Today’s Scripture

He Prepares The Way For Victory
There are times in life when we all face situations that seem impossible. It’s easy to get discouraged and think that things won’t ever work out. But the Scripture tells us that God goes before us and makes our crooked places straight. In other words, even though you may not have the connections you need right now, you don’t have to worry. God is going before you lining up the right people, arranging the right breaks, and setting up the right opportunities. He is preparing the way for victory!
Today, if you are facing difficulty, don’t fall into the temptation to get negative and sour. That adversity is no surprise to God. He’s not up in the heavens scratching His head and thinking, “Oh, no! Now what am I going to do?” No, He already has every day of your life written in His book. Before you had that problem, God already had the solution. He is going before you right now preparing the next chapter of your life. Stay in faith and keep the right attitude because He is moving you forward into the victory He has prepared for you!
A Prayer for Today
“”Father, thank You for ordering and directing my steps. Thank You for working behind the scenes on my behalf. I choose today to trust in You, knowing that You are good, and You always lead me into victory in Jesus’ name. Amen.””
My Thoughts, In the above we must also include GOD’s Infinite ability to foreknow our decisions in HIS dimension of Eternity. But they are all still our decisions only known from HIS dimension, good and bad, GOD ponders our hearts and knows what we are ultimately seeking like with Jacob and our needs even prior to our asking. He knows whether we will be seeking light and HIM or not. And HE loves it when we seek the light as HE is the LIGHT.. So when our testing and learning decisions get us in trouble and we repent HE is right there for us with HIS grace to pluck us out of the muck. Clean us up and set our feet again on the Rock which can not be moved. Is this not what we do with all our children? Some of mine now are in their 60’s and I am still trying to pick them up. Our Adamic nature will only lead us into lies, wrongful decisions and pain but our new nature in Christ Jesus will lead us into the paths of righteousness for HIS namesake. This world is a temporary spiritual gymnasium to help us grow spiritually if we will walk in the Spirit and not the flesh. Eventually if we learn and get strong in the faith and in HIS great love we will be called to join with HIM in HIS dimension of eternity. Rom.8:13:: “For if you are living according to the [impulses of the] flesh, you are going to die. But if [you are living] by the [power of the Holy] Spirit you arehabituallyputting to death thesinfuldeeds of the body, you will [really] liveforever.” John 12:24-26: “I assure youandmost solemnly say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone[just one grain, never more].But if it dies, it produces much grainandyields a harvest.25 The one who loves his life[eventually]loses it[through death],but the one who hates his life in this world[and is concerned with pleasing God]will keep it for life eternal.26 If anyone serves Me, he must[continue to faithfully]follow Me[without hesitation, holding steadfastly to Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me];and wherever I am[in heaven’s glory],there will My servant be also. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.” And it is by deeply believing in the Great and Precious Promises in the Bible that we are changed into our Creator’s Image and Likeness: 2 Peter 1:4: “For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature.”
Personally, I sure hope that you will deeply consider this as it is the only way to make the jump to light speed at the end of your life.

Today’s Scripture
“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus…” (Philippians 4:19, NIV)
He Gives You What You Need
In 2 Samuel 12 is the story of how King David got off course with his life. The prophet Nathan was correcting him. In doing so, he reminded David of what God had brought him through. David had seen God’s goodness, favor, protection and provision down through the years. And in verse 8, God made an interesting statement through Nathan: “David, if it had not been enough, I would have given you much, much more.” In other words, “David, looking back over your life, if you were ever lacking, if you ever needed more wisdom, more favor, more protection, more finances, I would have given it to you.”
That tells us that we have what we need right now in order to fulfill our destiny. The moment it become insufficient is the moment that God will give you more. The moment it begins to stop God’s plan for your life is the moment God will intervene on your behalf. Today, be encouraged that you have what you need, and what you need tomorrow is on its way! God is closely watching your life. He is faithful and saying to you what He said to David: “If it’s ever not enough, you can count on Me. I will always be there to give you more.”
