His kingdom on earth!

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for choosing me and using me. Today I surrender every area of my life to You. Show me ways to be a miracle to others so that my life brings glory to You in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

My Comments:
It has been very easy for the “church” to purchase ministers who tell them what they would like to hear.  Rev. 3::14-22.  And at that church Christ Jesus was knocking outside the door trying to be invited into HIS own church?Paul puts it this way:    In Matt. 28: 19,  Christ Jesus commands us as follows:  19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen

 Paul puts it this way:     And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;  19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.  20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.  2 Cor. 5:18-20

So of course we come up with the idea, well?  That is a clergy responsibility.   But obviously the Clergy alone can no get the job done. 

And in John 17:20-26: Jesus prays this prayer:    Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.25 O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in the.

So from the perspective of Christ Jesus we are all AMBASSADORS and responsible for sharing the GOOD NEWS of the GOSPEL of HIS great love to our sick and dying world.   He has placed HIS Glory in our Clay vessels.  Does a person drounding care whether one has a theological degree or not,  no,  they just want the life line.  And anyone that has a life line should be trying to help save those who are drounding in sins and trespasses and headed into a black eternity. 

Will this cause persecution, you bet it will.  Paul also taught us:   Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  2 Tim.3:12  Persecution comes with being a blood washed child of God.   No persecution,  better check your doctrine.

HOW CAN YOU NOT FEEL A DEEP COMPELLING URGE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT TO HELP THE LOST FIND WHAT YOU HAVE FOUND FOR FREE IN GOD’S LOVE.   WE TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE GOOD PHYSICAL STUFF WE FIND FOR FREE,  EVERYONE….  

OUT OF EVERY 100 SOULS YOU SEE IN COSTCO OR WALLMART OR ON A SCHOOL BUS,  JESUS TAUGHT THAT ONLY A FEW (2) OUT OF THE 100 WERE GOING TO MAKE IT INTO GOD’S KINGDOM.  THE REST WILL SPEND ETERNITY IN THE BLACKNESS OF DARKNESS FOREVER  DUE TO THERE OWN PERSONAL PREFERENCES AS THE CHILDREN OF ADAM.

BUT IF YOU HELP SOMEONE FIND THE LIGHT OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS YOU WILL HAVE MADE A FOREVER FRIEND.   THAT IS THE WORK OF AN AMBASSADOR.

What was God doing before he created heaven and Earth and are there any scriptures that say where he “came” from?

This is a great question and one that baffled me during my college day with a major in Earth Sciences.  So here is where I went with it.  Or where I feel the Holy Spirit led me.

First of all the stories that were written by Moses were written before 1407 BC.  So about 1500 years after the facts.   Concerning Genesis I have some issues and scriptures for you to consider.  Obviously Moses was anointed of God to write what he wrote.  I would sure like to have the original to be sure of the conversation.  Not that the basics are not absolutely true but that the interpretation of those basics may have gone through a lot of filters.  Even in the New Testament there are places where translation could be a little better as in John 8 where Christ,  speaking to the religious leaders of HIS day.   He tells them clearly 3 times that HE is the “I AM” that gave Moses the 10 Commandments and that HE was before  Abraham, the  I AM.    But the translators did not catch it and added a “he” (not in the Greek) totally missing the point.  So lets start from the very beginning of matter.  First lets let in a well known fact concerning astronomy:  So if this is true it has taken around 14 billion light years for the light of that galaxy to reach earth.  Think about it.  This is a rather solid fact.    So lets work with that for a few minutes,  OK?

MACS0647-JD. MACS0647-JD is the second farthest known galaxy from the Earth based on the photometric redshift. It has a redshift of about z = 9.11, equivalent to a light travel distance of 13.26 billion light–years (4 billion parsecs). If the distance estimate is correct, it formed 130 million years after the Big Bang.

OK so if we take the “Big Bang” as the time when GOD converted some of HIS limitless Power (energy) into matter then go for a 130,000 million years you will find a galaxy that was formed and the light from that galaxy got to earth 13.26 billion light years later.  That does not give us the age of the earth but it does help show how big the House of God really is and this galaxy that GOD created.  So we need to shift our minds a little.  The Bible teaches in 1 Cor.13 that HIS eternal dimension is not the same as our time dimension.  The Bible also teaches that things were made of parts that can not be seen and placed on a globe hung on nothing that can be burned up like a sun without any the original matter being destroyed.  But this is another study.   But our Bible does teach that GOD lives in a dimension without time, walls or beginning or end.  Way beyond our understanding.  I have a problem with getting around that concept,  don’t you?  There is nothing out there but GOD or the total absence of GOD.  Absolute light or absolute darkness.

