LITTLE FOXES, “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/26/19, (Across my desk today.)
Today’s Scripture
“Catch for us the foxes, the little foxes that ruin the vineyards, our vineyards that are in bloom.” (Song of Solomon 2:15, NIV)
Catch The Little Foxes
Everyone has opportunities to get upset and be frustrated every single day. Sometimes it’s the little things—we can’t find the car keys, traffic is backed up, somebody was rude, or what should have taken an hour ends up taking four hours. Something happened and now you are frustrated and all bent out of shape. There will always be something that can sour your day, but if you are going to live in victory, you have to maintain the right approach. You can’t let the little foxes spoil the vine. In other words, don’t let the little things in life spoil the harvest God has for your future.
I’ve heard it said, “Life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you respond.” Make sure you respond to life with an attitude of faith and expectancy. Sure, things may irritate you, but don’t let that irritation last into the next moment. Let it go. Don’t try to control everything around you. Instead, release it to God knowing that His plans are for your good, and He is leading and guiding you in the path of blessing.
A Prayer for Today
“Father, today I choose to hold on to peace. I won’t let the little things upset me and steal my joy and peace. I choose to trust You and praise You for what You are doing today and in the future of my life in Jesus’ name! Amen.”
My Thoughts: Seems to me that the Church has really not been too faithful in rooting out the doctrines based upon the concept of “Once Saved, Always Saved?” This rather permissive and indulgent concept came basically from some of the teachings of Calvin. Calvin was a really studious scholar and wrote over 22 books which are in circulation today on predestination. The flaw was that the Elect could make Jesus their Savior and be saved for eternity. I call this idea greasy grace or slopy agape. The Bible clearly teaches that unless we make Christ Jesus LORD and in humility become obedient to HIM as LORD that we probably will not make the jump to light speed in the resurrection. There are hundreds of conditional scriptures in your Bible that will back this up. Only if you make Christ Jesus LORD are you secure with HIM being your Savior. And we are challenged in Holy Scripture to walk this out. Read the Book of James or Hebrews or the little letters of John…. Or the words of Christ Jesus for that matter. Of the four soils only one in four made good fruit. So drop the other shoe, if you have as yet not done so, and make Christ Jesus your LORD. Find your real security in HIM. Fill your life with HIS Words and don’t be fearful of becoming just like HIM. Kill the little foxes of the flesh, you will be glad you did. Yours in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy, Ken<>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org
It was a nice church service today and the little church was filled. I go to a Charismatic church when I can. But after all the years of being in ministry it is hard sometimes to sit through a normal church service.
The music goes from fellowship to praise to worship. The presence of the Holy Spirit begins to take over and then, as in almost all church services, the worship service is stopped. It is then time for an offering or two and the announcements. The anointing usually lifts and then comes the sermon. Seems like ministers must have a great sermon each week or folks will wonder if they are earning their keep. My heart goes out to the Pastor, he must start on dry ground to try to bring the fellowship back into the anointing and do the work of the Holy Spirit. Most of the time it just does not happen. But such is the results of a normal church liturgy.
Today the message included the observation that God is in ultimate and total control. It reminded me of many contracts that I have signed for construction projects which had the clause: “Acts of God.” In other words, some believe that God is ultimately responsible for every positive or negative outcome of life. It’s no wonder that most folks don’t trust God. But the church just keeps pumping out this doctrine that God is in control and somehow responsible and we will see through the vale by and by and know as we are known. The pastor did a little time today in Job. God dumped His wealth, killed His kids and gave him boils just to make sure he was true to the cause. I don’t believe it. Job may not have been in sin but he may have been ignorant of the law of fear ( Job 3:25). Fear is faith going backwards. Fear is the glue that holds the kingdom of darkness together. The more God blessed Job, the more Job allowed His fears to grow even to the point of offering sacrifices for His children in the event that they might have sinned. It seems obvious that Job was fearful of losing His wealth, health and the lives of His children. It is interesting to note here that he apparently had no fear concerning His wife and she remained untouched by Lucifer. God allowed Job to experience the fruits of His fear as Job allowed God no other way in which to set him free. Job’s troubles were due to Job’s negative faith level. Job was not in sin but he was certainly immature. God is only in control of what we submit to Him in loving faith. In fear, rebellion, lust, pride and etc. we cause our own painful experiences with the power of our own tongues in what we say and believe in our hearts. We are saved through faith. The whole Kingdom works in the same manner. Does God win in the end? YES. Do we win? Yes, but only if found of God in Christ Jesus with His laws in our heart. Our words can be life or death (Proverbs 18:21).
