REJOICE:    We are another year closer to being able to go home.  This world is not our home and will only be allowed to exist as long as needed to train the Saints in how to use their FREEWILL effectively in a positive way  for the Kingdom of God.

We are living in a very temporary time zone dimension of what may be 7000 years and we are now about 6000 years into that temporary dimension.  We appear to be closing in on the 7th day of rest of the last 1000 year called the Sabbath Rest of the LORD where the curse is lifted from Adam and the world is restored as the Garden of Eden.  After which time will cease and the elect will enjoy a new heaven and a new earth with our Creator.   All written in prophesy.  I have written an 11 page paper on the subject if interested which is attached as a Christmas Present.

So what is important to share with you today.  As this is the day that the LORD has made and we are to REJOICE in it.  So I have felt in the Holy Spirit to share on God’s Gifts to you in faith.   There is the Fruit of the Holy Spirit, The 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit, And the offices of the Holy Spirit with Deacons and Elders.  We are, this week, rejoicing with Kahu Curtis Kahale in acknowledging his call into the ministry as an Elder (Kahu) Shepherd  as unto our LORD .

So when you become a Christian by really making Christ Jesus the absolute LORD of your life.
The fist gift that we receive for God is the ability to share that new life with all around us through the Love of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.  We receive the gift of being able, in Christ , to multiply in kind.  Rev.22:17: “The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, the true Christians) say, Come! And let him who is listening say, Come! And let everyone come who is thirsty [who is painfully conscious of his need [d] of those things by which the soul is refreshed, supported, and strengthened]; and whoever [earnestly] desires to do it, let him come, take, appropriate, and drink the water of Life without cost.  So sharing of the Gospel is the joy of giving for everyone.

And then the first thing you will notice as you CONSUME the Word of God in the Holy spirit will be the fruit of the Spirit: Gal.5:22-23, “But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].  This is the confirmation of Christ Jesus of when we submit and really become HIS.

And as your new tree of life grows in Jesus as LORD, the gifts of the Holy Spirit will be found on your tree of life that bring others to Christ Jesus as LORD.  1 Cor. 8, “To one is given in and through the [Holy] Spirit [the power to speak] a message of wisdom, and to another [the power to express] a word of knowledge and understanding according to the same [Holy] Spirit;  9 To another [[b] wonder-working] faith by the same [Holy] Spirit, to another the extraordinary powers of healing by the one Spirit;10 To another the working of miracles, to another prophetic insight ([c] the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose); to another the ability to discern and distinguish between [the utterances of true] spirits [and false ones], to another various kinds of [unknown] tongues, to another the ability to interpret [such] tongues.12 For just as the body is a unity and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so it is with Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).  BLESSINGS:  Ken<>< www.trinity-aloha.org

HEADED INTO THE WRATH OF GOD FOR THE REJECTION OF HIS SALVATION:

Bethlehem Star:
Johannes Kepler observed a conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in the constellation of Pisces; he observed a “new, particularly brilliant and strangely colored star between Jupiter and Saturn, which soon faded.” Kepler suggested that the Star of Bethlehem could have been such an event. Later, Alfred Edersheim wrote, “There can be no doubt that the most remarkable conjunction of planets — that of Jupiter and Saturn in the constellation of Pisces, which occurs only once in 800 years — did take place no less than three times just two years before the birth of Christ (in May, October, and December). This conjunction is admitted by all astronomers.”
Numbers 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.  Daniel 12:3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.    We ought to remember that one purpose for which God created the stars was, “for signs.” [Genesis 1:14]   The Wise men may have had as much as 2 yrs. to find Jesus in Bethlehem.

The Chinese NWO are securing ports around the world, the Chinese government’s habit of leaning on domestic companies for the furtherance of state interests means the Communist Party of China will now likely hold sway over several foreign terminals.  Where the communist regime can’t gain a foothold, it is putting in the work to build up clout in nations surrounding the United States.  In Cuba,  Chinese laborers work alongside islanders beginning in 2017 to modernize a port on the socialist island of Cuba, according to Xinhua News. Financed largely by a China-backed loan, the massive undertaking would open the area for larger Chinese ships?

KINGDOM   LIVING     “WORTH CONSIDERING”   10/23/20   From Ken Smith<><

As I was going to sleep last night the Holy Spirit started flooding me with ideas to share today concerning the  KINGDOM  OF  GOD.  The second most important item in the “How To Pray” list was, “Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be DONE On Earth as it is in Heaven.”  So the LORD Jesus gave us a good way to go.  So what is the Kingdom of God like: Jesus liked to teach on the Kingdom as it is one of our Creator’s Precious Promises.  So in Matt.5:3 the Lord Jesus teaches us that the Kingdom is reserved for the humble:   “Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!  And for the Righteous: Matt.12:28: “For I tell you, unless your righteousness (your uprightness and your right standing with God) is more than that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.  And that the Kingdom is not physical: Rom.14:17, “[After all] the kingdom of God is not a matter of [getting the] food and drink [one likes], but instead it is righteousness (that state which makes a person acceptable to God) and [heart] peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. And The LORD instructs us in Matt.6:33, “
“But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.

