VISION

WORTH CONSIDERING:   3/24/19

KINGDOM VISION:
It would seem by the scriptures below that the folks in the Old Testament got off on looking spiritual by telling the folks what they wanted to hear and not what GOD was trying to say to them at all.   While the scriptures also say for lack of a Vision the people perish it would also seem that the enemy has filled a lot of our vision space with lies.  In fact most visions or prophecies that I study today seem only to be just a bunch of nice words that go nowhere but to make someone look spiritual.

Prophetically we are in the last of the seven church ages with generally the type of church being Laodicea,  meaning voice of the people and not the voice of GOD.  Rev.3:12-21.    Christ Jesus prophesied that it would be the kind of church that would neither hot or cold,  it would be mediocre and that GOD would reject it.  It would think that it was rich and perfect but actually would be poor blind and naked.  It was the only church of the 7 types that Christ Jesus had nothing positive to say about.  In fact Christ Jesus was even outside this church at the door, knocking,  trying to get in.

So what it really from GOD that is true prophesy?
Jesus taught that HE would build HIS Church that it would have total power over the darkness.  HE said that HIS Church would do what HE did and even greater things.  HE said that all power in Heaven and Earth was given to Him, John 17:22,  and HE said He would give that Glory (power) to those who came into UNITY with HIM and each other.  HE said that HE came to set the captive free, heal the sick, give sight to the blind, bring the Heavenly KINGDOM to earth and offer GOD’s total forgiveness and redemption.  And that we could join with our Creator in an Eternal Family where we would become in the image of our creator.

So we here at this beginning HOUSE CHURCH at Kealia are seeking to have the same vision and to learn from the Holy Spirit how to walk this Jesus Vision out.  There is but one true Church of Christ Jesus and all who love and obey Christ Jesus are members.  And it does help if you are with others who have the same vision.  As Jesus said,  “How can two walk together except they be agreed.”  and “A house divided against it’s self can not stand.”  So if you are interested in growing with us,  let us know.  We are not looking for members but to be perfected and fitly joined with other living stones,  Eph.4:11-16

ELECTION

ELECTION     “WORTH CONSIDERING”   3/22/19

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS,  Beloved of God…  (On my desk this morning,)

Today’s Scripture
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you”
(Jeremiah 1:5, ESV)

Receive Grace
You are approved by Almighty God! When He created you in His image, He stepped back and stamped His “Made by Almighty God” approval on you. You are the apple of His eye, and His favor surrounds you like a shield. You did not choose God, but He chose you and He is pleased with you—His most precious creation. Notice that verse doesn’t say that God approves you as long as you don’t have any faults or as long as you don’t make any mistakes. No, God approves you unconditionally. No matter how many weaknesses you may think you have today, no matter how many times you fall, you’ve got to get right back up again and hold your head high. Don’t allow the enemy to bring strife into your life by deceiving you into thinking that you are not “good enough.” Stand strong in your thoughts about yourself, knowing that not only have you been chosen, but you are approved by Almighty God.

A Prayer for Today
“Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your promise of grace in my life. Thank You for unmerited favor and empowering me through Your Word. I receive Your grace right now and invite Your love to flow through me today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My Comments:
Simply, in this verse, Jer.1:5,  God is speaking to Jeremiah and telling him that in HIS dimension of time less Eternity and through HIS Foreknowledge,  Rom.8:29 that God saw Jeremiah’s life even before the creation of the universe and consecrated and confirmed him in what God knew that he would do.  This God also did the same with Christ Jesus and all of the Elect,  past, present and future.  And all of this was based upon what God knew before it came to pass.  Before the fist energy went into making the first atom GOD know the ultimate detailed results in creating HIS ETERNAL KINGDOM FAMILY.  The Architect with the plans prior to the completion of the building.