We sometimes forget that God gave Adam the world to replenish and subdue and made him the king of this world. Adam and Eve were corrupted by their own pride and fear and in free will gave the world to Lucifer. Jesus calls Lucifer as the prince of this world, the prince of the power of the air that now works in the children of disobedience. He is removed from heaven in Rev. 12 and comes to earth having great wrath. Three and a half years later he is sent to hell and in another thousand years he is consigned to the Lake of Fire forever.
A son says, “Dad, can I borrow the car?” If you lend him the car, you realize the possibilities of loss of life and the cost of repairs along with his lack of funds. Your are responsible for the car even though he will have the full exercise of His free will in His use of your car. You must decide if he will operate the car according to your wishes or his. If he crashes the car, you will need to pick up the pieces of the learning experience. But he is still driving your car. This is called stewardship in the Bible. We are stewards of God’s creation. That concept includes our physical bodies and all that God has created around us. The big question for eternity is will we drive His car the way He wants us to or will we take His car and drive it in a manner that is against His wishes. If we are obedient with His car then He will invite us to drive everything that is in His garage. If not, then He will exclude us from driving at all.
The right of Lucifer to claim the world by default was broken at the cross by the second Adam, Jesus. Lucifer had no legal rights to kill a perfect man so he could not hold him. But more than that, in killing Jesus he allowed those who would join with Jesus and become a part of Jesus to escape sin’s control and judgement as well. As in Adam all died so also in Christ shall all be made alive. Thus God provides salvation. So God knowing full well in His foreknowledge that we would crash the car, trash the world and destroy ourselves still gave us the use of the car (us and the world), even though in His foreknowledge of our perverted free will He knew that we would wreck it. But then He also knew that Jesus would come and prevail that we might find our way into His marvelous light and be loved, covered, forgiven, redeemed, restored and made to be kings and priests unto His Holy name. For the sake of true and honest love, God has placed everything He has made on the line.
God is then fully responsible and in control as the creator of all things. Lucifer is totally responsible for the rebellion and for His own pride in trying to build His own kingdom. We then are responsible in Adam for the divorce and high treason of giving the world to Lucifer. But we say, “We did nothing of the kind, what did we do?” It then really becomes a matter of choice as to the side you have selected to be on in the experience of life. Lucifer has a team that uses self centered ego, fear, manipulation, rejection, hate, greed, lust, jive and pot to mention a few. Jesus has a team of love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, kindness, faith, meekness and temperance. You are in the great and eternal reality of life and have joined one team or the other. Of course, if you have read the book, King Jesus wins the victory with the cross and the love of God. He is to be crowned the King of Kings in all of creation. He extends loving forgiveness to all on His team on that final day of the judgment of all things. The negative options are very painful (Jude 10-16)
The Mystery . The Creator, in order to build a Kingdom in which all could experience love and freewill has allow the clear and full use of earth, it has been almost like an auto destruction derby if you will. But all must find their way in free will to gain access into His Kingdom. God will not use force, manipulation, threat or bribe and has refused to make us only robots saying “Jesus is Lord” or “God I Love You.” He has allowed a time and place where hearts may grow and be tested and a place where Godly love and trust can be experienced. There was no other way for the creator to build His forever family after the rebellion. He can only build with those who trust Him and freely submit their will to love and trust Him. In truth we must learn to submit to His right to rule and to be careful to share His Kingdom laws of love with the rest of the creation. He has allowed the world to remain fallen that the children of light in Jesus might gain a thirst for righteousness. The world has become an excellent gymnasium with plenty of weights for the Saints to experience for a much needed strong spiritual growth. Unfortunately, the weights must be used properly in order to receive the benefits. And the very same weights in the gymnasium for growth can be a killer if misused.