So in Holy Scripture we find that lucifer was the appointed cherub originally created to watch over what we now know as our solar system and the creation of life from God, the Creator.  This is found:  Ezek.28:12:19,  notice in verse 13 that he was in charge.  And in Isa.14: the prophet Isaiah continues in verses 12-23, especially verse 17.  

So personally I see all of this happening prior to the void of Gen. 1:3 where God starts to RESTORE the damage that had been done by Lucifer’s pride, rebellion  and miss-management (sin).   I feel it was a restoration due to God’s command to Adam in Gen.1:28 where HE gives Adam, his son, dominion and instructs him to replenish (re-populate) and to subdue (bring into order) the earth.  Another factor for Restoration is that the plants were restored on the 3nd day and the sun  and moon on the 4th.  This works well will for restoration where for creation it does not.  Also the garden with the Angel and Gate to keep them in, (from what?)  Or to protect them from what was still left over from lucifer’s previous meddling that was without?  lucifer had blown things up but still lays claim as the gifts and callings of GOD are without repentance.  (That is another good teaching for another day.)  lucifer gets evicted from the heavens by the church in Rev.12:11.  And finally from the earth in Rev. 20:10.

Another factor for restoration is found in Gen.4:16 where Cain went the land of Nod, found a wife and fathered Enoch and found a couple of more wives in Nod and so the story goes.  And In Gen. 6:4,  Moses write about the difference between the races as being the Son’s of God  and the Daughter’s of man (as being corrupted under lucifer’s manipulations, pre-restoration.)  Jesus taught us that demons (fallen angels) can not make babies in Luke 24:39.  So that whole story about the nephilim (giants) is total fiction as are a lot of traditions that are still running around in the church.  The nephilim are also mentioned in Ezek. 32:27 as with David.  So the union of the old and new did make giants but have been slain for the most part.  There are still some today that reach almost 8′ in height.  And there are reports and photo-shopped pictures everywhere.

So in my understanding Adam was the first of a new kind of species  that GOD wanted to create, develop and make into HIS Image and Likeness…  Adam rebelled, committed high treason and gave the world back to lucifer which Paul acknowledges as the god of this world.  2 Cor.4:4.   So Jesus came to restore what Adam had lost.  As in Adam all died, so in Christ Jesus shall all be made alive,  1 Cor. 15:22.

As for what is GOD doing?  Just think of it:  Our Creator GOD is all Powerful,  All Good,  And likes to be busy.   Jesus said one time as recorded by John 14:2,  “In MY Father’s House are many dwelling places.  If it were not so, I would have told you,  because I am going there to prepare a place for you.”   So personally I like science fiction as I learn about just how big the “Father’s House” is,  not that I believe the fiction part but the research for the back ground of the film is very enlightening.  My own point of reference is that we have been quarantined in time and on this solar system for 7,000 years to make the choice in our one life time between what is GOD’s TRUTH and LIGHT or to be seduced by the dark side.  Ezekiel 1,2,3 & 10 are also good scifi. reading.  And remember Philip was teleported, Acts 8:29-40.  The Bible teaches that it is beyond our comprehension what GOD had prepared for us if we will learn to trust and love HIM in Christ Jesus.

And if you have some more scriptures to add to my pile I would be happy to consider them.  This is a very quick answer to a very deep question.   Now for you to divide the BABY (TRUTH) from the bathwater.

FOREKNOWLEDGE

FOREKNOWLEDGE      “WORTH CONSIDERING”      5/15/19     (Across my desk this morning.)