But in our time dimension it is still a matter of free will choice for us.  “Whosoever will, let him take of the water of life freely,  Rev.22:17.  So it is not that the Creator autocratically picked some and rejected others into darkness.  He simple, in love, invited all to come,  gave all a free will to love HIM and righteousness and rejected those who choose the darkness rather than the light.  As each soul is created eternal and can choose either the light or the darkness, that choice is also eternal.

So we can not generally apply Jer.1:5 to everyone and assume that what they do is approved of GOD.  We have the option of being elevated into GOD’s image through Christ Jesus by the Sanctification of the Holy Spirit.   It is our choice to become approved and shielded and by election to be found in Christ Jesus as LORD.  God’s approval is not unconditional.   It is conditional upon a REAL and LIVING FAITH in the finished work of Christ Jesus and a deep solid desire in faith to become like HIM.  It is not greasy grace,  it is a very important choice in life and even as we choose for the light we need the help of the Holy Spirit to die to our Adamic carnal nature,  Rom.7 & 8.  At the final judgment many will call Christ Jesus,  LORD in the judgment and yet not make it.

Matt.7:21-23:   Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.  22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

James 2:16-18:   And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?

17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.  18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.  19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Any questions, get back to me.   Love to all in Christ Jesus,  Ken<><

DIS-UNITY

WORTH CONSIDERING
Interesting Facts concerning Christian DIS-UNITY:     3/21/19

It SEEMS a  fact that there may be 33,000 Christian Denominations is quoted on many websites.   That includes the multiple denominations for many churches based on how many countries that the church is present in.  For example, the Roman Catholic Church, which is a single entity under the authority of the Vatican, counts 242 independent denominations where there is little difference..

Not surprisingly, Protestant Christianity makes up the bulk of different denominations, counting 9,000 mainstream and 22,000 independent for a total of 31,000.  For true denominations involving multiple churches under common leadership, the number is almost certainly less than 2000.  Major ones, with over a million members, probably less than five hundred.

Ryan Burge, a political science researcher at Eastern Illinois University, analyzed data from the survey. He used a Reltrad (religious tradition) classification code to compensate for the oversample of African Americans in earlier waves of data.  According to Burge’s data, 23.1 percent of those surveyed were people of “no religion,” while those who are evangelical — of any race, not just white — represented about 22.8 percent of the tally.  Despite a tiny resurgence in the 2018 data, white mainline protestants, which were once the largest U.S. religious demographic in the 1970s, were at just 10.8 percent of the tally, a far cry from 1975 when they were over 30 percent.

NOTICE THE LIGHT GREEN “NO RELIGION” LINE ON THE ABOVE GRAPH.  In 1972 – 5%,  in 2019 – 23%.
In the light of John 17:20-26 this is why the Church is so powerless.   Notice in reading the Book of Acts concerning LOVE, FAITH, UNITY and  POWER how they go together.  Divisions are mostly due to either Bad Doctrine or a desire to have Authority over the Good Shepherd’s sheep for themselves.

Differences in doctrine, through LOVE is a wonderful opportunity of finding more of God’s Truth for more freedom in Christ Jesus.   Differences should be embraced for healing and seeking unity.  It is obvious that two opposing positions can not both be correct.  So if we can come to a position of humility and obedience to the truth, the truth should win out and unity secured.  There is no Biblical excuse for disunity.  “A house divided against itself can not stand.” Christ Jesus prayed for our UNITY in JOHN 17:20-26.”   So no matter how it looks, UNITY is totally possible.  The Prayers of Christ Jesus will come to pass and:   WE HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO……

WORTH CONSIDERING   3/21/19  (This is possible one of the most profound teaching from Joel Osteen.)