OK, so we are challenged to consider that being self centered and ego centric and the boss of our little world is not really where the Joy of God can be found.  And that it is Spiritual rather than Physical that we want.  That we can have it all and still miss out on the Joy of the LORD.

In my younger years I would love to go rock hunting in the desert where things were mostly untouched and you could find geodes and open them and be the very first to see their beauty.  As I considered the little crystals really clean and beautiful I could sense the Kingdom of God.  And I could go trout fishing and be all alone with a lovely rippling stream I again sense the presence of The Creator.  Or singing Mozart in a concert choral, or looking at a lovely sunset or rainbow I would know that there was more.  That there was no reason for these things and my ability to experience them except for a God of Love.

But then as a little boy I watched Walt Disney’s “Night of Bald Mountain” and the mean witch in Snow White and watched Bambi and the Cowboy slaughter flicks for .10 cents and saw the darkness that was also in our world.  Did not think too much about it at the time but it was logged into my mind that there was good and bad.  And I found out that there was a lot of pressure at school to be bad.  Betty did not appreciate it at all of me using her gold braided hair in my ink well to draw a picture with.  Nor the time we took Mr. Pickets tobacco drying stakes and made a fort with them up in the top of his barn.  And he could not catch us to make us take them down.  Each of have stories like this I am sure.  And worse ones.  But it does make us wonder why a Good God would allow such evil to exist in our world.   But we need to understand, He did not do it, we did.  Adam was made the King of this world to replenish and subdue it after lucifers corruption of it.  And Adam, after a while, got  prideful, was tempted by lucifer who had only one tree left to him in the garden. and in pride rebelled and became disobedient.  But God knew what was going to happen and had already had plans to fix it and that the evil could be used to make us even stronger.  So today with have a gymnasium that will either make us stronger in seeking God’s Kingdom or it will send us off into a Christ less eternity of blackness alone.   So today I have both the good and the evil decisions to exercise my freewill.   And if I really have a heart faith for the Kingdom of God I can enjoy HIS righteousness, Peace and Joy in the HOLY SPIRIT right here, right now through HIS grace, regardless of my physical circumstances..   

You see, Our Loving Creator God will not ever manipulate us or tempt us.  What temps us is what was added into our humanity genes by the choices of Adam and those before us.  Christ Jesus came to give us the choice to be restored to our Creator and to the original vision to be made in HIS image and likeness.  But the choice is totally ours during our one life time.  Our Creator has a vision to build a family of those who want to Love and Trust HIM and who will make the decision to want to be with HIM as LORD and the decision will be permanent and for eternity.  Any thing less than this and we would only be a bunch of Robots just sitting around waiting for a new program from the Tech. in charge.  So how you doing with your freewill?  Ego centered or Christ centered?  You have till death to figure it all out.  But then none of us have a time warranty.   I am sure pulling for you that you will decide for the Light, Love, Joy and Peace that our Eternal Creator is now offering you as you read these words.  If you need help, write me a note: ken@trinity-aloha.org  Also I wrote a paper, “Return of the King” about the events concerning the Lord’s Return.  Happy to send you a  free e-mail copy.  Just request it.

As for me, there is a bit of family persecution from the things that I write.  Once in a while, long while, someone will request to be taken off of my mailing list and easy to do.  The list is only about 200.  But in general seems like much of the family may just hit the delete button.  But each day it does get me into God’s word in my retirement and is a good time with the Holy Spirit in the peace of my little study.  I call our little farm, TrueVine.  And we are now harvesting avocados, bananas, papayas, beans, leaks, corn and have a lovely big lawn with some really neat  folks here from (China, Japan, Oregon, Colorado) to help keep it all going.

SALVATION:     “WORTH CONSIDERING”     12/22/20    From Ken Smith<><

Personally I can not remember how many times in church services I have been reminded that we are created in the image and likeness of GOD?   Then why all the fuss about salvation, heaven, hell and such things.   If I am truly created in the Image of God then is should be easy to find my way home.   So many do not get to energized as supposed Christians to think much more about it.  And in fact why be concerned about any one else as they do have the genes of God.  So why should I try to interfere with their lives about doing any thing?  Just let God do what HE made us to do.  So we have a great number of Christians so called, that church is only a club gathering.

With the Virus Pandemic I have place an ad in the West Hawaii Today Church pages for now coming on 12 times with one more to go with help on setting up a local family house church like in the Early Church which was very effective.  So far not one contact: www.OhanaChurch.Life

So what is the Truth of the matter?  The Truth is that Adam and Eve were created in the image of God to become in HIS likeness.  But they ditched school and became disobedient and spiritually died.   And all of the generations that they produced were formed in the spiritually dead likeness.  So Jesus tell us very clearly that we were born spiritually dead and need a new birth from above to start back to school and to learn to become in the likeness of God.  Jesus was the first one to complete the course and now is in the image and likeness of GOD.  John 3:16:
 
