PRAYER & GRAVITY,   “WORTH CONSIDERING”    6/2/20    By Ken<><

Today’s Scripture    ( Found in my mail this morning from Texas.)
“…And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive…”  (Matt. 21:22)

Dare to Ask Big
When God laid out the plan for your life, He didn’t just put into it what you need to get by and endure until the end. He put more than enough in it. He’s a God of abundance. We see this all through the Scripture. David says, “My cup runs over.” He had an abundance, more than he needed. Yes, we should thank God that our needs are supplied, but don’t settle there. He is a more-than-enough God. He wants you to have an abundance so you can be a blessing to those around you.  Are you asking for the abundant, overflowing, more-than-enough life that God has for you? God says you are to reign in life, that whatever you touch will prosper and succeed. Don’t pray to just get by. Dare to ask big. Ask for what God has promised you. Ask Him for new levels. Ask Him for explosive blessings. Ask Him to propel you into your purpose.

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for Your grace, favor, and mercy. Thank You for being the God of overflow! I am asking You for the more-than-enough life that You have promised. I believe that You will give me the desires of my heart, and my cup will run over. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Ken’s Thoughts,
Prayer for me is making time to listen more than asking.   I am still working on being able to hear HIS voice above all of the noise pollution going on in my mind.  I still tend to get into what (I) want to get done, regardless.   It use to be that I could make it work on my own if I put my mind & body to it.   But now, those days are past and seriously I think that is good.  So where I am now about prayer (Talking with my Creator, Heavenly Father.)  Is first,  to make sure I am on praying ground as if there is anything that I know that HE has asked me to do in HIS great love that I have not done that HIS conversation will start there.  I am not going to be able to skip to the next space till I have complied with what space that I am in now.  And HE will wait till I exhaust all of my devious attempts to ignore that which I need to do.  All of the prayers of Jesus will be completely answered as Jesus was always in obedience even to the extremely death on a cross of the Romans.   (Especially, John 17   which we avoid.)

Next in the issues of humility and obedience is direction.  Is what you are asking for already confirmed that it is GOD’S will to be done.  Otherwise your prayers will be answered with a NO.  GOD is not Santa Clause or some Jinn and we can get what ever we want.  Strange thing, If we do not get what we want we then become angry with God for not being our shoe shine boy.  Some one is sick and dies in the family.   My youngest daughter died  from a combination of malpractice and kidney failure .   Of course we prayed and prayed and prayed but Laurie died anyway.  This was over 50 years ago so I now have an objective sound healing now and can talk about it.  At the time I was a Christian, I refused to get angry, mistakes were made, Laurie died but God was not at fault and did what was best for Laurie.  I look back and by looking at what her older siblings have been through,  I now see that It was far better for her to grow up at the feet of Jesus than being here on earth.   Paul shares, we now see through smokey glass but when in the 0ther Room, then, face to face we will know even as we are known.  1 Cor. 13.  My heart really goes out to the kids today.

So to pray without ceasing for me means to always try to be in humility and obedience to be able to hear spiritually.  I was working on a doctrine the other day for “Worth Considering” and the Holy Spirit kindly taught me that the carnal nature, that we all inherited from Adam, is like gravity.   As a baby we could hardly turn over when we arrive upon conception & birth in this world of rebellion and pride.  But gradually we learn to roll over, then to crawl, and then to walk and  run.  But due to the gravity most every thing else, we can leave and find it later where we left it.  Now we have learned to even fly though it and to go where there is no more gravity.  Usually metaphors have only a limited value but this one seems to have some deep spiritual lessons for us.  So you might want to take it and run with it and see where it takes you.   And I would also be interested.

So as we learn to fly and to not be bound to this world spiritually with a mixture of God’s salvation and grace, HIS Word and our Heart Faith.  Some times I have be able to fly in the Holy Spirit and I have been most joyfully amazed, a touch of heaven.   So now, if I go to a gathering and the Holy Spirit is not there in word and in power I get totally board.  Church is people and supposed to be filled with the Holy Spirit, an interactive forum, not a theater.  A gathering (anyplace) where the Holy Spirit is invited to come, save, teach, deliver, heal and make us like Jesus.  Read about what it is not in 2 Tim. 3 as a prophesy from Apostle Paul.  Seem that Adam’s spiritual gravity still has a very strong hold on most of us.  Jesus taught us on how to become free in HIS TRUTH,  not our religious traditions.

Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful Grace and Mercy,   Ken<><   www.Trinity-Aloha.org

Worthy Brief 6/2,   worthybrief@worthynetwork.com       Really starting to look a lot like:      Matt. 24, Mark 13,   Luke 21, The same end time prophesy of Christ Jesus by 3 witnesses.   Luke shares about the, “End of the Age of the Gentiles.”  Matthew shares in a Rabbinical style of teaching.  Would you like a copy of my 11 pages on,   (“The Return of the King?”)   Just let me know…   Ken@Trinity-Aloha.org  (One reader requested a clearer cleaner copy.)