Today’s Scripture
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”  (Proverbs 4:23, NIV)

Guard Your Heart
Your eyes, ears and mouth are all gateways to your heart. What you watch and listen to goes into your heart whether you realize it or not. Similar to a computer, what you allow into your heart programs your thinking and words, which ultimately determines the direction of your life. Indeed, your thoughts determine actions, attitude and self-image. You can guard your heart by being extremely careful about what you watch and listen to. But beyond that, you have to guard your heart against bitterness and bad attitudes. The Bible says that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. That means your words show where your heart is. Take inventory today of what you are saying, watching and listening to. As you guard your heart and mind, the springs of life within in you will flow freely, and you will live in the abundance the Lord has in store for you.

A Prayer for Today
“Heavenly Father, today I submit my mind and heart to You. I choose to guard my heart and ask that You guide and direct my everyday choices. Purify me by Your spirit so that life will flow from me in every area. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My Comments:
All that has been created in the universe is the product of faith.  The Bible teaches that all of the atoms are held together by the WORD of GOD’s FAITH.  And  that The Great Creator is seeking to teach us how to become in HIS IMAGE,  Gen.1:27.   So Real Faith is how we enter into HIS dimension of eternity.  This is the application of HEART FAITH,  Rom. 10:9-10.  In fact in Heb.11:1,  Paul teaches us that faith is both substance and evidence.  So if you want to move into God’s Dimension of Eternity to light speed you will have to come into a deep, deep understanding of how that faith works from the heart.  Fact is,  I am still learning on this one.

Some of the Words of Christ Jesus in teaching about faith:  “According to your faith, be it unto you, Matt.9:29.  If you have faith as a grain of mustard see,…. nothing shall be impossible unto you,  Matt.17:20.  Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole, Mark 5:34.  Arise, go they way:  thy faith hath made thee whole, Luke 17:19.  And they chose Stephen, a man full of faith.. Acts 6:5.   …purifying their hearts by faith, Acts15:9.  …sanctified by faith that is in me, Acts 26:18.  The just shall live by faith,  Rom.1:17.  … faith is counted for righteousness, Rom.4:5.   So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God,  Rom.10:17

So back to HEART:  Your heart decides what you will treasure, Matt.6:21,  Out of the heart can come both good and evil, Matt.12:35.  Heart faith can be lost, Matt.13:19.   So we are to train our heart to love God with all we have, Matt.22:37.  And we can also harden our heart, Mark 6:52.  And we can talk the talk and not walk the walk, Mark7:16  So faith to change things comes from the heart,  Mark 11:23.  And don’t be troubled, John 14:27.  And the Early Church melted together, Acts.4:32.
God also gave the Holy Spirit due to heart faith, Acts 15:9.  But the heart can be darkened, Rom.1:21.   And let your giving be from the heart, 2 Cor.9:7,  It is also good to sing to the LORD,  Eph.5:19.   What you do, do with a whole heart to the Lord, Col.3:23.  God wants to establish your heart in holiness, 1 Thess.3:13.  So use your will, 2 Tim.2:22 to have a pure heart.  God really knows your heart, Heb.4:12 so no use hiding out.  And HE will change your heart if allowed, Heb.8:10  So get close to God with a true Heart  and get washed up good, Heb.10:22  Allow God to clean you up, James 4:8.

JOY

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS,  Beloved of God.

JOY     “WORTH CONSIDERING”
3/20/19   (Across my desk this morning from Joel’s ministry.)

Today’s Scripture
“Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy.”   (1 Peter 1:8, NIV)

Enjoy Life!
If the circumstances of life have taken away your joy, today is the day to get it back. You weren’t meant to live this life feeling drained, depressed and down. God wants you to be excited about your future and learn to enjoy each and every day. Start each morning with a declaration of faith. Quote Psalm 118:24 aloud to yourself: “This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.” The Lord gave you today for a specific reason, so enjoy it and live it in His strength! You have to be determined to enjoy your life even in the difficult seasons. Every day you can choose to enjoy the things that God has given you. Keep giving God praise despite your circumstances, and you will enjoy your life to the fullest today.

