Back To The Basics

BACK TO THE BASICS “Worth Considering” April 10,2019

It is good to recharge our batteries once in a while with the Original Basics of why we are here. Our Lord told us to fill up with His great love and go dump in on every one, good and bad alike. To look for His light in people who are looking for Him and to help them find him. So lets go through some of the basics that our Lord set out for us to do. And this is not at all of them, for sure….

Rom.11:20-22, “That it is true that they (Israel) were broken (pruned) off because of their unbelief (their lack of real faith), and you are established through faith [because you do believe]. So do not become proud and conceited, but rather stand in awe and be reverently afraid. For if God did not spare the natural branches [because of unbelief], neither will He spare you [if you are guilty of the same offense]. Then note and appreciate the gracious kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s gracious kindness to you—provided you continue in His grace and abide in His kindness; otherwise you too will be cut off (pruned away and burned). We stand by faith, but can leave at any time.

John 12:24-26, “I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains [ just one grain; it never becomes more but lives ] by itself alone. But if it dies, it produces many others and yields a rich harvest. Anyone who loves his life, loses it, but anyone who hates his life (dies to his life) in this world will keep it to life eternal. [Whoever has no love for, no concern for, no regard for his life here on earth, but despises it, preserves his life forever and ever.] If anyone serves Me, he must continue to follow Me [[a] to cleave steadfastly to Me, conform wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying] and wherever I am, there will My servant be also. If anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.”

OK… So what are we to do?
Matt. 28: 18-20, “Jesus approached and, [a]breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them [b]into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you [c] all the days ([d] perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. [e] Amen (so let it be). (You have to know what Jesus taught, very clearly, to be able to share it with others.)

Unity Factor:
John 17:20-26, 20 Neither for these alone do I pray [it is not for their sake only that I make this request], but also for all those who will ever come to believe in (trust in, cling to, rely on) Me through their word and teaching, That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me. I have given to them the glory (power) and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one [even] as We are one: I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely] recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them [even] as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also whom You have entrusted to Me [as Your gift to Me] may be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory (power), which You have given Me [Your love gift to Me]; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.”

The world need desperately to see the living power (Glory) of God to be drawn into the Kingdom of God by faith. If you read over the Book of Acts carefully, people came to God by both His Word and by experiencing His Power. These are the two witnesses of God’s presence. God’s Truth through Jesus as His Faithful Word and HIS supernatural power to heal and set us free. Apostle Paul noted to Timothy that in the latter days we would have a form of godliness but it would be lacking in power 2 Tim. 3:5, “From such to turn away.” (Go find where God is moving in real power, not just emotions.)

So what are the Basics
Redemption: Romans 10:9-10, “Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.
Sanctification: Romans 6:19, “I am speaking in familiar human terms because of your natural limitations. For as you yielded your bodily members [and faculties] as servants to impurity and ever increasing lawlessness, so now yield your bodily members [and faculties] once for all as servants to righteousness (right being and doing) [which leads] to sanctification.
1 Thess.4:3 “For this is the will of God, that you should be consecrated (separated and set apart for pure and holy living): that you should abstain and shrink from all sexual vice,
God’s Power, 1 Corinthians 2:4-5, “And my language and my message were not set forth in persuasive (enticing and plausible) words of wisdom, but they were in demonstration of the [Holy] Spirit and power [a proof by the Spirit and power of God, operating on me and stirring in the minds of my hearers the most holy emotions and thus persuading them], So that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men (human philosophy), but in the power of God.” 1 Cor.4:20, “For the kingdom of God consists of and is based on not talk but power (moral power and excellence of soul). Acts 8:13-17, “Even Simon himself believed [he adhered to, trusted in, and relied on the teaching of Philip], and after being baptized, devoted himself constantly to him. And seeing signs and miracles of great power which were being performed, he was utterly amazed. Now when the apostles (special messengers) at Jerusalem heard that [the country of] Samaria had accepted and welcomed the Word of God, they sent Peter and John to them, And they came down and prayed for them that the Samaritans might receive the Holy Spirit; For He had not yet fallen upon any of them, but they had only been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus. Then [the apostles] laid their hands on them one by one, and they received the Holy Spirit.”

For use with the following:
Fruit of the Spirit. Galatians 5:21-23 Envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you beforehand, just as I did previously, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [[a] that can bring a charge]. There is no substitute for a true believer not to be known by the fruit.