“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([ d] unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.   17 For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.   18 He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation—he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.]” So our Grand Daddy Adam brought us into a world that was sold into rebellion, pride and selfishness.  And as we grew up as children,  that is what we inherited.  So we were not born in the Image of God but in the Image of Adam in his pride and rebellion.  And we grow up having the same problems that Adam did only instead of one NO tree in a big garden of YES trees we now have a YES tree (the cross of Christ Jesus) in a world full of NO trees.  So we find ourselves in a world full of evil that mostly hates the light.  
But our Loving Creator knew, that it was not our choice to be brought up in an evil world.  So HE made a way for us to have the opportunity to make our own personal choice for Light or Darkness in and through Christ Jesus.  So here are some Bible scriptures to consider about your choice.
My favorite for a clear picture of how to abandon living in Adam and in Joining Christ Jesus:
Rom. 10:8-13,   “8 But what does it say? The Word (God’s message in Christ) is near you, on your lips and in your heart; that is, the Word (the message, the basis and object) of faith which we preach,  9 Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  10 For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.   11 The Scripture says, No man who believes in Him [who adheres to, relies on, and trusts in Him] will [ever] be put to shame or be disappointed.   12 [No one] for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek. The same Lord is Lord over all [of us] and He generously bestows His riches upon all who call upon Him [in faith].  13 For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord [ invoking Him as Lord] will be saved.

The key word in this invitation by Apostle Paul is LORD which means Master, King, Ruler and not just savior as in a get out of hell free card.  It means to really make Jesus LORD and find out in the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit how HE commands us to live our lives for HIM, John 12:24-26, “ I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains [just one grain; it never becomes more but lives] by itself alone. But if it dies, it produces many others and yields a rich harvest.25 Anyone who loves his life loses it, but anyone who hates his life in this world will keep it to life eternal. [Whoever has no love for, no concern for, no regard for his life here on earth, but despises it, preserves his life forever and ever.] 26 If anyone serves Me, he must continue to follow Me [[b] to cleave steadfastly to Me, conform wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying] and wherever I am, there will My servant be also. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.

Vision of Isaiah 35:7-9   “And the burning sand and the mirage shall become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water; in the haunt of jackals, where they lay resting, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.  8 And a highway shall be there, and a way; and it shall be called the Holy Way. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it shall be for the redeemed; the wayfaring men, yes, the simple ones and fools, shall not err in it and lose their way.  9 No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast come up on it; they shall not be found there. But the redeemed shall walk on it.”   And:  Rev. 22:16-17: “I, Jesus, have sent My messenger (angel) to you to witness and to give you assurance of these things for the churches (assemblies). I am the Root (the Source) and the Offspring of David, the radiant and brilliant Morning Star.  17 The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, the true Christians) say, Come! And let him who is listening say, Come! And let everyone come who is thirsty [who is painfully conscious of his need [d] of those things by which the soul is refreshed, supported, and strengthened]; and whoever [earnestly] desires to do it, let him come, take, appropriate, and drink the water of Life without cost.  Amplified

And for me it has not been easy in trying to bring my every thought into the captivity of the mind of Christ Jesus.  Perhaps that is why I have enjoyed more years than most.  And it not easy to die to the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life even at 88.  So I need all the help from prayers and the Grace of God that I can get.  I still tend to think I am 40 and quickly find that I am not..  But Jude tells it the way that it is, ( Jude 20-21) “But  you, beloved, build yourselves up on [the foundation of] your most holy faith [continually progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], pray in the Holy Spirit, 21 and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you ] to eternal life.”

HOLY SCRIPTURE,     “WORTH CONSIDERING”   12/21/20     From Ken Smith<><

Over the past few days I have been dumped on by several Christians as being too welded to Holy Scripture or (Doctrine).   That I am not flexible enough to love people more than I love doctrine?  So seems I am making waves.   Also of what I have been teaching as being my own doctrine and not really the level of LOVE that I should have for everyone in what I write.   That my letter on 12/20/20 was not very much like Christmas.  So if you also have a feeling about what I am doing one way or another it could be helpful.  Each day I write this blog I wonder if it is the last one.  I get so much junk mail each day that it seems to take forever to find the mail that is personal and welcome.  Some days runs near 200 e-mail to look through.  Thought that after the election it would quiet down, but no, seems even more.  So I know that you also are having the same issue with what to trash and what to view.  But today I felt to share about the Holy Scriptures as this is my source of Truth and Light and frankly my top source.  There is a verse that Paul wrote to Timothy that seem to cover a lot of the bases:  2 Timothy 3:14:   14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

When I became a Christian back in 1955, one of the first things I learned through  the Navigators was that for a Holy Life I needed to feed in the Holy Book and they gave me a packet of scriptures to memorize to help me grow in Jesus, Psalm 119: 9-11 was one of the first verses:  9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.    10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.     11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.  Our LORD know also the need for knowing the Holy Scriptures as per Luke 2:46:   “46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.  47 And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.
48 And when they saw him, they were amazed:   And this is Jesus at the age of 12.   And in Hebrews here again we see HIM in the majesty of the Holy Scriptures in Heb. 10:6-8: “ In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. 8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; And in Psalms 22 and Isaiah 61 Jesus found and honored the messianic scriptures concerning HIM.  In fact you can find just about all that Jesus taught and did in the Old Testament but it is buried by the prophets to be found line upon line and precept upon precept.  So you need to know what you are looking for to make the bridge from the Old Testament to the New Testament and of course there were many things in the Old that were fulfilled and completed in the New so that the New Testament is the New Will which was made effective by the death of Jesus.  Jesus died contrary to the Immutable Law of God that only sinners would die.  lucifer made a big mistake when he had Jesus killed.  A mistake that opened  the door for all.  As all  who  choose to be in Jesus rather than stay in Adam may have eternal life.