Today’s Scripture
“You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.”  (Psalm 139:16, NLT)

The Next Chapter
Did you know that God has already planned out every part of your life from the beginning to the end? He knows every disappointment, every loss, every challenge; and the good news is, your story ends in victory! God has written out a plan to bless and prosper you. Your final chapter concludes with you fulfilling your God-given destiny. Here’s the key: when you go through a disappointment, when you go through a loss, don’t stop on that page in your life. You have to decide to keep moving forward. There’s another chapter in front of you, but you have to be willing to take the next step. Sometimes, we get so focused on what didn’t work out that we stay stuck, reliving the disappointment. If that’s you, recognize that you’ve been on that page long enough. It’s time to let it go and turn the page to the new chapter God has in store. You may not understand, it may not have been fair, but remember, the next chapter is full of blessing, full of favor, and full of victory! Make the decision to let go of the old so you can move forward into the abundant life God has in store for you!

A Prayer for Today
“Heavenly Father, thank You for the good plan You have for me. Today, I lay aside the disappointments of the past knowing that You have blessing in store for my future. In Jesus’ Name. Amen”

My Thoughts:
Sound like predestination but it is not.   Simple, God is “I AM” and living in a different dimension than we are.  We are living in the dimension of time.  HE lives in the dimension of eternity.    Another scripture that is similar and needed for understanding is found in Rom. 8  which includes the word “Foreknowledge.”   This means that before the first energy of GOD was created to become matter and atoms and DNA and you that GOD already knew the choices that you would make and that those who would want to live in light, love, faith and righteousness and would need HIS help due to the choices of Adam.  So even before the world was Created,  Christ Jesus was in the planning of redemption due to the misuse of free will.  So even though Adam caused the whole of the human race to be born spiritually dead GOD made provision for those who would choose for HIM, TRUTH, LIGHT and Righteousness and provided for their redemption.

So actually,  “Who so ever will may come and drink of the waters of life freely.”   So it is totally up to you as to staying in the darkness or coming into HIS light.  GOD already knows what you will do but you don’t.  So each day is a choice for walking towards the light of God or in walking in the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life and ending in absolute darkness for eternity.  It is totally your choice to have a life of eternal blessing or eternal rejection.   So, already, through foreknowledge, knowing your choices in light, HE has extended mercy, grace and answers to your prayers that are in HIM even before you pray.  But our Creator God is much more interested in our spiritual growth than in our comfort zone.   That is why it took a while for Paul to receive his eye healing.  God was helping Paul with his spiritual pride issues.

In the past year or so,  my body, this old house I live in, has gone through a very painful and incapacitating time.  For a long while I could not even drive nor walk very far.  My lack of balance made me appear to be drunk at times.  And all this while I was selling an Inn and relocating to Kealia.  And the new property had to have a total overhaul and remodel.  I have learned a lot over the past year or so concerning God’s loving grace.  And today I am running at about 70% again,  Gardens are in,  stairs are going in for a guest loft.   Wife is happy with the gardens and new home and seems a new day is dawning with the Friday Bible fellowship gatherings.   So hope to finish the testing for this grade level soon with good grades and go on to the next.  This temporary dimension of time was created by GOD as a place where we could learn to experience free will without destroying the universe.  When the 7,000 years allotted for us in this dimension of time is complete,  GOD will take out the trash and burn all of it and have created a Heavenly Family of Righteousness in HIS IMAGE and LIKENESS in a very clean new solar system.  Even the space junk will be trashed.   You will want to live there, for sure.  And today, the door is wide open but you need to get into the Maker’s Manual (Bible) for yourself and make sure you are on track, and keep on”The Way” with the Holy Spirit.

DREAMS & VISIONS      “WORTH CONSIDERING”   5/14/19    (Across my desk on 5/13/19

Today’s Scripture
“And He who is seated on the throne said, See! I make all things new…”
(Revelation 21:5, AMPC)

He Makes All Things New
When God puts a dream in your heart, when He puts a promise on the inside, He deposits within you everything you need to accomplish that dream. He wouldn’t give you the desire to do something without giving you the ability to fulfill it. In fact, the Scripture tells us that God gives us the desires of our heart. In other words, He puts the desire inside of us and then works with us to bring it to pass. Oftentimes people set out to accomplish their dreams, but they face a setback or disappointment, and then they feel as though their time has passed. But know today that no matter where you’ve come from, no matter what’s happened in your past, God wants to make you new. He wants to give you a “do over,” a fresh start. If you feel like you’ve missed opportunities in your life, if you feel like your time has passed, remember that today is a new day. You are a new person, and God has new opportunities in store for you. If one dream has died, it’s time to dream a new dream. He makes all things new in your life today!