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for being my Source and Supply. I declare that my trust and hope is in You. I choose to rest in You knowing that You have provided everything I need for today in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Thoughts, First, it is very difficult for us to know the difference between our wants, inherited from grand daddy Adam, and our real needs today. We have been so lied to by the public media. They show us stuff that looks like fun that is deadly. And seek to sell us stuff that we don’t really need. I was very fortunate to grow up in my youth during the Great Depression of 1929..
In my youth I really was deeply instructed in what was basic and needed. We lived well with an outside cistern water catchment well with a bucket and rope for water, a hole in the back yard 30′ deep to keep things cool in the summer and a wood stove for cooking, and with oil lamps to see at night. One of my choirs was to shuck corn and hand grind it for the corn bread and to feed the chickens; shoes were rather unknown even in the winter. I went with great-grandpaw about 80 to milk the cows in the winter and stood in the cow pies to keep my feet warm. Washed them off in the snow back up to the house. Privy was outside behind to the chicken house. But we had all we needed, worked hard and went through even the great depression without missing a meal. Guests were always welcome. Grandpaw had a deep faith in the provisions of God and as I now look back i am very thankfulness with great appreciation for his godly example.. Now think about it? What kind of an example are we setting for our future generations?
There is a whole list of the sins of the flesh that could kept the blessings of God from our door. And we mostly know exactly what they are right now as we consider this.. And so how can we expect to be blessed if we are disobedient even to what we already know. Much less in being disobedient to what we should also know. So we should not expect God’s blessings if our houses and lives are not in order. Even our kids knew better than this. God blesses the humble and obedient who know and keep HIS commandments. Otherwise our lives will be filled with the sowing and reaping of Adams fallen carnal nature and all of the lies of this world.

He Holds Your Destiny
Oftentimes, people who aren’t fulfilling their destiny will try to discourage you from fulfilling yours. They may not do it intentionally, but they’ll tell you what you can’t do and how things won’t work out. They’re quick to remind you of all your impossibilities. Your relatives, coworkers and friends may try to talk you out of your dream, but that’s because God didn’t put that promise inside them; He put it inside you! You have to remember that other people don’t determine your destiny, God does. He holds your destiny in the palms of His hands. If you will keep believing, God will not only bring it to pass, He will do more than you can ask or think. Friend, don’t let someone else’s unbelief keep you from believing. Don’t let other people talk you out of your dreams. It’s time to get into agreement with God. He says you are well able. He says you are equipped. He says you are qualified. He says you are anointed, called and appointed to fulfill every dream and desire He’s placed within you!
A Prayer for Today
“Father in heaven, I trust that You are leading and guiding me today. I trust that You hold my future. I choose to tune out the discouraging voices and tune into Your Word. Fill me with Your peace and joy as You direct my steps in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Thoughts: This is so very true, you are the only soul that will ever be like you. Once you come to the place of accepting the fact that there is Intelligent Design in the Creation around us. Then comes the questions of: Why am I here and where am I headed in the scope of things? What is my destiny. We are far too wonderfully made to only live a few years and then be terminated. Seems to me that we were created to fulfill a given purpose, a destiny, but due to also having a free will we have to want to know it and to seek it out. Otherwise we would just be a junk pile of robots parroting our given programs..
As for me at 87, as I look back over my life I am amazed at how the time has gone by so very quickly. I remember very clearly being a very little boy and eating green apples in the apple tree in the farm yard like it was only yesterday. I had blond curly hair and one day I plastered down with molasses. Flies in the chicken yard really loved me that day. And I am sure that you life is spinning by just as mine did. So in light of your soul being created to be eternal where are you going to find good directions? You already know that without good directions you may not get to where you want to go. So where do you want your eternal soul to go for eternity? Don’t think you have one? But what if you do???????