All Truth from Gen. to Revelation speaks to us about salvation and of Christ Jesus being our Lord, if we will accept it.  Thousands of verses apply to this fact that our Creator loves us and wants to save us.  But in that salvation we also have a freewill that HE will not manipulate nor try to control.   HIS vision is for us is for us to want to be a part of HIS family because we see HIM in Jesus and we love HIM and want to be with HIM.  But if we like this world better than HIS world, it is our choice.   If we want to take HIM up on HIS offer, HE will also give us the grace to follow the Holy Spirit in to being sanctified like Jesus or just like you had never sinned.  
Unfortunately our Creator has not made another world for those who pass up HIS offer and love the darkness rather than the light.   And this physical body has a time factor limitation of about 120 years, Gen 6:3.   And our Creator has made no plans for replacing this temporary physical world or body with a new one for those who reject HIS love and salvation.  But our soul is created to be eternal.  Jude puts it this way: Jude 12-18:   “These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;   13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.  14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,  15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.  16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.”

(May be the last time we can say this without a stink eye.. or being illegal.)

I hope, in spite of the CCP  plague, you will have a wonderful Christmas time with Family and Friends.   And remember,    Jesus is the reason for the season. 

Jesus gave a prophesy recorded in Matt.24, Mark 13 & Luke 21 that a time would come when the birth pains for the translation of HIS Church would begin.  I am not a prophet but seems to me we may be headed that way.  And as America goes, so goes the world.  That the U.S.A. is the major clog that keeps the atheist Socialist New World Order at bay.   Our last election in November was a vote for or against this NWO.  It was not about Trump or Biden.  It was about the future direction of this Country as a Christian Constitutional Republic and the consensus of the voters now seem to be about 50/50 except that one side is totally unethical with the way in which the voting was handled and counted.

So unfortunately 2020 may be the last year we can say this without deadly objections from the Unethical.  You see the Democratic Party has been so interested in gaining power that they have made friends with the unethical and have even allowed the Unethical to gain control of their party.   And this election is to whether this nation will continue as a Christian Constitutional Republic with freedom for all, OR NOT!!!  Personally,   I do not believe the vote counting was ethical.  I truly believe with an ethical vote that Trump could still win.

But if we continue on the present course and allow this sham of an election to direct our national course you may say goodbye to many of the freedoms that you take for granite today.  We appear to be headed into the same ditch as Venezuela.  Check their history, this is what is ahead of us if we continue in this direction.

As for elections, there will never be another election of the people, by the people and for the people.   Venezuela use the same voting system which can be manipulated.

As for being a Christian in the new direction expect persecution and the Bible to be  classified as a book of hate and outlawed.

As to your retirement, the future is unknown.  The printing of bogus money will make what you have saved dissolved into only paper used best burned to keep you warm in the winter.

As to freedom of speech, gone.   It is nearly gone in our schools and universities already.

As to freedom to bear arms, gone, illegal, confiscated

As to taxes a 40 -70% increase

As to our schools,   total control by atheistic immoral socialism which is almost there already.

As to our churches, controlled or closed

As to medical, like China, difficult, long lines and poor quality.

As to the poor, everyone from where ever, invited to come to the U.S. for food,  housing, medical and education if needed without cost of any kind.  

Hawaii might even be returned to being a Kingdom for the ruling rich and famous Socialists to come for a warm and extended vacations.  Obama has a million dollar + property in Oahu.

As for us here in Kealea, we are still trying to find the mind of the LORD as to Christmas and family time and the uninvited CCP Virus.  I do believe in true heart faith, love and a Holy Unity we do have the victory over the virus.   But much of the so called church is in presumption and that does not work at all.   But we do need to be in prayer that this cloud of darkness that is over us now,  God will allow to pass and not allow it to land on us.   But we do not have much time left to gain this victory, less than 30 days.  So enjoy your Christmas but please get everyone to pray that none of the above comes to pass.

One of the biggest holes in evangelist’s basket is that he looked not the Lord’s command found in Matt. 28:20, the first part, with the conviction of the Spirit, as an evangelist, to have that precedent fire into his heart. Not into a lot of different ‘versions’ of the scripture but I like the way it’s put in the “Life Application Bible’, N.L.T. “Teach these [new] disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.” This is one of the great faults of the Body. Therefore, a lot of hair brained Christian’s and Christianity of no effect. If we should think revival, think on this. Lovingly, Eddie  Ayon, Evangelist.

My Reply:   You are so right Eddie.  By the Church at Large, omitting, some of the Elder’s offices, Eph.4:11-16 we have not been able to see Jesus in all of HIS Glory in HIS Church today?

So let us share a little concerning the “Ideal Church of Christ Jesus” that the Holy Spirit wants to build, when HE has our permission to do so. 