A Prayer for Today
“Father in heaven, thank You for making all things new. I give You this day and invite You to have Your way in every area of my life. I choose to receive all the promises You have in store for me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen”

My Thoughts:
While it is true that HE who hath began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Christ Jesus, Phil. 1:6,  we still must be walking out our dreams and visions in faith.  I would rather put it this way that our Creator reveals the Good News dreams and visions to us through His Word and Church as to what HE would like to do with and for us.  But then it is up to us to buy into that Dream or Vision with heart faith.  It is up to us to seek and receive faith to believe the Gospel and put our heart, feet and hands into it.  There is always a place for a new start if we get off the track with repentance and faith.  But it is not automatic,  1 John 1:9-10.  We are in a partnership with us being the Jr. partner.  Jesus put’s it this way,  “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you,  ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.  John 15:7”  (Always take note of that little conditional word “IF”)  So ” if” we really learn to live in Jesus and know HIS WORDS in our heart, then it works,  right?  Then our prayers receive what we ask for,  John 16:16  and if not the we may need to check James 4:3:   Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.  There is absolutely no manipulating GOD to get anything that our flesh might cry out for.

I have met a lot of wonderful Christians but I could count on one hand those who could qualify as to living completely in Jesus and having a heart faith for all HIS WORDS.  I am 86 and still working on getting that together myself.  And these “Worth Considering” notes are really very good for me.  It is like the Holy Spirit shines GOD light way up ahead to give us a vision but we are not really there yet.  But we get a vision of where we want to be.   So we are working on these dreams and visions together unless you have been hitting the delete button.    Sorry to say but most of who I know are not even sure of what the commandments of Christ Jesus are and as yet are far from being found in humility and obedience.  In John 17:20-26 our Lord prays for us that we will help each other.

And if you take the time to read Rev. 21 it is the Prophesy of Christ Jesus that happens after the 1,000 year earthly Kingdom of Christ Jesus.   It is the Prophesy concerning GOD, The Eternal Father, making a total end of all corruption on earth and making a new heavens and a new earth.  HE then gathers HIS forever family together in a totally righteous new Kingdom.   You will not want to miss this.  The former things and time will be no more.

Today’s Scripture
“You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.”  (Psalm 23:5, NKJV)

He Anoints Your Head With Oil
In the Bible, oil is symbolic of the anointing of God. Do you know what oil does? It makes things flow. Whenever there is friction or something gets stuck, oil is used to lubricate it and make it more fluid. That’s what God wants to do for you. He wants to anoint your head with oil. When He does that, notice what David says in Psalm 23, “Because God anoints me, because I walk in His favor; surely, goodness and mercy will follow me everywhere I go.” His anointing makes things easier. For no reason, people will go out of their way to be good to you. You’re going to have creativity, wisdom and good ideas. God’s anointing on your life will cause the right doors to open. It will bring the right people across your path. It will make things go smoother. And the good news is, all you have to do is ask Him for it. Remember, He longs to be good to you. You can trust that His anointing will make things easier, and He will lead you into the abundant life He has in store for you!

A Prayer for Today
“Heavenly Father, thank You for Your favor in my life today. Thank you for causing me to be at the right place at the right time. Anoint my head with Your oil so that I move forward in the path You have for me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

 My Thoughts:
The above really works when we are walking in the Spirit.  But don’t get confused, if it does not work if you are harboring some flesh some where that the Holy Spirit wants to dig out.  Key words above,  “Because I walk in HIS favor.”  This is an active investment of the Free Will….  The Holy Spirit will do nothing in our lives unless we invite HIM to help us do so.

INTENT:
 Our Creator’s original intent was to make us in His IMAGE and LIKENESS as per: Gen.1:36,  Matt.5:48, Luke 6:40,  Rom.12:12,  1 John 4:17: ” Herein is our love made perfect, (used 39 times in the N.T.) that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world.” It seems to me that “Standing” before GOD and “State” (Actual, Literal) needs to become the same by the power of the Holy Spirit. Of course it is God’s Grace that make this possible when we offer and submit all of our free will to HIM.     Eph. 4:11 teaches us that the Ministries were given to perfect us so the world could see Christ Jesus. That word, perfect is also used by Paul in 2 Tim.3:17. So if it is possible to be perfected in Christ Jesus to actually be like HIM it would seem that we would need to solidly secure that vision for that possibility? I don’t think that our Creator has changed His mind and that when the Church goes home she will go home in great power and beauty to be a perfect match for her KING. As a personal heart vision this will help us not to make provision for the flesh or the lusts thereof, Rom.13:14. It will not be an easy battle to root out all of the lusts of the flesh, lusts of the eyes and pride of life and walk each day as Jesus walked even by the power of the Holy Spirit.  But if we do this and come together as Jesus prayed in John 17:20-26 we will enjoy HIS glory (power) and we will be able to do the works that He did and greater works, John 14:12.