The best information on getting to where anyone want to go usually comes from some one who has already gone there and left good directions. In April of 1955, my personal decision was to trust Christ Jesus for the needed directions. So, for the last 65 years, with a few detours, I have sought to learn from HIS experience and directions. So at this point in my life I have very little doubt at all that HIS directions are good.. And that my Creator is pulling for me to keep on coming to HIM. But bottom line, It has been my quest and my victory through HIS grace. But my family, wives ( Outlived 2 and married to a 3rd) and my kids and family and friends have, in many ways, stood in the way. Their well meaning suggestions and fears have tended to side track me In my walk through life, I have found it true, in my life, that either Christ Jesus is LORD with HIS commandments in my life or that the map HE gave me will not work for me at all. In fact, I have found that The Creator will not alter HIS TRUTH at all to accommodate the carnal nature that I inherited from Adam at all no matter how I beg , connive and manipulate. That HE loves, a proven fact. That HE wants the very best for me, absolutely. But that I can change his mind, a waist of time, a lost cause. And I am learning that walking in HIS Loving Truth has far more Joy that being caught up in the worlds lies. What we sow, is exactly what will grow in our garden of life and will reap many many times over.

MULTIPLICATION, “WORTH CONSIDERING” 12/11/19 (Across my desk this morning.)
Today’s Scripture
“And I will make My covenant (solemn pledge) between Me and you and will multiply you exceedingly” Gen. 17:2
He Will Multiply You
God is in the multiplication business. It doesn’t matter what your need is today, God wants to increase you! One time in the Old Testament, God simply multiplied the sound of four men’s footsteps and caused them to sound like a mighty army. When their enemies heard them coming, they took off running. There were thousands of enemy troops running for their lives, scared to death, thinking they were being attacked by a massive army when, in fact, it was just four people!
Friend, God can make you seem bigger than you really are. He can make you look more powerful. He knows how to multiply your influence, your strength, your talent and your income. You don’t have to figure it all out. All you have to do is put your trust in Him. If you will release your faith and get up every day expecting God’s far and beyond favor, you’re going to see God multiply you in every area of your life!
A Prayer for Today
“Father God, thank You for Your faithfulness in my life. Thank You for Your promise to bless and multiply me. Direct my steps, keep me close to You as I increase in You in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Thoughts: In my experience, it seems really strange but many Christians never seem to understand that they were not only Born from above by making Christ Jesus Lord but that they were also born into the Kingdom of God to reproduce. I know of many so called Christians that have never helped another soul find Christ Jesus as Lord. And they really don’t feel responsible at all? In the Old Testament Isaiah in 52:7 makes this prophesy: “How beautiful upon the mountains are thefeetof him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!” David in Psalm 126:6 records this, “He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing hissheaveswith him.”
In the New Testament Jesus shares with us: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Matt. 28:19-20 and in John 12:24-26: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. 25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. 26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.” and also in John 17:20-26: “Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.25 O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
To help other souls into the Kingdom of God is the most important aspect of Christian maturity. Only athe mature can do this well. And it is inconvenient and uncomfortable at times in confronting the world as to their need to be born from above. And it take time, energy and knowledge of the Word of God as well as being able to be guided by the Holy Spirit. But it is one of the major things that a Christian can do that will be sent ahead into the eternal Kingdom of God. I will deeply enjoy seeing the many faces of those that the Holy Spirit has allowed me to help into the Kingdom of God. We are born of God to spiritually grow up and to learn to reproduce. We are bought with a price and we have a job to do here on earth in assisting the Holy Spirit in the harvest of souls. Christ Jesus even instructed his disciples to pray for us to come and help with the harvest in Matt.9:36. “But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” Our Heavenly Father has given us Christians the responsibility to share the Gospel of the Kingdom to our lost world.

RECYCLING “WORTH CONSIDERING” 12/10/19 (Across my desk this morning.)