Seems the 5 fold ministry was working in the Early Church,  Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists and Pastor / Teachers were noted in the Book of Acts and the Letters.   And it is easy to see that with a Good CEO, Quality Control, Sales, Mfg., & Parts any Corporation could be very successful.  But it would not work if any one was on a power trip to get rid of the other offices,  they are all very different and  each one very important.  As for the Old Testament system if was Totally Trashed by God.    So with the New Testament there is a totally new wine skin regardless of how we feel about it.   Seems that the Holy Spirit had more freedom with the Early Church as the vain traditions were not so embedded.  And the Holy Spirit will need to bring the Church of Eph.4:11-16 alive.   And, for me, I want to be part of the cure and not a part of the problem.  Our LORD JESUS warned us seriously about Vain Traditions making the Word of God ineffective.  And we see this everywhere that we look. Most churches are totally powerless and we have gotten use to that fact as being normal.   But I have faith that what the Holy Spirit created in the Early Church in the beginning is still possible and probability for now and with even more power than they enjoyed in Acts 5:16.  I might not be yet able to do any of that but I want to and can be growing in faith to learn how to do it.  Even the translation of the Church into Heaven could easily be based on our own faith in what we believe.   Often Jesus taught,  “Be it unto you according to your faith.”  Heb.11,  Faith is the Substance and the Evidence of things hoped for and not seen.   Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God….  I am sure we don’t have all that was written but we certainly have enough to enjoy becoming full of faith.

My concern is the Church of Christ Jesus was never set up as a dictatorship nor a majority vote.  It clearly was set up for the rule of Elders as men of God who would listen to each other in finding the will of God in the Holy Spirit with the Holy Scriptures.  That they would do noting unless all agreed and it was guided by the Holy Spirit.  Acts 15  “It seems good to the Holy Spirit and to us.”   So if we can find Elders walking in humility in working together for the Kingdom and looking for the Holy Spirit that just might work.   But if we want to remain as a dictator or pope or abbot over our own little kingdom, it will just be another division and it will not work for seeing or experiencing the Kingdom of God on Earth.  We need to come into a loving unity in faith and in the Holy Spirit to see HIS power released.  I know that in unity that even 2 is 5 times stronger.  If we were to become of one mind and one spirit we could enjoy the Kingdom of God in Truth..  And we should all be open to changing as well if the scriptures are provided to help us do so in good faith.  But it will draw deeply into our love for each other and our patience and humility I am sure.   So would that be good or bad for us?   In scripture I find a bottom up authority based on Love and Faith.   Not a top down authority based on fear and submission.  Freewill is never violated by God.   The Early Church Elders submitted to one another in love as they could experience the Holy Spirit moving in a direction.  Therefore they could maintain the unity of the faith in the bond of peace.  Ideal I know,  but it is a God Ideal and can become a fact through HIM.  I would like to know if anyone is interested in this possibility.  There is what we have today that is full of traditional nonsense.  And there is the Kingdom of God that is shared by our Lord Jesus Christ and HIS Apostles Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and teachers as per Eph.4:11-16 for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, till we all see Jesus.

So what I see is unless the many parts come together in the Power of God to be like Jesus the world is not going to change course and sit up and be moved to change.  They are wet and cold and lost.  If we build a HOT FIRE in the HOLY Spirit, they will come to get warm, dry, found and changed into the image of Christ Jesus as per the original vision and plan of our Creator…..

JESUS,   “WORTH CONSIDERING”   12/17/20    From Ken Smith<><

This morning, for some reason, no note from the church in Texas that I like to use as a spring board for writing this Blog.  So you will have to put up with mostly me, this morning.

We celebrate the birthday of Jesus in less than 2 weeks so let’s focus on HIM.   Isa. 53:2  talks about him as coming up out of the dry ground and there would be nothing special about him that would make him any different from anyone else and he would be rejected.  That the awaited messiah would come as the “Son of Man.”  As the son of Adam if you will, Adam in Luke was considered to be a Son of God, Luke 3:38.   Even Moses prophesied about Jesus in Deut.18:15, “The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;    When Jesus walked the earth HE was totally man but with the anointing of God that is also available to us.  Isa. 61:1 “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me…” The same verse that Jesus quoted when HE began HIS ministry, Luke 4:18 and in verse 21 Jesus said, “This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.”  We know that Jesus was totally man as HE was tempted in all points as we are, and yet without sin.  And that GOD can not be tempted nor can GOD die.  In Hebrews 2:7-10 we are taught that Jesus was made perfect through sufferings.  That as a man he, as the second Adam, managed to gain the victory in all that the enemy could send against HIM and in that victory HE tasted death for all who would make HIM LORD.  After HIS resurrection HE said this in Matt. 28:18:   “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”  In John 17: 20-22, HE prays: “And the Glory (Power) which thou gavest me I have given them: that they may be one, even as we are one:”

So Jesus came as a man to be our suffering savior, to take our sins from us and join HIM in unity and power. And Jesus became God & King.  King Jesus sent the Holy Spirit at Pentecost who set up the structure for the Church.  The Church is a wholly different species,  totally new at Pentecost.   Unique in every way as the Bride and Body of Christ Jesus.   Prophet John noted that very clearly in John 3:28-30

28 Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. 9 He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.  30 He must increase, but I must decrease.  (The age of the Church takes precidence over the age of the prophets or kings of the O.T.)