Gifts of the Spirit, 1 Cor.12:6-10, “And there are distinctive varieties of operation [of working to accomplish things], but it is the same God Who inspires and energizes them all in all. But to each one is given the manifestation of the [Holy] Spirit [the evidence, the spiritual illumination of the Spirit] for good and profit. To one is given in and through the [Holy] Spirit [the power to speak] a message of wisdom, and to another [the power to express] a word of knowledge and understanding according to the same [Holy] Spirit; To another [[b]wonder-working] faith by the same [Holy] Spirit, to another the extraordinary powers of healing by the one Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles, to another prophetic insight ([c] the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose); to another the ability to discern and distinguish between [the utterances of true] spirits [and false ones], to another various kinds of [unknown] tongues, to another the ability to interpret [such] tongues. Paul instructs us to covet and pray for the best gifts of the Holy Spirit, 1 Cor. 12:31

Ministries of the Spirit Eph.4:11-16, “And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us] some to be apostles (Visionaries), some prophets (Guides for His Truth), some evangelists (Preachers of the Gospel, with power.), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers (searchers of details.) His intention was for the the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church), [That it might develop] until we all attain unity in the faith and in the comprehension of the [[a] full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him. So then, we may no longer be children, tossed [like ships] to and fro between chance gusts of teaching and wavering with every changing wind of doctrine, [the prey of] the cunning and cleverness of [b] unscrupulous men, [gamblers engaged] in every shifting form of trickery in inventing errors to mislead. Rather, let our lives lovingly [c] express truth [in all things, speaking truly, dealing truly, living truly]. Enfolded in love, let us grow up in every way and in all things into Him Who is the Head, [even] Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). For because of Him the whole body (the church, in all its various parts), closely joined and firmly knit together by the joints and ligaments with which it is supplied, when each part [with power adapted to its need] is working properly [in all its functions], grows to full maturity, building itself up in love.” And then the world can really see Jesus for who HE really is, King of Kings.

THE NEW LIFE

THE NEW LIFE “WORTH CONSIDERING 4/3/26

Exodus 12:7 “Then they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and the lintel of the houses in which they eat it. John 10:9-10 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.

There is a profound mystery hidden in the first Passover that becomes clear through a Hebraic lens. In Exodus 12, God commands Israel to place the blood of the lamb on the two doorposts and the lintel of their homes. This was not just obedience — it was a divine picture. When the blood was applied, it formed the shape of the Hebrew letter Chet (n), a letter that represents a gate or doorway. As the 8th letter, it carries the meaning of new beginnings — what comes after completion: new life, new creation, a new covenant. In that moment, God was declaring something deeper than protection — He was revealing a doorway into a new beginning. The house marked by blood became more than a shelter; it became a gate into life.

The Israelites were not only told to apply the blood but to remain inside the house. The doorway became the dividing line between life and death. This points directly to Yeshua (Jesus), who declared, “I am the door.” He is not only the Lamb whose blood was shed — He is the doorway that the blood creates. This revelation is echoed in Psalm 118, which was sung during Passover: “This is the gate of the Lord, through which the righteous shall enter.” (Psalm 118:20) As Yeshua entered Jerusalem and the people cried, “Hosanna,” they were unknowingly declaring the arrival of the One who is both the Lamb and the Gate.

In Hebraic understanding, the doorway represents identity, authority, and access. When the blood formed the shape of the Chet, it declared that the house had passed from death into life and now belonged to God. The protection was not based on those inside, but on what marked the entrance. And that same truth remains — it is not our strength or perfection that secures us, but the blood and the doorway the Lord provides.

This is not just a picture — it is an invitation. The blood was applied to create a doorway that must be entered. You can stand near it, understand it, even admire it — but you must step through it. The Lamb has been given, the blood has been applied, and the door is open. And the One who said, “I am the door,” is still calling — step through and enter into the abundant life He has prepared for you.

SO WHAT IS THIS ABUNDANT NEW LIFE:
It is when we realize we now have the power over the temptations of our carnal flesh nature. Victory over the sins of lust, greed and pride. And that by faith we are no longer controlled by our physical world. We believe our Creator has something better waiting for us. That we now have the victory and the power to learn how to totally live for God and trust Him to provide for our every need.

In fact James puts it this way: James 1:12, “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.”
Every day we are tempted, but can enjoy victory and be blessed in faith by the power of God.
And Paul puts it this way: 1 Corinthians 10:13, “For no temptation (no trial regarded as enticing to sin), [no matter how it comes or where it leads] has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not common to man [that is, no temptation or trial has come to you that is beyond human resistance and that is not adjusted and adapted and belonging to human experience, and such as man can bear]. But God is faithful [to His Word and to His compassionate nature], and He [can be trusted] not to let you be tempted and tried and assayed beyond your ability and strength of resistance and power to endure, but with the temptation He will [always] also provide the way out (the means of escape to a landing place), that you may be capable and strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently.

So God allows temptation to show us our needs and so to grow up spiritually to learn that we have victory in Jesus. James 1:15, “Then when lust hath conceived, it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.” So the temptation is not sin, it is only when we allow our flesh to conceive (sleep) with the temptation (enemy) that it becomes sin which can then take us to hell.

Hebrews 2:18, “For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.” Hebrews 4:15, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.”

All day and many times at night, we will have thoughts come to our mind that we will need to deal with in the victory Jesus gave us. And what does not kill us only makes us stronger. And if we trust in the power of God for our victory we will gain immunity in that area of temptation. That is when you really experience John 3:8 and begin to learn to walk in the wind and to be free of fear.

2 Timothy 1:7, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 1 John 4:17-19, “Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. We love him, because he first loved us.” Rom. 8:31,“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” We need to learn to walk out the victory that we have in Christ Jesus and to become like HIM, 1 John 4:16-17.