Today’s Scripture “I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair…He set my feet on solid ground…He has given me a new song to sing…” (Psalm 40:1-3, NLT)
He Lifts You Up
Have you ever felt as though you were in a pit of despair? Just as God lifted David out, God is going to lift you out. That depression is not the end. That sickness is not the end, and that addiction is not the final chapter. Where you are right now is not where you’re going to stay. There are brighter days ahead for you that are filled with favor, promotion and increase. Notice that God gives us a new song, but we have to do our part to sing that song. That means you don’t go around talking about your problems, how bad things are, or how you’re never going to make it. No, you have a song of victory! If somebody asks you how you’re doing, your attitude should be, “I refuse to dwell on the negative things that have happened to me. I’m moving forward in strength and power.” Remember, praise precedes the victory, and the Scripture tells us that God inhabits our praises. As you magnify and lift Him up, He will lift you up out of your despair. He’ll set your feet on solid ground, and you’ll move forward in joy and victory in every area of your life.
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for lifting me up to higher places. Thank You for putting a new song in my heart. I choose to sing and be grateful today for the life of blessing You have in store for me in Jesus’ name! Amen!”
My Thoughts, For most Christian, The temptation to allow depression to control us is constant. The enemy of our soul is constantly at work to try to pull apart that which the Holy Spirit is trying to build in us. And we make the difference as we are right in the middle of it like a comedy where the angel is at one ear and the demon is at the other and the little kid has to decide which way to go. Red Skelton use to do that skit really well when I was a little boy: So if I agree with the darkness then out of my mouth comes past disappointments, gloom and doom, Talk “stink” about someone (Hawaiian pidgin). a rerun of past failures, and even very subjective self evaluation of the past which may mostly be fiction. But if I agree with the LIGHT, Then my thought will be in line with what God’s thoughts are. So how do I change. Simply by deciding to believe the truth of the Holy Scriptures is real and that the world of this testing is temporary. That means that the more time in spend in my Bible and with Bible believing people the easier it will get. That fellowship with this soon to be flushed world is a door to the underworld. Today, Ezek.38:8 is now beginning to happen before our eyes. The prophesy of Christ Jesus in Matt.24-25, Mark 13 and Luke 21 is beginning to read like tomorrows newspaper. And the Commandments of Christ Jesus are salted all the way through the New Testament. Commandments that we need to find and lovingly implement in our lives or miss jumping to LIGHT SPEED to be in Eternity with our Creator. It is by the great and precious promises that we can be made into the image and likeness of GOD. So Faith is the basis of everything in LIGHT, GOD is LIGHT and in HIM is no darkness at all. For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificentpromises[of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature, 2 Peter 1:4
In astronomy they have a new piece of equipment that finds other worlds like ours in space by using light refraction. The are now finding in our galaxy millions of planets that are at the right distance from their suns to be like earth. Jesus told us that in HIS Father’s house there were many dwelling places. In Rev. 2:26 Jesus tells us clearly that if we overcome and do as HE did that would become a part of GOD’s rule of all of HIS creation and live with HIM as HIS family.. 26 And he who overcomes[the world through believing that Jesus is the Son of God]and he who keeps My deeds[doing things that please Me]until the[very]end,to him I will give authorityandpower over the nations; Rev.2:26, (Not that I want to rule, but I sure enjoy sharing God’s Truth with those who are interested and need help in this decaying world.)
And of course, there is an option, we can choose to remain in the gravity of this world and it’s systems and the darkness around us. This world is slated in prophesy for a total recycling. All of the broken glass and cement and even the sun and moon are up for recycling into a new heavens and a new earth. Sound like this whole solar system and all of man’s space junk is up for the recycling after the testing of those who choose to love God. And as for us, we need to submit to the present recycling in Christ Jesus from being like Adam to being like Jesus prior to that day.