Our father Adam, in rebellion, chose to fall into a ditch bigger than the Grand Canyon called sin. We were born in the same canyon of sin. We tend to think there is nothing else. Jesus came and threw us a rope down the canyon wall and into our darkness. The questions now is, will we use the rope to climb out into the light or do we die in the our darkness because we feel it is just more comfortable. We tend to believe that there cannot possible be anything better than our dark canyon and the light is really just too bright up there anyway. GOD want’s to create a HOLY PEOPLE?? IMPOSSIBLE, we say. But then, with GOD all things are possible…

FIRE, "WORTH CONSIDERING" 8/23/19
Fire is very interesting as a Biblical search. In Ezek 28:18 we find a prophesy that GOD will bring a fire from lucifer himself that will destroy him. The Messenger of the LORD first appeared to Moses in the flames of the burning bush, Ex.3:2. In Ex.24:17 the Glory of the LORD looked like a consuming fire. In Lev.9:24 fire from heaven consumed the burnt offering. In Deut. 4:24 the scriptures tell us that the LORD GOD is a consuming fire.
So is it any wonder that if our Creator want's to make us in HIS Image and likeness that we are going to need to get use to HIS fire? John the Baptist tells us that the LORD JESUS came to baptize us with fire, Matt.3:11. Then at Pentecost We see the apostles of Christ Jesus experiencing just that. Acts.2:3. and then in 1 Cor.3:13 we are taught by Paul that our works will even be tested by fire or GOD's presence. In Hebrews 1:7 we are told that the LORD's servants are to be flames of fire. And in the Revelation we see Christ Jesus the LORD with eyes as a blazing fire.
The vision for our little house church in Kealia is to be used of GOD to bring our kindling together and to get a good HOT, Holy Spirit fire going. Not going to be easy as there is not much dry wood lying around. Once the fire is going then a little wet wood will be OK. And when the fire really takes off there will be many that come to get dry and warmed up and catch on fire.
So what we are taught is that Christ Jesus is the 1st born of many brethren Rom.8:29 Not only that but that we are also to be conformed to the image of HIS SON (CHRIST JESUS) So that leaves us with the choice of either burning out for HIM or rotting out for this world. Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy, Ken<>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org FAMOUS QUOTES: "Have you noticed how much praying for revival has been going on of late - and how little revival has resulted? I believe the problem is that we have been trying to substitute praying for obeying, and it simply will not work. To pray for revival while ignoring the plain precept laid down in Scripture is to waste a lot of words and get nothing for our trouble. Prayer will become effective when we stop using it as a substitute for obedience." - A. W. Tozer "There are different kinds of fire; there is false fire. No one knows this better than we do, but we are not such fools as to refuse good bank notes because there are false ones in circulation; and although we see here and there manifestations of what appears to us to be nothing more than mere earthly fire, we nonetheless prize and value, and seek for the genuine fire which comes from the altar of the Lord." - William Booth
"We need a baptism of clear seeing. We desperately need seers who can see through the mist--Christian leaders with prophetic vision. Unless they come soon it will be too late for this generation. And if they do come we will no doubt crucify a few of them in the name of our worldly orthodoxy." -A. W. Tozer

CALVINISM “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/23/19 (Note Found on my desk this morning. Mostly great Words to receive with lots of love and scripture but then a few seeds of Calvinism seem buried or hidden in the theology.)
Jesus prayed about this in John 17:20-26 (Well worth Considering.)
God has designed a purpose for each person from before birth, choosing to make Himself uniquely visible through every person that chooses His way of life; (Ken here, Shades of Calvinism, actually through God’s absolutely accurate foreknowledge he saw that your soul would choose to go for the light and is giving us grace to seek, knock and find it.) Nothing is predestined without HIS ABSOLUTE foreknowledge. So we are then all fully accountable for our actions. You can not both design and purpose and give freewill. Love can not exist without freewill.