Yours, in HIS great love as we celebrate His resurrection and victory for us.

CARNAL NATURE

DEATH OF THE CARNAL NATURE, Rom.8:13 “Worth Considering” 3/21/26

No shortcut exists for a deeper spiritual life.
The man who would know God must give time to Him.
A.W. Tozer

Dying to self is not the death of who you are, it is the death of who you were never meant or created to be. It is the shedding of every false identity, every mask, every counterfeit version that life, sin and pain has tried to graft onto our souls. In Christ, you are not erased, you are revealed and set free, John 3:8. And to get it done takes our 100% effort and God’s Grace.

Once this truth saturates your mind and soul it will be much easier to resist the enemy and drive him out of your life. He is only good at sales, he is a scammer and he never delivers as promised. The web is full of his people today as you well know. In fact, even among so called Christians it is difficult to find humility, obedience, love, holiness, power and a relationship with Jesus as LORD.

Our Creator God is seeking to establish a spiritual level of relationship with us, one on one. But we must accept God’s vision of us becoming like Jesus, 1 John 4:16-17. God’s Word tells us that he that endures to the end, shall be saved, John 12:24-26. We tend to quote, “Once saved, always saved.” and then go on down the road being religious but spiritually dead . Jesus came to have a spiritual connection and living relationship with us, one on one in the Holy Spirit and in truth.

We have but a single life time to learn to grow up and become like Jesus. We need to really make Jesus LORD (MASTER,) put on the mind of Christ and be filled with the Holy Spirit. You can not be filled with the Holy Spirit if you are full of the world and/or the religious junk traditions of men. You have to dump the junk in order to be filled with the Holy Spirit. You are not a one room log cabin, you are a mansion full of rooms and each room needs to be opened, junk storage dumped, cleaned and then filled and occupied by the Holy Spirit. And He will be glad to help you do it.

Seems there is not much time left. We are quickly coming to the end of this age of the gentiles. Jesus warned us that if we were not packed up and full of the Holy Spirit in Matt. 25 that we could miss the only flight. Paul tells us in 2 Thess. 2:1-12 that if we miss that flight we will also miss heaven. If the snatching away of 1 Thess. 4:13-18 happens today, would you be ready to go? What does Jesus say about being ready to go? He is the Lord, the master, the boss. It is not up to us as how we feel about the event of being born into the Kingdom of God. It is up to our Lord as when and who is ready. He told us enough to help us be ready. If we have been too busy to find, and in humility submit to His truth, then we will be left behind. And THAT will not be good, 2 Thess.2:1-12.

1. We are in a life time school to learn to be perfected in love and to become like Jesus, 1 John 4:16-17. We are taught to even love our enemies and to be good to them, Matt.5:42-44. Basically Jesus told us, “ You must love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. …Luke 10:35-37, and went on to tell us that all are our neighbors. Are you doing this?

2. Jesus taught us to find unity with each other in His Truth, John17:20-26. As also did Paul in Eph. 4:11-16 in being fitly joined and compacted together. There is no place for division as it causes confusion and God is not the author of confusion, 1 Cor.14:33. Differences must be addressed in Love and with the context of the Word of God. Unity in not an option, it is a command. We can not say, “My way, or the highway.” It is not a matter of what you like or want to believe. God’s Truth is either found by the Word of God or there is little or no power. God will not empower what is not HIS. 2 Tim.3:5. A divided house can’t stand.

3. We are in school to learn to Judge in righteousness & truth, 1 Cor.6:2-4, “ Do you not know that the saints (the believers) will [one day] judge and govern the world? And if the world [itself] is to be judged and ruled by you, are you unworthy and incompetent to try [such petty matters] of the smallest courts of justice? Do you not know also that we [Christians] are to judge the [very] angels and pronounce opinion between right and wrong [for them]? How much more then [as to] matters pertaining to this world and of this life only!”

As I look into the Word of God and try to gather an overview of why we have an eternal soul living here in a temporary time zone on a temporary planet in a temporary body, I get the picture that we are in a hot house school to learn how to help Jesus rule the whole universe. But if we ditch His schooling we will end up without a body, with total recall, alone, in utter darkness because we rejected our Creators gifts of love, truth, holiness, power, light and eternity. He can’t use us filled with crud. But, I really enjoy being taught God’s truth and in learning to be free in His great love.

EYES, FLESH & LIFE

EYES, FLESH & LIFE “WORTH CONSIDERING” 3/6/26EYES,

1 John 2:16-19, “For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh [craving for sensual gratification] and the lust of the eyes [greedy longings of the mind] and the pride of life [assurance in one’s own resources or in the stability of earthly things]—these do not come from the Father but are from the world [itself]. And the world passes away and disappears, and with it the forbidden cravings (the passionate desires, the lust) of it; but he who does the will of God and carries out His purposes in his life abides (remains) forever. (Amplified Bible)

Lust of the Eyes: Obsessed with material wealth, worldly pleasures and wants what others have. They are Focused on earthy treasures and enticed by vanity & Glamor.
Lust of the Flesh: Driven by sinful passions, carnal desires and seek sensual gratifications. They live for fleshly pleasure and are bound by lustful temptations.
Pride of Life: They are boastful & self-important & crave power & status. They seek human achievements are puffed up with pride and trust in their own abilities.