A Prayer for Today
“God, thank You for this wonderful day that You have given me. I ask today for the eyes of faith to see myself and my life the way You see me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My Comments:
This is really simple but difficult to do.   It take REAL faith to live in God’s Eternal World of JOY as the real world.   And this world will need to be viewed as transitional and temporary and as training and testing for that REAL Eternal Kingdom.  That the Truth of the Kingdom of God becomes like finding precious stones in an old dusty mine.  So that we are willing to sell all we have to buy the source of those precious stones,  Matt.13:44.

It is in learning to be a faithful servant so as to enter in to the joy of the LORD,  Matt. 25:23.  With me, one of my favorite things to do is stream trout fishing, no trout in Hawaii.  But the Lord has made me into a fisher of men and now the Joy is in seeing a soul turn from the darkness to the light is far more rewarding than trout fishing ever was,  Luke 15:10.  Christ Jesus came to teach us the Eternal Truth of God that we might be full of the Joy of God,  John 15:11.  It is the WAY OF LIFE that is Eternal that can make us full of Joy,  Acts 2:28.  So true JOY comes from finding out what your true calling is and
in humility, love, obedience and joy through the Holy Spirit completing your course.  There is only one of you,  there are no others.  There is a design plan created by GOD specifically for you.  If you want it and find it and walk it out in your life, you will be full of Joy.   For the Kingdom of GOD is not meat and drink:  but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit,  Rom. 14:17.   Now the God of hope fill you with all JOY and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit,  Rom.15:13.

And please be in prayer for our little beginning House Church in Kealia:   “The Church of Christ Jesus at Ken’s House.”   85-4554 Mamalahoa Hwy.  Captain Cook, HI 96704.   I call it,  the “True Vine Farm.”  The new barn has a roof now so dry and safe.  Folks are already using it with tent camping and such which is working well especially with the Common area Kitchen and Bathroom.  We are about 4 miles from the “City of Refuge Federal Park.”

PRAYER

PRAYER     “WORTH CONSIDERING”   3/19/19

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS,  Beloved of God:   John 3:16,   12:24-26,  17:20-26

Today’s Scripture
“…For I alone am God! I am God, and there is none like me. Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish.”  Isa. 46:9-10
(Isaiah 46:9–10, NLT)

Trust God’s Wisdom
Many people pray very boldly for things that never come to pass; it’s only later that they realize what a blessing it was that God did not answer their prayer! It’s easy to look at our current situation and wonder why that relationship didn’t work out, why the promotion went to someone else, or why the business deal fell through. We can only see one moment at a time, but God knows how today’s situations will impact us tomorrow, next week, or even ten years from now! Sometimes the best thing that can happen to you is the exact opposite of what you want to happen at the time. God knows the end from the beginning, and He always has the sequence of events in your life in perfect order. Stay in faith and trust that just as God opens doors, He also closes doors because He has something better in store for you. You’re about to see new growth, new talents, new opportunities.

A Prayer for Today
“God, I’m so glad that You have the infinite wisdom to take perfect care of me. Give me the ability to rest in Your wisdom and not rely on my own. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My Comments:   Ken<><
OK, so folks who can not tell the difference between GOD, our own voices or the enemy are getting a lot of  NO’S,  I would expect that.  So a lot of time goes up in wasted UN-anointed prayer time that does not work and in fact is in a wrong direction.   And then it seems that the blame goes on GOD for us being hard of hearing and listening to the wrong voices.  So seems to me that if our prayers are not being answered then we need to better find the will of God so we can be in good unity with HIM.  Jesus prayed for us to find this out in John 17.  Take a bit of time and study HIS prayer.  It is a prayer that will totally come to pass even the versus 20-26 Unity part which seems so unlikely.

So let’s take a moment to consider just a few verses on what Jesus teaches concerning Prayer:
Matt. 21:13,  …”
It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Matt.21:22, …”
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.”
Luke 22:45, …”
And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow.”