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Heb. 9:27-28

Today’s Scripture
“Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you…I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand…” (Isaiah 41:10, AMPC)
He Holds You In His Hand
We all face situations in life that feel out of control. During times like these, it’s easy to get discouraged and allow fear to creep in. Instead, why don’t you focus on the fact that God is holding you in the palms of His hands! There is nothing too difficult for Him; nothing’s impossible; nothing is beyond His ability. When God holds you in His hands, you are safe; you are cared for. In His hands, there is victory. In His hands, there is strength. In His hands, there is provision. In His hands is everything you need.
No matter what you may be going through today, you can trust that God is for you. Instead of getting down and depressed over your circumstances, look up and get a vision of God turning that situation around. Let faith rise in your heart and focus on His favor, promotion and blessing. As you keep your heart and mind focused on Him and choose to obey His Word, you’ll see those supernatural breaks that will launch you further ahead than you ever thought possible because He holds you with His victorious right hand!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for helping me and holding me in Your victorious right hand. I choose to trust You even when things don’t make sense, even when things seem beyond my control. I release my cares to You knowing that You work all things together for my good in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Thoughts: My first thoughts were, what God said to Isaiah, may be personal to him but must be made to be personal to others to apply. We have a tendency to feel that what ever God said applies to all and I am not sure that is the case. But then for Victory, Faith does give us the Victory and God has promised to allow nothing to happen to HIS Kids that HE does not also make a way for Victory, if they want it. Paul puts it this way in the Holy Spirit: “No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtakenorenticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word—He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy].”1 Cor. 10:13 AMP And Paul went on in Romans to give us this confirmation,”
Our Victory in Christ
26 In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer to offerorhow to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighsandgroanings too deep for words.27 And He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because the Spirit intercedes [before God] on behalf of[c]God’s people in accordance with God’s will.
28 And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His planandpurpose.29 For those whom He foreknew [and loved and chose beforehand], He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son [and ultimately share in His complete sanctification], so that He would be the firstborn [the most beloved and honored] among many believers.30 And those whom He predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified [declared free of the guilt of sin]; and those whom He justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity].
31 What then shall we say to all these things? If God is for us, who can be [successful] against us?32 He who did not spare [even] His own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things?33 Who will bring any charge against God’s elect (His chosen ones)? It is God who justifies us [declaring us blameless and putting us in a right relationship with Himself].34 Who is the one who condemns us? Christ Jesus is the One who died [to pay our penalty], and morethan that, who was raised [from the dead], and who is at the right hand of God interceding [with the Father] for us.35 Who shall ever separate us from the love of[d]Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?36 Just as it is writtenandforever remains written,
“For Your sake we are put to death all day long; We are regarded as sheep for the slaughter.”
37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerorsandgain an overwhelming victory through Him who loved us [so much that He died for us].38 For I am convinced [and continue to be convinced—beyond any doubt] that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things presentandthreatening, nor things to come, nor powers,39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Rom.8:26-39

Aloha Family & Friends, Normally I stick with the Bible, but if this coming election goes south our Bibles could be listed as teaching terror and be included with the confiscation of our bank accounts, freedom of speech and fire arms. Socialism is at the roots of nearly all of this confusion and it never ever deliverers as promised. Biblical Socialism and Political Socialism are far from being the same. HOW I FEEL ABOUT TRUMP ~ by Steve Harvey… You’ve been on vacation for two weeks, you come home, and your basement is infested with raccoons.. Hundreds of rabid, messy, mean raccoons have overtaken your basement.. You want them gone immediately!.. You call the city and 4 different exterminators, but nobody can handle the job.. But there is this one guy, and he guarantees to get rid of them, so you hire him.. You don’t care if the guy smells, you don’t care if the guy swears, you don’t care if he’s an alcoholic, you don’t care how many times he’s been married, you don’t care if he has a plumber’s crack, you simply want those raccoons gone!.. You want your problem fixed!.. He’s the guy.. He’s the best! Here’s why we want Trump: Yes, he’s a bit of a jerk; Yes, he’s an egomaniac; but we don’t care!.. The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republicans and Democrats can be two-faced and gutless, and illegals are everywhere.. We want it all fixed!.. We don’t care that Trump is crude, we don’t care that he insults people, we don’t care that he has changed positions, we don’t care that he’s been married 3 times, we don’t care that he fights with Megyn Kelly and Rosie O’Donnell, we don’t care that he doesn’t know the name of some Muslim terrorist.. This country became weak and bankrupt, our enemies were making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo, and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don’t even recognize the country we were born and raised in; “AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED”.. And Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.. We’re sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic Party, sick of the Republican Party, and sick of illegals!.. We just want this thing fixed.. Trump may not be a Saint, but we didn’t vote for a Pope.. We voted for a man who doesn’t have lobbyist money holding him back, a man who doesn’t have political correctness restraining him.. We all know that he has been very successful, he’s a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, and he’s also NOT a politician, NOT a cowardly politician.!.. And he says he’ll fix it.. And we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong, or looked at and called a liar.. Also, we don’t care if the guy has bad hair.. We just want those raccoons gone, out of our house, NOW!!!