Seems we are really close to our Lord’s Great Evacuation, also called the snatching away or Rapture. We have be watching “The Chosen” and have enjoyed the wonderful details of the culture and events at the time our Lord came to give us God’s eternal truth for our freedom. Jonathan who plays Jesus in “The Chosen.” Said that Jesus came and talked to him about it and said after the 3 Blood Moons that the spirit of the antichrist would be bringing to us the false peace of 1 Thes. 5:3, that the Rapture or evacuation would happen sometime in September, date not given. But if we procrastinate like the 5 foolish virgins of Matt. 25 and were not full of the Holy Spirit with our Jesus lights turned on bright that we would probably miss the flight to light speed and end up in 2 Thess. 2:1-12.

Then would come the Rule of the antichrist on earth. In Islam, The Mahdi , the Islamic Messiah, is a key messianic figure in Islamic eschatology prophesied to appear before the Day of Judgment to defeat injustice, restore true religion, and establish a global era of peace. He is believed to be a descendant of Muhammad who will rule briefly prior to the return of Jesus. Role: He is expected to appear during a time of immense unrest, ridding the world of evil, tyranny, and injustice. Sunni view: Sunni Muslims believe the Mahdi will be a wise leader, born closer to the end of times, who will lead the Muslim community. The Qur’an began to be written in 510 AD, 400 years after the writings about Jesus. So like the Book of Mormon or the Book of Enoch, (compiled about 200 BC and not written by Enoch. The Qur’an is a selection and compilations of the available writings of the time of 510 AD gathered to gain power and authority. A mix of fiction and facts to manipulate a following who are promised eternity with a heavenly being with beautiful eyes if a martyr.
As for a mid or post Great Tribulation, the enemy uses those diversions of thought to keep us from really being ready when Jesus comes for us. They will keep us into procrastination with doing other things and not waiting like a bride. Why get ready when we will be going through the 7 year, Wrath of God in the Great Tribulation. Check it out! The church will not experience the Wrath of God, 1 Thess.1:10. The Church is taken to Heaven in Rev. 4 & 5 with Jesus. After this then the antichrist rides the white horse in Rev.6 to bring the world under the NWO much like the laws of Islam. The antichrist may be the Islamic Madhi they are expecting. It all ends like in 2 Thess. 2:1-12. It seems possible to me that the Islam of the Qur’an may be the perfect fit for the NWO of the antichrist and the 666 for temporary demonic control of the world. That is exactly the ultimate nature of Islam.

Jonathan mentioned that Jesus told him that we were very close now to the close of the Age of the Gentiles. That the birth pains would become very painful. That dark clouds were being released and that the Truth that Jesus gave us needs to saturate us and be shared or it could be lost. That a spiritual storm with strong waves is coming that only those close to Jesus in full surrender will be able to make it, that it will blow the chaff away.

Scriptures to consider for where we are now:
    Mark 13:8 Beginning of Sorrows
Matt.24:7 Wars, Famines, Earthquakes, (Volcanoes 112 now going off.)
Matt. 24:37 Like in the days of Noah, prior to the flood.
Joel 2:31 The Blood Moon, seen on 3/3/26
Matt.24:31 Loud trumpet calls now being heard in many places around the world.
Matt. 25. Only those ready, full of the Holy Spirit & shining for Jesus will be taken.
Luke 21:36 Must be ready to go to escape the “Great Tribulation.”
Jer. 1:19 That Jesus will be with us in the Holy Spirit.
Rev.20:15 Be sure that your name written in the Lamb’s, “Book of Life !!!”

The Church, is in Heaven in Rev. 4 & 5 during the Great Tribulation of God’s WRATH and enjoys the following experiences.
1. The experience of enjoying a new eternal body as a gift for being an over comer in Jesus.
2. Jesus brings His rewards with Him for His bride, 1 Cor.3:11-15. Rev. 22:12, 2 Cor.5:10.
This will be the bride rewards of the saved from Pentecost to Rapture, it will take time.
3. The Church has the power to finally boot lucifer from the Heavens, Rev.12:11, Ez.28:18.
4. The wedding or eternal union with Jesus before our Heavenly Father, Rev. 19:6-8.
5. Then the marriage feast of the Lamb with all of the families of God included, Rev. 19:9

And after these 5 events, the Church (Rod of Iron) returns to earth with Jesus for His 2nd Advent and Armageddon and to set up the thousand year Kingdom of Jesus on Earth. The Curse is lifted, it will be like the Garden of Eden. At this time Christ Jesus will see to it that all of the promises given to Abraham will be completely fulfilled. After this, those alive, will be tested and then the eternal judgment of all mankind. The goats into the void of eternal darkness. The sheep into the eternal light of God.