Luke 7:27-29:  This is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.  28 For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.  29 And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John.  This was still under the Old Testament.

In Christ Jesus we are born into the Kingdom of God.   Potentially our authority in the Church is greater than that of John the Baptist or any of the Old Testament Prophet of God.

Jesus came to make a transition between the LAW of the OLD WILL (Testament) And a new will of the New Testament due to HIS death and resurrection.  So seeing the context is important as Jesus came at a time that the LAW of Moses was in effect and was valid until the sacrifice of Jesus had been made, Isa. 63…  After HIS resurrection we see HIM through Johns eyes in Rev.1 & 4-5 and 19 as the Word of God made Flesh.  And also as the 1st Born of many brethren….

And the Holy Spirit established the Church to be under HIS leadership and control through Elders.    ACTUALLY THESE ARE OFFICES IN THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT ARE MOSTLY LACKING IN THE CHURCH TODAY AND LEAVING THE THEATER STYLE CHURCH MOSTLY WITHOUT POWER.  IT IS LIKE THE CHURCH IS A SILK GLOVE WITH FIVE FINGERS THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT WANT TO WEAR AND TOUCH THE WORLD FOR JESUS BUT WE HAVE CUT MOST OF THE FINGERS OFF OF THE GLOVE WITH OUR VAIN TRADITIONS.      Eph. 4:11-16

THE NEW WILL TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER THE OLD WILL,  THESE ARE TWO DIFFERENT WILLS FOR TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLES.  THE OLD TESTAMENT SOULS ARE FRIENDS OF THE BRIDEGROOM,  THE CHURCH IS THE BRIDE OF THE BRIDEGROOM.  THIS IS A CONSTANT THROUGH THE BIBLE.

THE SHEEP BEAR THE LAMBS.  BUT THEN THE OFFICE OF THE EVANGELIST DOES HELP IN THE BIRTHING PROCESS LIKE A MID-WIFE….  BILLY WAS AN OUTSTANDING EVANGELIST IT WAS UNFORTUNATE THAT THE BASKETS THAT THE SOULS WERE PLACE IN HAD HOLES.  SHOULD HAVE HAD GODLY PASTORS AND TEACHERS TO HELP WITH THE HARVEST OF SOULS.  PROPHETS ARE GOD’S QUALITY CONTROL FOR HIS TRUTH,  APOSTLES ARE HIS VISIONARIES FOR SYNERGY UNITY.   ALL ARE NEEDED FOR A HEALTHY NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH.  ABBOT LOOP in Alaska,  WAS ON THE RIGHT TRACK BUT TRYING TO DO IT IN THE FLESH.  NOT ENOUGH LOVE TO WORK THROUGH THEIR DISUNITY.

Today there is but ONE Church of Christ Jesus as LORD and all who love, honor and obey HIM are members.  But there area about 30,000 Christian divisions around the world today due to the fact that we don’t have enough of HIS love to sit down and find HIS truth for a HOLY UNITY as Jesus prayed for in John 17.   It will come to pass by choice or by persecution but that prayer will be answered.

And by the way the shepherds were not with the sheep at night in December in Bethlehem.  Much to cold and the grass had no food value in the winter.  But no matter, Just make Jesus the reason for the Season.    Enjoy the Tradition but make it alive with Jesus and who HE really IS!!!!

Today’s Scripture                       (Across my desk this morning from a ministry in Texas.)
Elijah said to Elisha, “Tell me what I can do for you before I am taken away.” And Elisha replied, “Please let me inherit a double share of your spirit and become your successor.”
(2 Kings 2:9, NLT)
   
A Double Portion
Elijah was a great prophet who did many amazing miracles. One day he saw a young man named Elisha and told him to come and be his assistant, to basically take care of him. Elisha was from a wealthy family and could have been too proud to take what seemed like a low level position, but he recognized the favor on Elijah’s life. He respected the anointing. For years he served Elijah with honor, and eventually, he received a double portion of Elijah’s anointing and did twice as many miracles.   When you sow into someone with great favor, you’re going to reap some of that favor. Sow honor into that supervisor who’s ahead of you. Sow respect into that colleague who’s extremely talented. Sow friendship and encouragement into that person who’s taking new ground. God put them there to bring you favor. As you connect to them, new doors are going to open for you, and new talents are going to come out.
   