Greater Than The Past
God wants to amaze you with His goodness! We are living in a day when God is increasing His favor. Maybe you have seen God’s goodness to a certain degree in the past; but in reality, you haven’t seen anything yet! God has favor in your future that will supersede anything that you’ve seen! The Scripture talks about how the glory of the latter day will be greater than the glory of the former day. That means what God did for your parents or grandparents, He’s going to surpass in your generation. The blessing and favor of past generations were good, but we serve a God of increase! He has greater things in store for your future! Today, get your hopes up! Enlarge your vision. Be expecting God to bring opportunities across your path. Be expecting to meet the right people and get the right breaks. Prepare your heart and mind to receive the increase and expect to see greater things in your future!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for blessing and increasing me. I believe that You have great things in store for my future. I surrender every area of my mind, will and emotions to you in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Thoughts, As I was reading this, this morning in the lovely rain that make things so green and so many tomatoes. My thoughts went to the greater glory of the HOUSE OF PEACE in RIGHTEOUSNESS that our Heavenly Father is building. And the Holy Spirit noted that it would look somewhat like the U.S. Debt curve only in peace, glory and righteousness. That gave me a real boost in faith so I pass it along. We have all been alarmed at the debt. curve but just to reverse that as to the building of the LORD’s Church that is in the process of also happening is a real winner. The Church of Christ Jesus will go home when she is a perfect match for her LORD to be united. Much like the cells in our body when we are in perfect health with no rogue cells running around loose.
Our Creator is looking for hundred per-centers that HE can totally bless. Those souls who really really seek to make Christ Jesus Lord who are willing to become “Living Stones” (Eph.4:11-16) that can be fitly joined and compacted into representing Christ Jesus in all HIS GLORY to our dying world. I am amazed each day at the care and love of the Holy Spirit in the numerous small things and big that come into my life of Blessings each day as I give MY LORD, my day, to do with as HE wills. HE is in the process of filling the heavens with souls who will so submit in humility, love and faith. “Whosoever will, may come to the waters of life and drink freely.” Rev. 22:17…. In Rev.18:4, We are commanded to “Come out of her (Jezebel, the world’s system of traditional religion) My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto the heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities….” The 17th & 18th Chapters of The Revelation are devoted to the judgment of the then unified world’s traditional system of religion that leaves Christ Jesus outside the door knocking to get in, Rev. 3:14-20. But God, our Creator, will never violate our freewill as freewill is absolutely necessary for us to learn to LOVE GOD, ourselves and each other. But the religious traditional system will violate. And gladly absorb a soul in doing worthless things for power & $.
So if we choose the darkness, to the darkness we will go and if we choose light then to the light we will go in Christ Jesus. Life and Death are in the power of the tongue, Proverbs 18:21, Death and life are in the power of thetongue, And those who love itandindulge it will eat its fruitandbear the consequences of their words.