Resolving Differences

Resolve Differences, Japanese Way “WORTH CONSIDERING” 3/6/26

1. Most men try to fix things while the room’s still on fire. Japanese couples do the opposite. They sit through the tension. They call it ma. It’s a deliberate silence that lets your body settle down before you speak. A Tokyo counselor told me, ‘We resolve emotion after the spike.’ You simply can’t fix a conflict while your brain’s in alarm mode.

2. When you argue, your bodies sync up in a stressful way. Heart rates and cortisol levels mirror each other perfectly. Talking in this state’s a trap because you’re not physically able to think clearly yet. Research shows 7 minutes of shared stillness drops stress back to normal. That’s how you lead the interaction instead of just reacting to her.

3. One husband saved his marriage by quitting the habit of defending himself. He started sitting in silence for 3 minutes before every single tough talk. No phones. No eye contact. He realized he’d spent years preparing his next argument instead of actually listening. The stillness took away his need to be right. It let him finally hear the pain behind her words.

4. When things get heavy, don’t justify yourself. Don’t start explaining your side. Just say: ‘Let’s take three minutes of ma.’ Sit there together until your breathing matches up and the tension breaks. This habit can cut recurring fights by 61 percent. It’s a shield. It keeps your bond safe from your own worst impulses in the heat of the moment.

Also the Japanese Bushido Code of Key Virtues and Core Principles could be helpful; Based on Nitobe Inazo’s interpretation, the seven, sometimes eight, key virtues are:

(Gi) – Rectitude/Justice: The ability to decide upon a course of conduct in accordance with (truth) reason, without wavering.
(Yū) – Courage: Acting with intensity and bravery, overcoming fear.

It is amazing to me as to how close the Bushido Code is to the 10 Commandments. Seems this could be a good door to use to help unlock the Japanese mind from trying to please the ancestors? And to encourage people to spend more time considering than in reacting.

Of course, the letter of the LAW, kills: It is the Spirit (LOVE) that gives life and makes it work. Jesus switched the motivation for our needed change from fear to love. Love is far stronger in helping us choose to change to become in the image of our Creator, 1 John 4:16-17.

TRUMPET CALL “WORTH CONSIDERING” 2/27/26

Trumpet calls are beginning to be heard in many places in the world, outside and loud with no one blowing them. Seems the great evacuation or Rapture of the Church may be much sooner then expected.

Jesus told Jonathan that the Rapture count down had ALREADY Begun, Jonathan Roumie ( Portrayed Jesus in “The Chosen”)

The experience that Jonathan had with Jesus, is will worth your time to consider. Personally all that I know about coming events in prophesy were an exact match with what Jonathan shared that Jesus talked with him about but from a totally different perspective which was more loving, detailed and understandable for me. But there is no second chance if left behind. You really need to consider this…. The “Way” really is straight and narrow and only a few will find it.
Our Fellowship here on Friday was a study on “God’s Truth.”

TRUTH “WORTH CONSIDERING” 2/20/26
Truth is just one of the Basics of spiritual attack that we are subject to each and every day. We are in a school, a spiritual school to learn how to say no to the Carnal Nature we received from Adam, Rom. 8:13 and with the supernatural spiritual attacks of each day. And Jesus went through the same process of learning obedience that we do, Heb.4:15.

And there is all kinds of so called truth but what is God’s TRUTH. It is amazing what people believe is truth. Some even still feel that the world is still flat. Or that there is no GOD, it all just happened. In the Holy Bible we are told that God’s Truth, sets us free. The enemy tells us that God’s Truth puts us in a box where there is no fun. So where are we and what is God’s Truth?

Isaiah 13:5 They come from a distant country, from the uttermost part of the heavens [the far east]—even the Lord and the weapons of His indignation— to seize and destroy the whole land.Wail, for the day of the Lord is at hand; as destruction from the Almighty and Sufficient One [Shaddai] will it come! Therefore will [a] all hands be feeble, and every man’s heart will melt. And they [of Babylon, Rev.17 & 18] shall be dismayed and terrified, pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman in childbirth. They will gaze stupefied and aghast at one another, their faces will be aflame [from the effects of the unprecedented warfare]. Behold, the day of the Lord is coming!—fierce, with wrath and raging anger—to make the land and the [whole] earth a desolation and to destroy out of it its sinners. For the stars of the heavens and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be darkened at its rising and the moon will not shed its light. And I, the Lord, will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their guilt and iniquity; I will cause the arrogance of the proud to cease.

Revelation 9:13-18 describes the massive army of 200 million horsemen (often described as “two hundred thousand thousand.” This immense force, associated with the “kings of the east” “China”, crosses the Euphrates River on dry ground to kill a third of mankind, riding horses with supernatural, fire-breathing characteristics. “13 Then the sixth angel blew [his] trumpet, and from the four horns of the golden altar which stands before God I heard a solitary voice, Saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, Liberate the four messengers who are bound at the great river Euphrates. So the four messengers who had been in readiness for that hour in the appointed day, month, and year were liberated to destroy a third of mankind. The number of the troops of cavalry was twice ten thousand times ten thousand (200,000,000); I heard what their number was. And in [my] vision the horses and their riders appeared to me like this: the riders wore breastplates the color of fiery red and sapphire blue and sulfur (brimstone) yellow. The heads of the horses looked like lions’ heads, and from their mouths there poured fire and smoke and sulfur (brimstone). A third of mankind was killed by these three plagues—by the fire and the smoke and the sulfur (brimstone) that poured from the mouths of the horses. So the world is headed into God’s Judgment for rejecting HIS TRUTH.