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that Elisha didn’t just get the favor that Elijah had, but he received a double portion. Help me to find the people with whom I should connect and help them to find me as well. I believe that the honor I show them will come back to me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments,
Many times in my life I have experience the above.  One day I was going over to Hilo for a Agape Feast (Meal) and to share with the hippies that attended.  It was a large hall in the old Doc. Hill Mansion that would hold perhaps 2-300 people…  As I was driving my van in that direction I noticed a hippy wondering around in the middle of the street so I stopped next to him and ask where he was going.  He said, “I don’t know.”  So to be polite I ask him what his name was? And he said, “I can not remember” So I ask him a 3rd question, “Are you hungry” And he said, “ I sure am.”  So I ask him if he would like to go with me to a party with lots of food, and he made for the van and away we went to the Love Feast.   Well he ate all he could, was loved up a whole lot by all of the Christians and came to make Jesus LORD.   When I went back to Kona he came along and went to the True Vine Farm and began to listen, read and grow.   Found out his name was Craig McNutt and his dad was in Texas oil.   He got lost in the ministry over time I lost track of Craig.   20 years later he showed up at my home with a lovely wife and kids and I found he had been preaching in Brazil for nearly 20 years in Portages.   I was amazed and still am at what that small moment in time may be when Greg stands before Jesus and the Books are opened.  Such a great joy that will be for me in having such a small part in Gregg’s pilgrimage into God’s Kingdom.   Not saying it could not have happened another way.   But that the Holy Spirit allowed for me to have the Joy of being included in HIS plans for Greg that day.  And today in my home the quest continues as I have 4 souls staying with me  (and another on the way)  that are able to be assisted in making a clean decision for the Holy Spirit to work in their lives just like I was in the past from 1968 when God called me into the ministry of reconciliation.  And all of us have that same calling on our lives to embrace the LORD’S loving concern for souls to help others and to enjoy HIS vision for why they were created.  You were created with a purpose from God.  But you also were created with a free will, like God.  You can say yes or no.   But the Joy of the LORD is in saying yes and joining others on the road to becoming like Jesus.  He is the first of HIS kind and many of us are to also to come to be like HIM and be directed of the Holy Spirit.  And to help make the Kingdom of God on Earth as it is in heaven.  But you do have your own choice to also do as you like.  Many are taken captive by the lies of the enemy.  He is even good at making up spiritual lies that seem to be of God but are not.   The filter for filtering the lies of the enemy is the Word of God.  IF You don’t study the Word of God, then there is a good chance of being taken captive by false doctrine.  Some today feel water baptism saves, it does not.  Some feel that if the get saved it is a done deal, it is not.  Study James and 1 John and Jude.  Some think that we are not responsible for others getting the Gospel, that is up to God.  But the Word of God tells us that we share with the Holy Spirit the responsibility of the harvest of souls that needs to be gathered into the Kingdom of God.  So much of what you think you know may only be Vain Traditions that make the Word of God ineffective.  You need to study the Word of God for yourself.

If somebody did you wrong, rather than internalize it and wonder if there is something wrong with you, have you ever thought that they hurt you because they were messed up? Maybe they felt so badly about themselves, so unlovable, that they tried to project it onto you. How they are treating you flows from their own insecurities, fears, hurts, wounds, prejudices, and dysfunctions. Hurting people end up hurting other people. Messed-up people can mess you up. If you base your value on what they’re giving you, you can end up dysfunctional.  Don’t let what others say about you define who you are. Don’t let what you didn’t get from them make you feel as though you’re to blame. Quit letting how people treat you make you feel inferior. You have to go to your heavenly Father. They’re not your Savior. You already have a Savior. He’s on the throne. Go to Him and not to people.
    
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that I can come to You for all the approval and love that I need to live securely. Help me recognize that hurting people hurt others and guard my sense of value when I come under attack. Thank You for being my Savior. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments:
When entering the 1st grade at Elkhorn Elementary School in the country, in Kentucky. I was a good looking kid with very Curly blond hair.  Being with other kids was a brand new thing.  And there was these twins, beautiful, also with blond curly hair and I was immediately in love (infatuated) and made quick friend which was great for them as well.  Until strutting with them during recess holding hands until was confronted by their former admirers and beat up pretty soundly.  Turned out to not be a good day at all.  They had friends, I was the enemy… continued on the walk from school to home.  I was very angry and threw rocks at a window.  It busted, the owner was watching, my father was contacted and the day got even worse.   Seems we have all had bad days like that.  For years after that the kids would call me Can Not rather than Kenneth.  It has taken years of getting out from under being made into an introvert by my reaction to the rejection.  And it was all about what I looked like and not what was inside.  Many need healing from such experiences that may go way back.  But the LORD delivered me.  Use to be I was afraid of everything, Now I just try to stay close to the Holy Spirit.  Use to be I was uncomfortable with speaking to only a few friends.  But the Lord has used me to speak to hundreds as times.   Once you really learn to walk in the Holy Spirit the sky has no limits. 

Fear is Faith going backward.  Many Christians are still needing to be delivered from the fears that they have picked up through negative experiences with the world.  They are afraid to even share the Gospel with their best friend for fear of losing them.  Even though the friend may be  headed into the world’s judgment and darkness.  Humanity is like on a wide freeway that looks safe but is going around a blind corner and the bridge is out over the deep canyon below.  So many eternal souls are shooting off the highway at high speeds into a chasm of deep darkness unless they are re-directed to the Bridge over which Jesus came to give us of a safe passage and Eternal Life.  When I go to a big box store and see the hundreds of people in the store I am reminded of the words of Jesus who taught us that: “Straight is the way and narrow the leads to eternal life and few there be that find it.”  That out of a 100 all around me only about 2 will find the way into Eternal Life.  I call it to learn to make the jump to “Light Speed.”  We are taught in Holy Scripture that our Creator is pure LIGHT and that in HIM is no darkness at all.  That into HIS presence no one who has not been made like HIM can come into HIS presence and live.  So to become HIS family we need to be changed to become like HIM,  Gen.1.  Jesus did just that, check it out.  John saw HIM.  Rev.1 & 4-5.  And the Good Book is a text book on how to do exactly that.  The Creator’s original intent was to make a family like HIM that HE could enjoy that also had free will and would come to loved HIM for who HE  REALLY   IS.