Faith toward God begins with the understanding that there is a unique life for which each person was put on the earth;
The earth would come to know the Father by the Son/sons and would have access to the Father through the Son/sons;
This relationshiprequires that the Son/sons place His life entirely at the disposal of His Father, regardless of the demands upon that life…A LIVING SACRAFICE.
This relationshiprequires the Son’s/sons complete faith in the nature of His Father’s love… “As my son I want you to believe in the potential of the seed that you have been born again of…1 Peter 1:23; 1 John 3:9;
Faith toward God is the belief that God will support the existence He chose to have through each person…Selah
(Again this is Calvinism. He really chose us as we were seen in HIS foreknowledge to have a desire for HIS light and HE gives grace and gifts as per the direction that we elect to be challenged by. )
Faith toward God is a way of life consistent with that belief, choosing the path God designed. (We can only be held responsible if decisions are totally the results of our own decisions. Calvinism is a path to fate, karma or just being a robot. It puts man on the same level with the animals who are pr-programed in there creation.)
Calvin was a very deep Biblical Scholar who seemed was only interested in the scriptures concerning Predestination and Election. But he neglected the scriptures concerning God’s foreknowledge and man’s responsibility in freewill and the scriptures that were conditional on man’s freewill. Much of the church today has grown up with a Calvin foundation so we have the supposed doctrine floating around, “Once saved, always saved.” which is not true. And that we can take Jesus as savior but not necessarily as LORD.
The solution is to see that God’s Eternal Dimension is only seen from GOD’s point of view as noted in 1 Cor. 13:9-12 So that from GOD’s Absolute Foreknowledge HIS Predestination and Election is perfectly pr-known. But from our Dimension in Time we experience a totally freewill existence with full responsibility for all of our actions. Our dimension of time is temporary. Peter indicates that a day is a 1000 years. The sabbath rest of the LORD’s Kingdom is a 1,000 years. Seems that we are nearing the Friday evening of the 6th day of our thousand year Time Week. After this 7,000 years of testing, those who choose wisely and survive will be included in GOD’s new Kingdom of Righteousness as HIS forever family. Jesus is the 1st born of many brethren. Other souls well be judged for their actions and placed with the fallen angels in outer darkness.

CHANGE “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/22/19 (Across my desk this morning.)
Today’s Scripture
“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.” (Philippians 4:8, NKJV)
Switch Over To The Victory Channel
It’s interesting that our mind will naturally gravitate toward the negative. One study showed how positive and negative memories are handled by different parts of the brain. A negative memory takes up more space because there’s more to process. As a result, we will remember the negative more than the positive. For example, a person will remember losing fifty dollars more than they will remember gaining fifty dollars.
Knowing this, we have to be proactive with our thoughts. When negative memories come back to the movie screen of the mind, many people pull up a chair, get some popcorn and watch them all over again. No, the point is that’s not the only channel. There’s another movie playing on a channel that’s filled with your accomplishments and victories.
Instead of staying on that negative channel, switch over to your victory channel. You’re not going to move forward into the new things God has in store if you’re always replaying the negative things that have happened to you. Instead, learn to change the channel. Meditate on victory and move forward in the victory and blessing God has in store for you!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, today I choose to set my focus on what You’ve done in my life. I choose to change the channel in my mind from defeat to victory. I set my thoughts on Your love and thank You for Your blessing in every area of my life in Jesus’ name! Amen.”
My Thoughts: This is a tough one… A lot of how we feel about the value of ourselves is based upon how others feel about us whether true or not. And we tend to elevate ourselves but standing on the shoulders of others. So to make of ourselves of no reputation and sit comfortable at the foot of the table, as Jesus did, is something that our worldly Adamic natures does not like at all. But then when we do that we find our placement is of GOD and HE gives us HIS reputation.