Rick Joyner: The Church as We Know It in the West Is About to Die

The church as we perceive it in the West is about to die. This is not something to rejoice over. Even though it may be far from the church that Jesus will build, it has accomplished much and will die in honor. It is a parallel of the life of Rachel, Jacob’s wife, who died when Benjamin was born. Benjamin was the last son born to Israel and represents the last sons of God to be born on the earth. Benjamin means “the son of the right hand,” and the right hand of God is called “the right hand of power.” Like Rachel, the church will give birth to the “son of His right hand,” but it will take her life. So this means she will have been a mother to the last-day ministry, and we honor our fathers and mothers.

The Reformation helped the church dig its way out of a deep darkness, but even as far as Christianity has advanced over the last 500 years, we have much further to go. This does not mean it will take another 500 years. As we are told in 2 Peter 3:8, “But, beloved, do not be ignorant of this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” This means He could do in one day what we think will take a thousand years.

It probably will not happen that fast, but everything is speeding up. However, what will happen will not happen through the continued reformation of the present model of the church. There is a new breed of ministry about to be released. It will be a people who walk in radical, revolutionary faith and power. This is such a new wine that the old model cannot contain it. For this reason we should not despair when the old model dies, but rightfully honor the Rachel that carried and given birth to the new breed.

Likewise, a new breed of radical, revolutionary patriot will arise in America, and not just America—in nations around the world. God established the nations and gave them boundaries. He said anyone who moved the ancient boundaries would be cursed. That’s because He wants the nations preserved. Again, God’s unity is a unity of diversity, not a unity of conformity that earthly men are trying to impose on the world. God’s unity will prevail, and patriotism is going to win around the world. In this way the heritage and inheritances will be preserved, national and cultural identities will be preserved and the great unity of diversity will be possible.

Once we see our purpose, we can see how the church in America has deviated from its calling and how the same thing has happened in our civil government. “We the people” are the ones who are primarily responsible for this because here, the people are the sovereign. The government of the republic is designed to be subject to us. The primary blame for having our authority usurped lies ultimately with us for allowing it to happen. The people will also be the ones who wake up and recover what has been lost.

This is a prophecy of what is coming, but it is also a forensic study of what went wrong so we can correct it and don’t keep making the same mistakes. If we do not understand this, we will fall again, because what caused the fall has not been corrected. Just as Spurgeon once said that he could find 10 men who would die for the Bible for every one who would read it, we too can find many who would die for the Constitution. Far more may have died for it than have read it.

As I shared before, our ministry lawyer took constitutional law in law school, and the class never once referred to the Constitution. The entire course was spent studying Supreme Court decisions, obviously under the delusion that the Supreme Court was the supreme law of the land and that anything it would do must be constitutional. Those who claim to be “constitutional lawyers” can be the most ignorant of what is actually in the Constitution. When a politician today says something is constitutional, you can almost be sure that it is not. When they claim something is not constitutional, you can almost be sure it is.

That is how twisted things have become and why the Lord’s first warning about these times was, “Do not be deceived.” Deception is far more common than truth today. This is why things reported in the media are now more likely to be false or at least distorted. Why is this? You can also now count on the same from most of the pulpits in the American church. The message of the typical American church today would be unrecognizable to the apostles of the first century.

The disconnect from truth has come the same way in the media that it has in the church. Of course, this is not true in every church or the entire media. It’s easy to see in the media how there is now a tendency to report what they want to be true rather than what is true. Is that not how we have changed the gospel, the church and even our concept of God into what we want them to be rather than how they are?

One of the basic characteristics of true humility is being teachable and responsive enough to change or to expand our concepts and beliefs. This too is repentance, and it is coming.