But in Rom.10:9-10 we find, also of the tongue: “9 Because ( if ) you acknowledgeandconfess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.10 For with the heart a person believes [in Christ as Savior] resulting in his justification [that is, being made righteous—being freed of the guilt of sin and made acceptable to God]; and with the mouth he acknowledgesandconfesses [his faith openly], resulting inandconfirming [his] salvation. There is but one Church of Christ Jesus And all who truly Love and Obey HIM Are Members.
Written by Apostle John as was given by Jesus Christ. Bible Fellowship, Kealia, HI. 85-4554 Mamalahoa Hwy. THIS WEEK WE BEGIN AN IN DEPTH STUDY OF THE BOOK OF THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST.
John is writing as a vision while on earth in about 95 AD on the Island of Patmos, an ugly rock in the middle of the Adriatic Sea. The fist 3 chapter covers the approximate church age of 2,000 years (2 days, God’s time.) It was written to the 7 churches that now would be in Turkey. They also seem to represent 7 church ages over the 2 day period of God’s demension of time and also includes the 7 types of churches that have been and are now in existence. The Book of the Revelation is not chronological, it is more like a long prophesy with rabbit trails. So there is the need to find the hidden time line prior to trying to digest this end time prophesy. There is also a serious number of other scriptures that help with the context of these happenings. We should all bring these to the table as we get together on Friday Evening.
Chapter One: The Introduction, from God’s point of view, this will happen very quickly. And even those who read this prophecy will be blessed. But especially if we lean by it and put that Truth into action in our lives, (verse 3) So the first Chapter is introduction where John sees Christ Jesus in HIS power and glory. It is important to note that in verse 7 as Christ returns with clouds as both in the Rapture and the 2nd Advent at Armageddon. Much of The Revelation is metaphorical and so could be clouds like the film: “Close Encounters….” When the Bible was written John’s vocabulary was totally different than ours of today. Ezek. chapters 1,2,3 & 10…..
Chapter two: Here we find the good and bad of the Churches of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos and Thyatira. So Friday, let’s take a look at what God liked and did not like with these Churches and remember there are replicas of these churches even today. And tomorrow night we will complete the churches with chapter 3 of the remaining 3 churches. Two of the key words in this study will be Nicolaitans & Gnostic
( Nico- means “victory” in Greek, and laos means “people” or, more specifically, “the laity”. Hence they take the word to mean “lay conquerors” or “conquerors of the lay people”. However, “Nicolaitan” (Greek: Νικολαϊτῶν; Νικολαΐτης) is the name ostensibly given to followers of the heretic Nicolas (Greek: Νικόλαος)
Col. 2:8 “See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ.”
Reference to them is frequent in post-apostolic literature. According to Irenaeus (Adv. Haer., i.26,3; iii.10,7), followed by Hippolytus (Philos., vii.36), they were founded by Nicolaus, the proselyte of Antioch, who was one of the seven chosen to serve at the tables (Ac 6:5). Irenaeus, as also Clement of Alexandria (Strom., ii.20), Tertullian and others, unite in condemning their practices in terms similar to those of John; and reference is also made to their Gnostic tendencies. In explanation of the apparent incongruity of such an immoral sect being founded by one of “good report, full of the Spirit and of wisdom” (compareAc 6:3), Simcox argues that their lapse may have been due to reaction from original principles of a too rigid asceticism. A theory, started in comparatively modern times, and based in part on the similarity of meaning of the Greek “Nikolaus,” and the Hebrew “Balaam,” puts forward the view that the two sects referred to under these names were in reality identical.