James teaches about being a HOLY MAN ( Righteous Man ) that his prayers are answered, James 5:16b-18. This is a deeper level than “imputed righteousness” this is actual righteousness or sanctification. So how to become really righteous? That means to have the humility to find GOD will and then to be obedient and walk it out. So switching channels in your mind to what is actually true, noble, just, pure, lovely and of good report will take some doing but is well worth the effort. To be so forgiving that you even forget the name of the person who wronged you. That you quit telling the stories that only make you look good and others look bad. In Hawaii it is called “talking stink” about someone. That, as unto the LORD, wives honor their husbands and that husbands lay their lives down for their wives as Jesus did for HIS CHURCH. That the union of being one that GOD meant for marriage to be, becomes a reality so that prayers are answered, 1 Peter 3. And there is a living witness of Christ Jesus and HIS Church for the world to observe. In the light of eternity our lives are less than a second long and you can only keep, what you send ahead.
So this instruction this morning will take some concerted effort and deep prayer time with the Holy Spirit to become a reality in your life. But it could be the very thing that really sets you free to really serve our LORD. Junk in, Junk out…Jesus in, Jesus out. How much of what you are doing today has eternal value? We reap, what we sow. Your soul is eternal, where will you be in eternity? In eternity what will be important?
Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy, Ken<>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org (Past “Worth Considering” may be found with a link on our homepage.)
(THERE IS BUT ONE CHURCH OF CHRIST JESUS AND ALL WHO LOVE AND OBEY HIM ARE MEMBERS.)
By David Wilkerson:
On the Day of Pentecost, the 120 disciples gathered in the Upper Room. They had come together as one body for one purpose: the hope of seeing Jesus´ promise fulfilled: "Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high" (Luke 24:49). Their cry was the same as in Isaiah´s day: "Lord, rend the heavens and come down. Let all opposition, human and demonic, melt at your presence, so the lost may be saved." And we know what happened! The Holy Spirit fell, with visible fire appearing on the disciples´ heads. They emerged from that room forever changed and thousands of lives were transformed as a result. The only thing those 120 disciples in the Upper Room had to hold onto was a promise from Jesus that he would come. And he did come, with power unseen in all of history. Likewise today, all we have to hold onto is a promise from our Lord. He pledged to all who would follow him, "I appoint unto you a kingdom" (Luke 22:29). Right now, the Lord is hearing his people´s cry, all over the world. As the Spirit falls and stirs our hearts, let this be our hearts desire as well. David Wilkerson "A Cry Is Rising."
Aloha Family and Friends, 8/21/19 Don’t like thinking like this and of course the LORD will take care of us…. But then HE did warn Joseph and saved his family.
When Israel was set up as a nation, God gave them certain financial instructions. One was that every 50 years all debts were to be cancelled. It was a financial restart for the nation and worked well. But we are now all set up with the rich getting richer, the poor getting poorer and the middle class disappearing. Credit Card debt is now sucking all the juice out of the poor of this nation. And the collective debts are reaching to nearly 100 Trillion Dollars now. So everyone seems to owe their soul to the company store as the old song goes…. except for a very few. Our politicians have placed us all into very serious debt.
1929 was the last time we had a major dept cancellation and that was about 90 years ago. So the following could be real. And you might want to think about what you can do now to prepare, if it comes. There are lots of 25 year freeze dried foods in cans that you can buy today but perhaps not tomorrow. If it happens TP will been gone from Costco in 2 days, I have seen it happen. Grocery shelves will be empty in a week or two and gasoline could be rationed or impossible to find, that also has happened in Kona. If there is a 1929 like reset on our national economy it may take a decade to return to some kind of normal as it did in 1929. I am not saying, “Thus Sayeth the LORD” but we all should take time to consider these possibilities. Yours, in HIS great love, Ken<>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org
The following are 11 reasons why so many experts now believe that a U.S. economic crisis is imminent:
1. Last week, the “spread between the U.S. 2-year and 10-year yields” turned negative for the very first time in 12 years. An inversion of the yield curve has occurred prior to every single U.S. recession since the 1950s, and this is one of the most important economic signals that we have seen yet.