BUT !!! Luke 21:36, “Keep awake then and watch at all times [be discreet, attentive, and ready], praying that you may have the full strength and ability and be accounted worthy to escape all these things that will take place, and to stand in the presence of the Son of Man.”

Rom. 5:9, “Therefore, since we are now justified (acquitted, made righteous, and brought into right relationship with God) by Christ’s blood, how much more [certain is it that] we shall be saved by Him from the indignation and wrath of God.” If you look up all of the scriptures concerning WRATH, you will find that the word relates to the end time Judgments of God in the Great Tribulation of 7 years. The Church is not mentioned on earth at all from Rev. 6-18 during the time of the Great Wrath. Matt. 24:37 indicated that before all of this happens that Jesus will come and evacuate His Church from earth like in the saving of the family of Noah or the 5 wise virgins in Matt.25.

2 Thess. 5:2, “2 For you yourselves know perfectly well that the day of the [return of the] Lord will come [as unexpectedly and suddenly] as a thief in the night. 3 When people are saying, All is well and secure, and, There is peace and safety, then in a moment unforeseen destruction (ruin and death) will come upon them as suddenly as labor pains come upon a woman with child; and they shall by no means escape, for there will be no escape. But you are not in darkness, brethren, for that day to overtake you by surprise like a thief. For you are all sons of light and sons of the day; we do not belong either to the night or to darkness. Accordingly then, let us not sleep, as the rest do, but let us keep wide awake (alert, watchful, cautious, and on our guard) and let us be sober (calm, collected, and circumspect).”

When Jesus comes for HIS Church as in 1 Thess. 4:13-18. There will be 5 things happen with the Church in heaven, Rev.4 & 5. for 7 yrs. 1. A new eternal body for the saved eternal souls. 2. Rewards for what was done out of pure love for Jesus. 3. In Rev.12:11, In the middle of the Great Tribulation, the church brings the authority to boot lucifer out of the heavens. 4. The Church is then eternally joined into the Family of God. 5. The Church then enjoys the Marriage feast of the Lamb with the other families of God. And after this in Rev.19, the church, the “Rod of Iron” of Jesus returns with Jesus to earth for Armageddon and to set up the Kingdom on earth for the 1,000 year rule of Jesus on earth and in fulfilling of all of the promises of God to Abraham.

JESUS, Son of Man, Son of God

JESUS, Son of Man, Son of God. “WORTH CONSIDERING” 2/13/26

1 Corinthians 10:4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.

Paul reveals a profound mystery when he says the people “all drank the same spiritual drink.” Their source was not the terrain, not the wells they found along the way, and not their own effort. “They drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them — and that Rock was Christ.” Long before Bethlehem, long before the Cross, the Yeshua (Jesus) was present, sustaining a people who often failed to recognize Him. In the wilderness, the Rock was struck — and water flowed. God commanded it. Life came from the blow. The people were sustained not by their obedience, but by God’s mercy. Yet later, when the people cried out again, Moses struck the rock a second time — this time without instruction. Water still flowed, but the act carried a cost. Though provision was released, Moses was barred from entering the Promised Land.

This moment exposes a sobering truth: God’s faithfulness can still supply what our disobedience does not deserve — but that does not mean disobedience is without consequence. The Rock did not fail the people, but the approach to the Rock mattered. What God allowed in mercy, He still judged in principle. The Rock was meant to be struck once. The second time, it was to be spoken to.

Paul makes it clear — the Rock was Yeshua. Struck once for salvation. Once for redemption. Once for life. To strike Him again is to misunderstand the nature of grace. Even when provision flows, mishandling holy things has a cost. Yet here is the wonder: the Rock followed them. Yeshua is not stationary. He did not abandon them when they complained. He did not leave when they rebelled. He stayed near, present, available — continually offering life. Their survival was not proof of their maturity, but proof of His faithfulness. Many drink from Yeshua’s provision without reverence for Yeshua Himself. We receive grace, power, refreshment — but forget that intimacy requires obedience, and receiving all His promises requires honor.