Gnostic: Gnosticismis a collection of ancient religious ideas and systems which originated in the first century AD among early Christian and Jewish sects. These various groups, labeled “gnostics” by their opponents. as a personal spiritual knowledge (gnosis) over orthodoxteachings, …we now identify as “Gnostic,” these texts have been put forward in recent years as reasonable alternative forms of Christianity, as branches which were unjustly suppressed, as teachings which should be allowed to modify the dogma that came down to us or as books that should have been incorporated into the Bible. Naturally this is of concern to those orthodox Christians who understand what the texts actually contain. There is a danger that those who do not know Holy Scripture, may be confused or misled by those popular claims. In this article, Christian History Institute seeks to show who the Gnostics were, how we know about them, what were their main writings, what they taught and what, if anything, we can learn from them. Just search Google….for more on this subject as rather broad is the gate and way that leads to destruction.

Don’t Let Them Hold You Back
People are constantly putting labels on us, telling us what we can and cannot become, what we do or don’t have. Many times, these labels are not in agreement with what God says about us; but if we don’t know any better, we’ll wear them like they’re the truth. The sad thing is that wrong labels can keep you from your destiny. You are not who people say you are. You are who God says you are. People will label you not good enough, too slow, too old, too many mistakes. God labels you strong, talented, valuable, more than a conqueror. Make sure that you’re wearing the right labels. Don’t go the next twenty years allowing negative comments to hold you back. They can become so ingrained in your thinking that you end up becoming what people say you are instead of what God says you are.
Are there labels that are holding you back today? What a coach said? What a counselor said? Even negative comments spoken by your parents? This is the time to remove every negative label. People don’t determine your destiny, God does. The only power that label has over you is the power that you give it. If you will remove it, if you will forgive that person and quit dwelling on it, that label will have no effect on you!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for Your truth which sets me free. I choose to let go of every negative word spoken over me. I choose to forgive those who have hurt me. I embrace Your Word which is my identity in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
My Thoughts: Today’s message from Joel’s ministry is powerful and well said and backed by scripture. The fist scripture that the Holy Spirit brought to mind: “And he answered and said unto them, Mymotherand my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it, Luke 8:21, and “If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his own father andmotherand wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life [in the sense of indifference to or relative disregard for them in comparison with his attitude toward God]—he cannot be My disciple.” Luke 14:26. and that the Gospel and Discipleship would cause even families to become divided. “They will be divided, father against son and son against father,motheragainst daughter and daughter againstmother,mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law againstmother-in-law, Luke 12:53.” Personally I have found very few Christians who have the Love, Humility and Patience to set down and discuss the finer points of GOD’s TRUTH from Holy Scripture in context seeking a John 17:20-26 Unity that releases the Power of the Holy Spirit to heal, set free and deliver.
In the 1970’s I experienced, in a small way, this power, with a bunch of young hippies as we got into the Word of God together and we became of one mind and one spirit…. We enjoyed a really powerful revival of GOD. But then as they matured they got into some false doctrines and it destroyed the unity and the ministry. First was Werewell, then the Love Family, Shepherding Movement, Calvinism, Masons and then as spiritual pride grew, all kinds of disunity and division from the enemy came in and destroyed it. Some of the kids grew spiritually anyway to have powerful ministries in the LORD. Seeds for YWAM and Living Stones Church were sown. But so far, the unity factor has not been resolved and restored and that level of power has not yet returned.
So the starting point of enjoying the Power of the Holy Spirit is Unity in the Principles and Commandments that were set forth by Christ Jesus as GOD’S eternal truth. The Holy Spirit can not and will not validate error or division with GOD’s POWER. Only God’s Truth can be validated with God’s Power. God’s Truth in loving Unity with power brings Revival.

The dwindling brook where Elijah sat is a picture of our lives. ‘Some time later the brook dried up’ (1 Kings 17:7) is the history of our yesterdays and a prophecy of our tomorrows…learn the difference between trusting in the gift and trusting in the Giver. The gift may last for a season but the Giver is eternal. If the Lord had led Elijah directly to the widow at Zarephath, he’d have missed something that helped make him a better man – living by faith. Whenever our earthly resources dry up it’s so we may learn that our hope and help are in God.”