2. U.S. consumer sentiment just fell to the lowest level that we have seen in all of 2019.
3. Seventy-four percent of the economists surveyed by the National Association for Business Economics believe that a recession will begin in the United States by the end of 2021.
5. The IHS Markit Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index just fell to the lowest level that we have seen since September 2009.
6. Just as we witnessed in 2008, fear and volatility have returned to Wall Street in a major way. In fact, so far this month we have already seen the fourth- and seventh-largest single-day point declines in U.S. stock market history.
7. The total number of bankruptcy filings in the United States has been steadily shooting up, and it rose another 5% percent during the month of July.
8. Major U.S. retailers continue to shut down more stores, and we have continued to stay on a pace that would break the all-time record for store closings in a single year.
9. As I discussed yesterday, on a year over year basis, U.S. freight shipment volume has now fallen for 8 months in a row.
10. According to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the probability that a recession will happen within the next 12 months is now the highest that it has been since the last financial crisis.
11. President Trump is suggesting that the Federal Reserve should cut interest rates by 100 basis points and that the Fed should restart quantitative easing as soon as possible. Both of those moves would be considered to be “emergency measures” that should only happen if a major economic downturn were imminent.
ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS, Beloved of God, John 3:16-21 THE ROCK, “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/21/19 (Across my desk this morning.)
Today’s Scripture
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” (Matthew 7:24, NIV)
Staying Rock Solid
When we have rock-solid faith, we won’t be moved by what’s happening around us. We have peace in our hearts and minds because our hope is in God. We have an attitude that says, “I’m not moved by this medical report. I respect and honor people who are trying to help me, but I know God can do what medical science cannot do. God made my body.” “I’m not moved by the economy, the stock market or my job situation. I know God supplies all my needs. He promised He would prosper me even in a recession.” “I’m not moved by how my children are acting. I’m not stressed out because they’re off course, making poor choices. I know it’s only a matter of time. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Friend, that’s unshakable faith. That’s building your house on a rock-solid foundation. When the storms of life come, you won’t be moved. How do you stay rock solid? By meditating on the Word of God and following His commands. It’s that simple. Instead of making your circumstances the focus, you make God the focus and stand strong and secure in Him! Today, make spending time with God your number one priority and learn to stay rock solid in Him!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for Your Word which is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. I choose to hide Your Word in my heart. I choose to meditate on Your promises. I know that You are faithful to Your Word and thank You for rock-solid faith as I keep my heart and mind focused on You in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Thoughts: Of course Rock is used in Holy Scripture always associates with Christ Jesus as being the ROCK. In Gen.49:24 Christ Jesus is lifted in prophesy by Moses. In fact in Ex.17:1, Moses caused water to flow from a Rock and was hidden in the cleft of a rock for protection from GOD’s GLORY. In Samuel 2:2 it is recorded, “There is no one holy like the LORD; there is no one besides you; here is no ROCK like our God. David in Psalms 19:14 writes, “May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, LORD, my ROCK and my Redeemer. And in Psalm 31:2, “…come quickly to my rescue; be my ROCK of refuge, a strong fortress to save me. But the Messianic Scripture that really catches my eye is Isaiah 28:9-20 and it is a deep study so I will let you get your Bible and spend some time on this one as it is a life and death kind of scripture.
Jesus also taught about building on the ROCK:24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.
About a year or so ago I planted some papaya seeds. And the plant next to the compost pile grew beautifully. Filled up completely with about 250 papayas all getting big and beautiful and near harvesting. But the other day I notice it was leaning more than usual. Next day it was on the ground. The roots had not grown deeply into the rocks under the earth. The root structure was shallow and down it went. The LORD spoke to my heart that this was typical of most churches today. Not solid on the ROCK, Not straight in growth and about the time for a harvest, over it goes in a split or the pastor runs off with the organist. And it is our responsibility to see to it that we have a solid Biblical foundation in Christ Jesus and that our doctrine is balanced in LOVE, HOLINESS and POWER and that we keep the “Unity of the faith in the Bond of Peace.” That all we believe can be supported by Holy Scripture in context. Paul taught Timothy, 2 Tim.3:5, that in the Last Days, ministries would have a form of godliness, but no power, and if so to find someplace that really believes and teaches the Holy Scriptures: 2 Tim.3:16-17.

