VICTORY

My Thoughts,
In the above we must also include GOD’s Infinite ability to foreknow our decisions in HIS dimension of Eternity. But they are all still our decisions only known from HIS dimension, good and bad,  GOD ponders our hearts and knows what we are ultimately seeking like with Jacob and our needs even prior to our asking.  He knows whether we will be seeking light and HIM or not.  And HE loves it when we seek the light as HE is the LIGHT..  So when our testing and learning decisions get us in trouble and we repent HE is right there for us with HIS grace to pluck us out of the muck.  Clean us up and set our feet again on the Rock which can not be moved.  Is this not what we do with all our children?  Some of mine now are in their 60’s and I am still trying to pick them up.  Our Adamic nature will only lead us into lies, wrongful decisions and pain but our new nature in Christ Jesus will lead us into the paths of righteousness for HIS namesake.  This world is a temporary spiritual gymnasium to help us grow spiritually if we will walk in the Spirit and not the flesh.  Eventually if we learn and get strong in the faith and in HIS great love we will be called to join with HIM in HIS dimension of eternity.    Rom.8:13:: “For if you are living according to the [impulses of the] flesh, you are going to die. But if [you are living] by the [power of the Holy] Spirit you are habitually putting to death the sinful deeds of the body, you will [really] live forever.”  John 12:24-26:  “I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone [just one grain, never more]. But if it dies, it produces much grain and yields a harvest. ²⁵ The one who loves his life [eventually] loses it [through death], but the one who hates his life in this world [and is concerned with pleasing God] will keep it for life eternal. ²⁶ If anyone serves Me, he must [continue to faithfully] follow Me [without hesitation, holding steadfastly to Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me]; and wherever I am [in heaven’s glory], there will My servant be also. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.”   And it is by deeply believing in the Great and Precious Promises in the Bible that we are changed into our Creator’s Image and Likeness:  2 Peter 1:4:  “For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature.”

(Note:  About 10 days to Christmas and we have been very busy in finishing up stuff around here so Christmas Cards have not got to the top of the pile yet.  So please accept this as our sincere prayer that your celebration of the birth of the King will be a wonderful event for your family.  Of course placing Christ in Christmas is the reason for the season.  Be Blessed by our Almighty as you seek to share your faith this Christmas 2019.)  Ken & Sue…