And further what the disciple learned from Jesus about prayer.
Acts 2:42, …”
And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.”
Acts 6:4,…”
But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.”
Rom.10:1, …”
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
Rom>12:12,…”
Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.”
Eph.6:18, …”Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.”

This is really a great study with many many other scriptures to consider.  So, personally, 1st I feel that there is personal prayer and unified prayer.  The Word tells us to take time to be private and personal so that you can be flat footed honest.  And also to pray with and for each other.  2nd,  Prayer is simply talking to GOD and giving HIM space to talk to you.  So 3,  You need to get to know HIS voice,  HE already knows yours and what you call HIM in your comfort zone is not important.  But that you can know what to pray for, comes from HIM.

I watched the War Room again concerning prayer with some friends and I liked the idea of pasting the requests upon the wall with an empty box in the beginning to be able to check when the prayer was answered.  What a faith builder.  The room idea was nice but not essential.  A 3 x 5 note pad in the pocket could do the same thing anywhere.  And it is amazing once you walk through that door of Holy Spirit Initiated Prayer how comfortable it gets to just talk to God all day long.  When I am alone driving,  for me that is a good time for me to pray and some times I get into Worship and singing in the Spirit and have a great time.  Much to much of a private person to do so otherwise unless the Holy Spirit kicks me out of my comfort zone.  I have been  toying with putting a Jesus sticker <>< on the back of my truck.  But some one might just call 911.  But can still drive OK, if you are concerned.  Of course could miss my next turn.

1  John 5:13-15, puts it this way

13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.  14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:  15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

So our Creator God is very interested for you and me to learn to know HIS voice and HIS will.  And within that blessing to ask and receive.  And it is not a form, written words from a book, a marathon, traditions, positions or anything external at all.   Answered Prayer simple comes out of HIS great love for them who LOVE and OBEY Christ Jesus as LORD and SAVIOR and then learn to talk to HIM from the heart in loving faith. Also HE has a wonderful sense of humor.  Cracked me up today over something that we were talking together about but it was personal….  I could sense HIM laughing as well.   Yours, in HIS great love,  Ken<><   www.Trinity-Aloha.org

VISION

WORTH CONSIDERING   3/18/19

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS,  beloved of God  (Received from Joel today.)

VISION:
Today’s Scripture
“Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you.”(Proverbs 4:25, NIV)

Plan to Do God’s Will
In order to fulfill your destiny, you have to know your purpose. You need a plan, and then you must work that plan. You should wake up each day knowing where you’re headed, which direction you’re taking, and what you are going to accomplish—and then stick with it! Don’t allow the distractions and busyness of life get you off course. Ask yourself, “Is what I’m doing moving me toward my God-given destiny? Am I staying focused? Is this my purpose in life, or am I just wasting my time being busy?” Proverbs 4:25 says to keep your eyes fixed straight ahead. Don’t look to the left or to the right. Don’t be distracted and spend your time and energy on things that are not helping you fulfill your destiny. If you need direction for your life today, ask the Holy Spirit to show you how to order your time and arrange your schedule to accomplish the Lord’s will. Remember, God’s plans are blessed, and as you walk in His plan for your life, you will experience His abundant blessing on everything you set your hand to!

A Prayer for Today
“God, help me focus on your purpose for my life. I want to have a plan everyday to live out your will for my life. Help me to order my days to fulfill my God-given purpose. Bless my steps, God! In Jesus’ name – Amen.”

MY COMMENTS:
It is most interesting that in earthly things we tend to get set goals and visions to keep us on track.  We go to seminars to lean how to set goals to accomplish our visions of accomplishments and the freedom they will give us.  The Creator also has a vision for the creation of our solar system to be a birthing place in the temporary dimension of time to create a family in which we are all invited to join.