FEAR “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/20/19 (Across my desk this morning.)
Today’s Scripture
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm 27:1, NKJV)
Whom Shall I Fear?
With God on your side, there is nothing to be afraid of, Rom. 8. There is a force in you that is more powerful than any opposition. No matter how big that enemy looks, greater is He that is in you than anything that comes against you. Refuse to give up, refuse to fall into fear, refuse to let it overwhelm you. When you have this warrior mentality, this “I can handle it” attitude, all the forces of darkness cannot keep you from your destiny.
Remember, the enemy doesn’t have the final say; God has the final say. And when you put your faith and trust in Him, He says, “I will always cause you to triumph.” Be strong and be of good courage. Keep God first place in your life and move forward in confidence knowing that He is working things out for your good.
A Prayer for Today
“Father, today I choose to put my trust in You, my light and salvation. Thank You for Your perfect love which casts out all fear in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Comments: It is amazing as to how much of our life force is consumed by inordinate fear of things that never happen. We tend to waste so much time even in thinking and talking about our fears. When a boy I can remember F.D.R. saying over and over again on our little radio at his daily fire side chat, “The only thing that we have to fear is fear itself.” At that time we were fighting a 2nd world war on both sides of our nation. Today I often need to remind myself and others that
FEAR is FAITH going backwards.
Jesus taught: There is nofearin love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love turnsfearout of doorsandexpels every trace of terror! Forfearbrings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love’s complete perfection].1 John 4:18. I really love what Paul teaches Timothy: For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calmandwell-balancedmindanddisciplineand self-control. 2 Tim.1:7. I often rebuke the enemy and claim by faith my power, love and a sound mind that is a gift of GOD by faith though Christ Jesus my LORD. Peter even tells us that as the age of the Gentiles is ending to do this, 7 But the endandculmination of all things has now come near; keep sound mindedandself-restrained and alert therefore for [the practice of] prayer. 8 Above all things have intenseandunfailing love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins [forgives and[b]disregards the offenses of others]. 1 Pet.4:6-8… And Jesus reminds us: Do not be seized with alarmandstruck withfear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom! Luke 12:32. and: Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now giveandbequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to befearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] John 14:27.

GOD’S SALVATION “WORTH CONSIDERING” 8/19/19 (Across my desk this morning.)
(The English meaning to the Greek word for believe is (To Trust In, Rely Upon and Cling To.) like a life raft in a storm.
Today’s Scripture
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16, NIV)
Whosesoever
When God sent His Son, Jesus, to the earth, He opened the door of salvation to whoever would believe. That means anyone can come to Him and become a child of His and have everlasting life! He didn’t just come to save certain kinds of people. He didn’t have a bunch of rules and conditions for salvation. Before Jesus came, people had to observe many laws in order to be holy enough to go into the temple. They were constantly performing sacrifices to pay for their sins just so they could be around the presence of God. And even then, their sins weren’t washed away; they were only covered up. But when Jesus came, He was the final sacrifice. His blood didn’t just cover up our sins; His blood washes us clean! Now, instead of just going to the temple to be near God, the Scripture says we are the temple, and He chooses to live inside us. Do you receive Him today? If you’ve never asked Him to come into your life, there’s no better time than right now.