This is the hour to recognize the Rock who has followed us all along. Yeshua has faithfully supplied and refreshed us, but He is not to be approached casually. Revival will be carried not just by those who drink from the Rock, but by those who honor Him. Yeshua was struck once for our salvation; now He is to be trusted, obeyed, and spoken to in faith. When we approach Yeshua rightly — no longer presuming His grace but responding to Him in holy reverence — He will not merely sustain us in the wilderness; but He will carry us fully into every promise He has prepared for us.
From George Baltimore

John 5:20, “The Father dearly loves the Son and discloses to (shows) Him everything that He Himself does. And He will disclose to Him (let Him see) greater things yet than these, so that you may marvel and be full of wonder and astonishment. Just as the Father raises up the dead and gives them life [makes them live on], even so the Son also gives life to whomever He wills and is pleased to give it. Even the Father judges no one, for He has given all judgment (the last judgment and the entire position of judging) entirely into the hands of the Son, So that all men may give honor (reverence, homage) to the Son just as they give honor to the Father. [In fact] whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, Who has sent Him. I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the person whose ears are open to My words [who listens to My message] and believes and trusts in and clings to and relies on Him Who sent Me has (possesses now) eternal life. And he does not come into judgment [does not incur sentence of judgment, will not come under condemnation], but he has already passed over out of death into life. Believe Me when I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the time is coming and is here now when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear it shall live. For even as the Father has life in Himself and is self-existent, so He has given to the Son to have life in Himself and be self-existent. And He has given Him authority and granted Him power to execute (exercise, practice) judgment because He is a Son of man [very man]. Do not be surprised and wonder at this, for the time is coming when all those who are in the tombs shall hear His voice, And they shall come out—those who have practiced doing good [will come out] to the resurrection of [new] life, and those who have done evil will be raised for judgment [raised to meet their sentence]. I am able to do nothing from Myself [independently, of My own accord—but only as I am taught by Father God and as I get His orders]. Even as I hear, I judge [I decide as I am bidden to decide. As the voice comes to Me, so I give a decision], and My judgment is right (just, righteous), because I do not seek or consult My own will [I have no desire to do what is pleasing to Myself, My own aim, My own purpose] but only the will and pleasure of the Father Who sent Me.”

John 6:53-56 “And Jesus said to them, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, you cannot have any life in you unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood [unless you appropriate His life and the saving merit of His blood]. He who feeds on My flesh and drinks My blood has (possesses now) eternal life, and I will raise him up [from the dead] on the last day. For My flesh is true and genuine food, and My blood is true and genuine drink.” … So let’s talk about this, what is Jesus sharing with us. Obviously this is metaphorical. (A truth in story form but the meaning?)
Luke 21:36 “Keep awake then and watch at all times [be discreet, attentive, and ready], praying that you may have the full strength and ability and be accounted worthy to escape all these things [taken together] that will take place, and to stand in the presence of the Son of Man.”
1 John 4:16-17 “And we know (understand, recognize, are conscious of, by observation and by experience) and believe (adhere to and put faith in and rely on) the love God cherishes for us. God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him. In this [union and communion with Him] love is brought to completion and attains perfection with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Him], because as He is, so are we in this world.”
Ezekiel 28:18, “You (lucifer) have profaned your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities and the enormity of your guilt, by the unrighteousness of your trade. Therefore I have brought forth a fire from your midst; it has consumed you, and I have reduced you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all who looked at you. Heb.1:7 “Referring to the angels He says, [God] Who makes His angels winds and His ministering servants flames of fire;”

OBEDIENCE

OBEDIENCE “WORTH CONSIDERING” 1/6/26

1 Corinthians 10:1 Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, that all passed through the sea,

Not to revisit ancient history, but to learn the lessons that determine whether a redeemed people actually enter the promises of God or spend their lives wandering just short of them. This journey starts where Paul starts: with a warning, not a celebration. He says, “I do not want you to be unaware.” Ignorance was not Israel’s problem. They were immersed in evidence of God’s power. They saw the cloud. They crossed the sea. They experienced deliverance firsthand. Yet experience did not produce maturity, and proximity to God did not produce obedience.

The Exodus exposes a sobering truth: A people can witness miracles and still resist transformation. Spiritual encounters — even historic ones — do not automatically shape character. God’s power can be present while hearts remain unchanged. Paul makes it clear that revelation carries weight. Once the truth is revealed, neutrality is no longer an option. Light does not merely illuminate — it reveals & judges what refuses to align.

This passage is not preserved for admiration but for warning. The generation that came out of Egypt was not lacking signs; they were lacking surrender. They were not lost in darkness — they were standing in light …. and still choosing to major in minors & unbelief. And Paul says plainly: these things were written for us. The closer a people are to God’s promise, the more dangerous complacency & procrastination becomes, Matt.25, concerning the 5 foolish virgins.

This is the beginning of a sober journey. The Exodus confronts every generation with the same question: Will we allow revelation to shape us, or will we simply carry memories of what God once did? The wilderness is filled with people who were redeemed but never transformed. History shows us that deliverance without discipleship leads to delay, and familiarity with God without reverence leads to loss. “Familiarity breeds contempt,” is a true proverb.

Heaven is not calling us to watch revival from a distance, but to become vessels fully yielded to God. The Lord is not asking us to recount past encounters—He is calling us into present obedience. The light released in our lifetime is meant to transform, not merely inform, and it demands realignment. What God reveals needs to be obeyed, and what He exposes must be surrendered. This warning is not condemnation but mercy ahead of harvest. The fields are ready, the move of God is near, and the time to respond is now.