WRATH

WRATH (Used in the Bible)

Most folks are mostly taught about GOD’s LOVE and that is MOSTLY accurate.   But today very little is taught about how upset GOD is about what had to happen to Jesus for our Redemption and even more than that HE has great WRATH stored up for those who have rejected HIS Salvation and have rejected Christ Jesus as LORD and have made a garbage dump out of HIS Creation.  He has endured this for the sake of the very few who would exercise their free will and head for HIS light to be gathered into HIS Eternal family to eventually made into HIS image and likeness.  This was the original vision and intent and HE never changes HIS mind.

The word WRATH is used 194 times in all,  149 in the O.T.   As it is used to note the Great Tribulation of 7 years perhaps the Holy Scriptures may give us a heads up on the meaning as per Isa.28.9-20

Because they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands; therefore my wrath shall be poured out upon this place, and shall not be quenched.2 Chronicles 34:25

The increase of his house shall depart, and his goods shall flow awayy in the day of his wrath.  Job.20:28

That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.  Job 21:30

Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.  Ps.2:12

Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the Lord shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.  Ps. 21:9

Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.  Isa.13:9

They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.  Ezek.13:15

That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, Zep.1:15

Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the Lord’s wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.  Zep.7:12

But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?  Matt.3:7

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John3:36

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;  Rom.2:5

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.  Rom.5:9

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.  Eph.5:6

And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.  1 Thess. 1:10

For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,  1 Thess.5:9

 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:  17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?  Rev.6:15-17

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.  Rev.11:18

Today’s Scripture
“…work out your own salvation…”  (Philippians 2:12, NKJV)

Work Out Your Salvation
When you make Jesus the Lord of your life, some things will change in you immediately, and other things will be worked out over time. You may have addictions or sickness that you are instantly freed from, but yet, you may have wrong attitudes or other areas that are still in the process of changing. That’s because God is doing both a work in you and a work with you. He reveals His power to us and then gives us the opportunity to work with Him in the process of restoring and renewing our lives. You work out your salvation by obeying His Word and surrendering every area of your life to Him. You are working out your salvation when you choose to do the right thing, even when it’s difficult. You are working out your salvation when you stand strong and resist temptation. Remember, God is the one at work in you to give you the power to work out your salvation. He’s empowered you to overcome every obstacle! Keep dealing with the issues He brings up and keep a good attitude, fighting through until you win the victory!

A Prayer for Today
“Heavenly Father, thank You for the work You are doing in my life. I choose to work with You so that I can live the life of victory You have prepared. Help me to be an example of Your love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My Thoughts:
Actually Philippians 2:12 goes like this in the Amplified Bible:  12 So then, my dear ones, just as you have always obeyed [my instructions with enthusiasm], not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, continue to work out your salvation [that is, cultivate it, bring it to full effect, actively pursue spiritual maturity] with awe-inspired fear and trembling [using serious caution and critical self-evaluation to avoid anything that might offend God or discredit the name of Christ].

(fear here =  Holy Reverence or Great Respect)

Actually Paul here is supporting the fact that Salvation and Sanctification are a process that you began when you make Jesus LORD (ruler, king) of your life and trust HIM to forgive your sins.  The working out of this over your life time is called Sanctification or to be made HOLY.  If you have began a walk towards being like Jesus don’t get side tracked on a dead end some place and loose out.  Salvation is never a matter of “GOOD WORKS”  but if you are really saved,  that faith that brought you into salvation will also produce a change in your life into good works out of pure love for Christ Jesus as LORD.  The Holy Scriptures are the Guide Book for finding Heaven and Eternity with God.   It is our map and compass for faith, love and righteousness.  Like a good road map it is much needed as we walk through this corrupted world.  God entrusted the world to Adam,  Adam got coned out of it by lucifer,  Jesus called lucifer the god of this world and came to buy it back and give us all the opportunity of redemption.  “But straight it the way and narrow is the way to eternal life and few there be that find it.”  If you are on the “WAY” with the Holy Spirit you are indeed blessed.  But take care to keep on the “WAY” as there are many many detours all along the way that look much easier in the beginning but in the end lead a soul into the darkest of darkness and being totally alone for eternity without a body.  So choose the light and walk it out every day in Christ Jesus as LORD and you will be GOOD.  (SAVED,  REDEEMED.)