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for sending Your Son Jesus so that I can be free. Thank You for opening the door to eternal life. I accept the sacrifice Jesus paid. Come into my heart. Be my Lord and Savior in Jesus’ name. Amen.” My Thoughts: I totally agree that Christ Jesus has completely done HIS part in SEEKING to save us. But now at my stage in life I am learning more and more about my free will responsibility in becoming a son of God in HIM. As I see it in scripture becoming a child of God begins with faith in Christ Jesus as LORD but is a process that continues until death. (Matt.10:22, 2 Tim.4:7-8, John 12:24-26 and John 17:20-26) and that I am to ingest GOD’S truth and share the same before I graduate. The lusts of the flesh, world and enemy are so deceitful and sanctification of the Spirit is so very important after the seed of life is planted by the Holy Spirit in our soil through faith in Christ Jesus as LORD. (Rom. 10:9-12) But the Hard Rocky Soil, Shallow Soil and Weedy Soils are so prevalent and deadly in our hypocritical culture. (Luke 8:11-17). Those plants died, only the deep, weed free soil produced fruit for HIS KINGDOM. Seems there are so very few that are really on “The Way” shared by Christ Jesus our LORD in producing fruit. Lots of folks saying, “Lord Lord” ( Matt.7:21-23 ) but not much humility or obedience. Each day of life is a precious gift and opportunity to learn more about GOD’s wonderful Grace and Mercy and be found in HIM. But without becoming obedient to that truth we find we may still be lost, (2 Tim.4:7-8). James said clearly, “Faith without works, is DEAD. James 2:17-26. Our Creator’s Prime Directive for HIS kids is to help HIM gather the rest of HIS eternal family and to help train them to become like HIM. This is so very important, so be sure to look up and digest all of the scriptures. And check it out as per scripture, what kind of fruit is on your tree, King Jesus or SELF?
Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy, Ken<>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org (Past “Worth Considerings” may be found through a link on that home page.)

The follow message came across my desk today and is absolutely TRUE. Not much else needs to be said. But then there is the little word Lord, in the beginning which we say so often as Christians but may not fully understand what it means:
LORD noun 1. a person who has authority, control, or power over others; a master, chief, or ruler. 2. a person who exercises authority from property rights; an owner of land, houses, etc. 3. a person who is a leader or has great influence in a chosen profession:
So really, when I say LORD JESUS: It should mean that HE has real Authority, Control and Power over my life and my property and is the ONLY great basic leader and influence in my daily life.
So if this is really true then it means that I have studied in depth the Holy Scriptures to see how HE want’s me to live my life. It means I am looking to find his commandments and to keep them. That in my life HE is my MASTER as implied by the word Christian which means: To Be A Slave of Christ. (First used in Antioch as a derision against those of “The Way” or the Early Christians.)
IF OTHERWISE and I call myself a Christian it is pure Hypocrisy or Acting. Isaiah writes about those in Isaiah 28:9-20 (15)…“for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:” So Isaiah warns us that Hypocrisy will not work. Hypocrisy is what I call fire insurance. You may have an old policy in a drawer some place but unless you have paid the premiums the paper will only help to make a fire hotter and burn better. So before you apply the good stuff of the note below, please do an inventory, Is Jesus Really LORD or is your little ego sitting in HIS place in the throne room of your life with no LORD or authority over you at all ? Hope that Jesus is Truly Lord?
Love you much in Christ Jesus, Ken<><
Today’s Scripture (on my computer today) “For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6, AMPC) When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, not only is your eternity secure, but you become a child of the Most High God. You instantly have an Everlasting Father! Think about that word everlasting. It means that before the beginning of time, the Father was there. He was waiting for you to make the choice to receive Him and become a child of His.
I can only imagine that He was excited and anticipating that day just like a father would anticipate the birth of his child in the natural. I can imagine that each day God would think, “Is it today?” I don’t know what your experience has been with your earthly father, but God is a good and perfect Father. He loves you with an everlasting love. He loves everything about you so much that He notices when a single hair falls from your head. He accepts you just the way you are, and He loves you enough to guide you and work His character in you. Best of all, He will be your Father from now until eternity! He will never leave you nor forsake you! Thank Him today for being your Everlasting Father!
A Prayer for Today “Everlasting Father, thank You for loving me today and for always being with me. Help me to understand Your love more so that I can know You better. Let Your love flow through me so that others can see Your goodness and come to know You as Father, too, in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