Of course there are certain conditions as in the creation we were also given a free will in order to be able to learn to love HIM, ourselves and each other.  And of course love by it very nature has to be a free will choice.  It can not be a program or it is not independent of it’s Creator,  it would only be a clone.  So you might want to do a study on what is GOD’s Vision and Purpose for you being here at this time?  Could start with Gen.1:27 and end up with Rev.21:3-7.   Your vision will set your will for the light or the darkness.  Rev.22:19-17  …”And whosoever will, let him take of the water of life freely.”

An interesting verse in Proverbs 29:17-18 teaches us this:

17 Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul. 18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.  So if you have no vision for an eternity of living with our Creator in a new heaven and a new earth of righteousness,  it will nearly be nearly impossible to make a break from this world to be made ready for GOD’s Eternal Kingdom.  Consider how many times that Christ Jesus taught us about the Heavenly Kingdom.  First words of prayer that HE gave to us were to remind us of the Heavenly Home.

So, bottom line,  where is your vision?  So a hundred years for now, where will you be?  Heart Faith is in KNOWING and not in hoping.  KNOWING = PREPPING.

Prophet: God Told Me, ‘The Day Is Coming When I Will Shake Out Dead Limbs’

(Pixabay/mbll)

Many years ago, the Lord told me that for me, self-promotion was illegal. I’ve wrestled with the implications of that word from Him ever since. For the sake of profitability for the publishers who produce my books, I’m required to do some promotion of my own, but there are limits. I’ve pondered what the apostle Paul had to say in Philippians 3:8 when he spoke of all that he had given up. He wrote: “Yes, certainly, I count everything as loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have forfeited the loss of all things and count them as rubbish that I may gain Christ.”

“Rubbish” in the original Greek is actually a rather strong profanity that illustrates the depth of what the apostle wanted to communicate about the wonder of really knowing and experiencing Jesus. For this, he would pay any price.

In light of this, and after suffering some very painful losses of my own, I’ve come to the following conclusion in the form of a question: How many of us in Christian leadership are focused on building our careers at the expense of a focus on intimacy with our Lord? How many of us raise and spend large sums of money to promote and build large ministry organizations with all the glitz and glamour, but fail to promote a very simple focus on Jesus? How accessible to the average believer have we actually made intimacy with Jesus? How many barriers have we unwittingly erected by serving the star system based on the image of the spiritual hero on the platform or the television show?

I saw in a vision during prayer the hand of God grasping the trunk of a tree and shaking it with such power that a rain of debris was falling from it. The Lord Himself interpreted it: “The day is coming when I will shake out the dead limbs and the dried fruit, leaders who lead where I have not led and prophets who speak the profane, watered-down messages of peace when there is no peace. I have hovered over My people lightly. I am about to descend in storm and great shaking. Some will fall. Others will rise. Some who were unknown are about to be known. I am making a tall tower to proclaim My truth. All men will see and be vexed at My outpouring of grace and love. You will be surprised at the fall of many, but I have preserved My servants for such a day as this. A day of release, a day of mercy. Where mercy exists, the power will fall, and My name will be known. The leadership tree is mine to prune, and a pruning is about to unfold, not in judgment, but for increase. Some have already faded away, but I am bringing more. More will fade away and more will come, rising in the brightness of My shining.”

A great shift is coming in the body of Christ, a shaking-out of the tree of leadership. Great ministries that have garnered the attention of the church and the world but failed in humble focus on the heart of Jesus, will fall in days to come. In their place will emerge a new breed immersed in the Father’s love, obsessed with Jesus. While they don’t seek or care for the spotlight or the stage, they will be placed in the spotlight and stand on the stage precisely because they neither seek nor need these things for themselves.

In Matthew 19:12 Jesus made a troubling statement. “For there are some eunuchs who have been so from birth, there are some eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by men, and there are some eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. He who is able to receive this, let him receive it.” Ancient kings employed eunuchs to guard their harems because eunuchs would be immune to the temptation to attract the attention of the king’s women to themselves. They would guard the harem and keep it pure for the sake of the king. God seeks spiritual eunuchs in our day who will care for the bride of Christ for the sake of the King of kings, our groom, and will not sample her affections for themselves.