In the Revelation of Christ Jesus, The Word of God made Flesh we find these words. Rev.22:14   “e] Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) are those who wash their robes [in the blood of Christ by believing and trusting in Him—the righteous who do His commandments], so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city. 15 Outside are the dogs [the godless, the impure, those of low moral character] and the sorcerers [with their intoxicating drugs, and magic arts], and the immoral persons [the perverted, the molesters, and the adulterers], and the murderers, and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying (deception, cheating). 16 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you and to give you assurance of these things for the churches. I am the Root (the Source, the Life) and the Offspring of David, the radiant and bright Morning Star.”  17 The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, believers) say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take and drink the water of life without cost.”  So you are invited……

Today’s Scripture                  (Across my desk this morning from a church in Texas.)
Then the man said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.”   (Genesis 32:28, NIV)
   
You Have a New Name
Jacob’s name means “a supplanted, a deceiver,” and that was how he lived. Later in his life, he got tired of living like that. One night he went to get alone with God when an angel appeared to him and said, “God has a new name for you. Your name will be Israel,” which means “prince with God.” He was saying, “Being a deceiver is not your true identity. You are a prince. You will reign in life.” The first thing God had to do was to get the shame off of Jacob.    Maybe you have let your circumstances, your failures, or even other people put a label on you that says, “shame on you.” No, God’s grace changes all that. God says, “I’m going to bless you anyway. I know your true identity.” He is changing our names to “Prince,” to “Princess,” to “Forgiven,” to “Highly Favored.” Agree with what God is saying, and He will bless you in amazing ways.
   
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You that You have a new name for me, and by Your grace I am going to reign in life. Thank You that I can take negative labels off my life and proudly wear the name of “Redeemed.” I believe that You are going to bless me in amazing ways. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Comments:
When born I got my father’s name Norman Kenneth Smith Jr.   Which in faith means: Handsome man from the North who makes things with his hands.  Well where I was born in Kentucky is considered South and now at 88 the Handsome part is way gone and really I don’t make much with my hands any more.      But then when I was consecrated a Bishop/Abbot John that took on a new meaning for me.  Being named after John seemed to have put my head in a totally different space after 7/5/03 both good and bad.  Good in that John was really close to Jesus and bad in that it made me feel somehow more important.  Being confirmed by a bunch of people that your were now part of a long list of saints going back to Peter was somewhat manipulative to my little ego.

Of course the Word of God tells us to wait for the Judgment of Jesus when it is the right time.  And that our only claim to fame is who we are in HIM when filled with the Holy Spirit.  So in a way it has been very sanctifying to realize that it mean little or nothing unless submitted to the Holy Spirit.  One day long ago I put on my $300$ high class Hawaiian straw hat with pheasant hat band and with my authentic cane, ring, cross and purple crane shirt to look the Abbot/Bishop part through the Honolulu airport.  Nearly got tarred and feathered by the Pentecostal Lady at the ticket counter but the security guy at the exit door wanted to stop the crowd and have me take his concession.  Never did that again, just not my cup of tea.  So learned early in 2003 & 4 that unless the LORD build the house they labor in vain that try to build it.  That like Paul teaches us best to be all things to everyone that we might by all means win some to Jesus as LORD.

We may have a flavor that we like and that is OK, God’s loves colors and harmonic sounds and filled HIS creation with them.  The same with us.  My experience ingrowing up was old German Celtic.  But my doctrine needs to match GOD’S Eternal Truth as found in the Word of God.  So when I go to the Word of God I go with the humility to learn and the obedience to do what I am shown in God’s Truth.  One time I took on of the old creeds and took the liberty of adding what I had found that seemed to be missing.  Thought to include it here as follows: By the way, our Loving Creator has already picked out a new name for you if you make it into HIS Kingdom.

An expanded confession of faith:

I confess that Jesus Christ is my Lord, Master, and Savior. By faith in Christ Jesus, I am forgiven, cleansed, healed and made a citizen of His eternal kingdom. Jesus Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law of sin, sickness, weakness and eternal death through His death on the cross for me. I believe in the Trinity of one God: Almighty Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Creator made flesh, The Word of God who was begotten as the second Adam. He was born of a virgin, died for my sins, rose for my justification and is coming again soon, in great glory, to establish His Kingdom on earth. I believe in the new birth from above, the baptism in water, and the baptism in the Holy Spirit. I confess that the blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed me from all my sin and I am now made the righteousness of God in and through Christ Jesus. I confess that I can do all things through Christ who is my strength as I abide in Him. I confess that this world is not my home. I confess that I am a pilgrim in a foreign land and I look for that certain return of my Lord Jesus Christ and His Kingdom. I confess that there is but one holy universal and apostolic Church of Jesus Christ and all those who are born from above are brethren and citizens of His kingdom. I believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is being perfected by the Holy Spirit through the Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers and other ministries of His Church until all the faithful come into the unity of the faith and the bond of peace and are changed into the image and likeness of Jesus Christ, (Eph. 4:1 16).  (The more you confess the more you will believe.)