In the same way that the apostle Paul suffered the loss of all things for the sake of knowing Jesus and sharing in everything that Jesus is, God seeks now for humble and broken servants and mouthpieces who have nothing left to lose. They’ll be given great ministries with broad impact precisely because they don’t need great ministries with broad impact. Their singular desire will be to see the name of Jesus lifted up—not their own—and the bride of Christ in love with Him. These will deliver a pure word, and these will have God as their promoter. Our Lord is looking for friends, not handlers. The genuine, not the show. The heart, not the performance.

Hello Ken I would like to ask your help in starting a prayer chain for my wife. She was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia this week. She will be admitted Monday for treatment. Any and all prayers welcome.   Shane Johnson

FORGIVENESS

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS,  Beloved of God

FORGIVENESS    “WORTH CONSIDERING”   3/15/19   (Across my desk this morning from Joel.)

Today’s Scripture
“But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your transgressions.”
(Mark 11:26, NASB)

Forgive and Move On
No one promised that life would always be fair. People are imperfect; we make mistakes and bad decisions. You may have been hurt by others in the past, but the important part is how you choose to deal with that hurt. Failing to let go of the past and holding on to grudges and anger can only cause harm in your life. If you want to keep your joy and remove what could become some huge obstacles in your path, decide to forgive others, whether or not they ask for forgiveness. God says His daily forgiveness, in the sense of His daily favor and blessings, is based on your willingness to forgive others. When you forgive, you will find new strength and begin to experience God’s explosive blessings!

A Prayer for Today
“God, thank You for Your forgiveness. I know that I don’t deserve it, but I praise You for faithfully forgiving me. Help me to clear any roadblocks in my path by forgiving others, even as You forgive me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My Comments:
My birth took place in the Kentucky Hills.   One of the old songs we use to sing on our  front porch on a warm summer evening:   “The Hatfield’s and McCoy’s were Kentucky mountain boys……  Don’t remember much more but remember a picture of the family which got shot up due to the feud.

Image result for hatfields and mccoys were Kentucky mountain boys
The lesson of the story was that the fight went on so long that everyone even forgot why it started.

  1. FEUD:  a prolonged and bitter quarrel or dispute.  To

  1. take part in a prolonged quarrel or conflict.

  2. quarrel, fight, argue, bicker, squabble, dispute, clash, difference.

  3. Have you ever noticed that the church has been in a feud over doctrine for Centuries.   Looks at the many division and denominations.  We have come to feel that to agree to disagree is OK with GOD.  We don’t even have enough love to sit down together and find out were GOD’s TRUTH really is in all these division.  But we really need to remember that only GOD’s TRUTH can truly set us free.  So we should be forgiving, loving and open to working with each other until GOD’s TRUTH surfaces and we can enjoy together a John 17:20-26 UNITY.  In talking to some pastor’s I noticed that one had lot’s of land and the other had lot’s of people.  I suggested that they should melt together and I was looked at like I was dumber than a rock.

Seems we have gotten use to feud’s in our lives and families.   Even our Constitutional Republic is always feuding,  big one right now.  Everyone want’s the power but then seems like what is best for “We The People”  is not even in the running.

So the true key to Christian Sanctification (To make righteous and holy.) begins in humility and obedience in seeking GOD’s Truth from the Word of God in Context and including all of the scriptures on the subject.  It also includes forgetting your past and the past of those around you.  It means to give everyone a fresh start each day just like you would like to have for yourself.  Christ Jesus came to set us free,  totally free.   The world, flesh and the devil wants to use, bind and abuse us.  The scripture message above is totally true.  If you don’t forgive others,  God allows you to be held with the same glue. It is an immutable cosmic law of creation that what you plant will grow whether good stuff or bad.  And in the end you will have a garden full of what ever you planted.  But PTL,  Christ Jesus came to set us free,  put our feet upon HIS rock of truth,  Isa. 28 and make us fit to live in his Eternal Kingdom, if we want to.

Friday evening we are beginning a gathering here in Kealia for just that purpose in seeking True Unity in God’s Holy Truth.  We hope we can find enough dry wood to make a really hot fire.  Weather here has been wonderful:  65 at night 75 in the day.  Blue Sky, soft clouds day.  Roof is getting finished on our ohana/shop/barn today,  PTL.   Be able to move in really soon now and start sorting stuff that has been setting around for 50 years or so.   So now have a working common kitchen, bath and with the barn some safe dry sleeping facilities.   The vision is to mentor some folks in the deeper things of the LORD as we move in that direction ourselves.    Be Blessed in your day,   Ken<><   www.Trinity-Aloha.org

SANCTIFICATION

ALOHA FAMILY AND FRIENDS,  Beloved of God.

SANCTIFICATION      “WORTH CONSIDERING    3/14/19   (Across my desk this morning:)

Today’s Scripture
“…Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun. ”  (2 Corinthians 5:17, NLT)

A New Beginning
When you gave your heart to Christ, you were changed on the inside. That’s what it means to be “born again.” The Holy Spirit now lives inside you. You didn’t change on the outside; the change is in your spirit. You may not feel any differently, but Christians know that they can’t base their lives on what they feel, but on what God says. And He says in His Word that anyone who trusts in Christ is a brand-new person. You may have been a Christian for a few months or a few years. But no matter how long you have known Christ, being a Christian never grows old. Does your life still reflect the changes that happened to you when you became a believer? Make today a day of new beginnings!

A Prayer for Today
“God, thank You for changing me and saving me. Help me to live the life in a way that reflects the change in my heart when I received You. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

My Comments:
It is interesting to me that in the Greek it reads more like this:   2 Corinthians 5:17 Mounce Reverse-Interlinear New Testament  (Bible Gateway)
“Therefore if anyone in Christ, new creation, what is old passed, behold new come! “
So it is not like a done deal, it is a process started by the Holy Spirit to replace the old with the new.  And of course a process can be interrupted and even terminated.   Acts 2:47  in the Amplified Bible:    AMP  “…praising God continually, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord kept adding to their number daily those who were being saved.”

So in our temporary dimension of time salvation is a process that begins when we decide to make Christ Jesus our Master,  LORD,  KING,  BOSS,  GOD or how every as we come into faith and obedience to HIM.  And the process continues during our life time being ministered to by the Holy Spirit until we come into being like Christ Jesus in the Image and Likeness of GOD.  The Creator is in the process of creating a family in HIS own image and likeness to live with HIM in HIS dimension of Eternity.  Gen.1:27.  That is what HE started to do and it will ultimately be so.

So the divisions that we see and the options to live otherwise are the deceitful works of the enemy.   What is not being preached is that we can resist, hinder and even stop the work of the Holy Spirit in Sanctifying  (To make HOLY) us to grow into the Image and Likeness of God.  The hard part of this is to realize that our Creator only needs our will, our permission, our desire, our vision to make this happen.  You see HE had to allow us to have a free will or we would not be able to truly learn to love.  Love requires free will.  Love is a decision.  So He had to endure the loss created by negative choices for some of us to find our way in love and free will to allow HIM to redeem and sanctify us to become a part of HIS Eternal family through Christ Jesus our LORD.

So we all have an eternal soul which will live either in absolute light or darkness (Jude),  the choice is up to us.  And each day we can embrace the light and in the end find your way to our Loving Creator or not,  it is up to us.

Revelation 22:17   And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.  Need to read the whole  22nd chapter…

Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful grace and mercy,   Ken<><   www.Trinity-Aloha.org