Exodus 13:21-22 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. 22 He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people.

The children of Israel lived beneath one of the most visible manifestations of God’s presence ever revealed. The cloud was constant — covering them by day, becoming fire by night. It marked God’s nearness, His protection, and His leadership. It told them when to move, when to stop, and where to go. Yet Paul makes a sobering point: being under the cloud did not keep them from rebellion. The presence of God was undeniable, but obedience remained selective.

The cloud was not given as an atmosphere to enjoy, but as an authority to obey. It did not exist to inspire awe alone; it existed to direct movement. Revival always comes with direction. When the cloud moved, they were expected to move. When it rested, they were to remain. The failure of the wilderness generation was not a lack of visitation, but a refusal to follow God’s leading beyond comfort. They wanted the covering of His presence without the cost of submission.

This is the danger every revival generation must face. It is possible to experience the manifest presence of God and still resist His rule. A people can shout, weep, and worship under the cloud while quietly refusing to align their lives with its direction. Presence reveals God’s nearness — but obedience reveals whether revival will be sustained or squandered.

Revival is not proven by atmosphere alone; it is proven by alignment. We may celebrate what God is doing while ignoring what He is correcting. But the cloud was never given to be admired — it was given to be followed. When God’s presence becomes familiar but His leadership becomes optional, movement stops and wandering begins.

God is calling us beyond moments of visitation into lives of submission (discipleship). His presence is not poured out for excitement alone, but for transformation. If we follow the cloud (Holy Spirit) without hesitation, we will not wander — we will carry revival forward. George Baltimore,

Ken Here:
This truth is so deep and needed today that I hope we will not only saturate ourselves but pass it along. I consider George, an Elder & an Apostle for this age and a voice for the Holy Spirit. So where are we? At this moment in time what has the Holy Spirit in trusted to our care. With me, remembering to take tracts with me to town, go to be on time. What does the Holy Spirit want to teach about each week. How to best love the souls who live here to help them get closer to Jesus as LORD. How to put on the mind of Christ Jesus and become like Him. 1 Peter 4:1, “So, since Christ suffered in the flesh for us, for you, arm yourselves with the same thought and purpose [patiently to suffer rather than fail to please God]. For whoever has suffered in the flesh [having the mind of Christ] is done with [intentional] sin [has stopped pleasing himself and this world, to please God],”

So in our quest to become like Jesus, there is no option but to learn to love and embrace His commandments and to become like HIM, Rom 8:13, “For if you live according to [the dictates of] the flesh, you will surely die. But if through the power of the [Holy] Spirit you are [habitually] putting to death (making extinct, deadening) the [evil] deeds prompted by the body, you shall [really and genuinely] live forever.” John 12:24-26 & 1 John 4:16-17.

Worthy Brief – from George Baltimore, <worthybrief@worthynetwork.com>

2 Corinthians 10:4-5 For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, 5  pulling down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought into the obedience of Christ;

The life of the new creation is lived from the inside out, and the primary battleground is the mind. Salvation transforms the spirit in a moment, but transformation of the mind is a daily work of the Spirit, Rom.8:13. The new creation cannot be sustained with old thought patterns. If identity is to be lived out fully, the mind must be renewed to agree with heaven rather than echo this world.

Paul declares in 2 Corinthians 10:4–5 that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to demolish strongholds, to cast down imaginations, and to take every thought captive to the obedience of Yeshua (Jesus). This tells us something vital: not every thought we have belongs to us, and not every thought deserves permission to remain. Thoughts shape beliefs, beliefs shape actions, and actions shape lives. Left unchallenged, the mind becomes a stronghold; surrendered to the Spirit, it becomes a sanctuary. Renewing the mind is not positive thinking—it is truth thinking. It is learning to recognize which thoughts are formed by fear, pride, offense, shame, or past wounds, and refusing them access to our inner life. It is replacing lies with truth, reactions with revelation, and assumptions with obedience. The Spirit does not merely comfort the mind; He reorders it. He trains us to think according to the Word, to respond according to truth, and to see according to heaven’s perspective. When the mind is renewed, captivity breaks. Old narratives lose their authority. The voices of accusation, insecurity, and compromise grow quieter as the voice of the Spirit grows stronger. We stop living from old agreements and begin living from our new identity. The renewed mind becomes the gateway through which peace flows, discernment sharpens, and obedience becomes joyful rather than burdensome.

To think heaven’s thoughts is to align our inner world with God’s reality. It is to let the Word of God govern our emotions, guide our decisions, and shape our expectations. This is not a one-time act but a lifelong relationship with discipline—a holy resistance against anything that exalts itself above the knowledge of God. The renewed mind becomes the lens through which the new creation sees, interprets, and engages the world.

So take authority over your mind. Tear down every stronghold built on lies, fear, and old agreements. Refuse every thought that exalts itself above the truth of who God says you are. Bring your mind into submission to our Messiah and let the Spirit rewire your thinking with heaven’s truth. Let peace replace chaos, truth silence deception, and obedience overtake impulse. This is your hour to think differently, live differently, and walk boldly as a new creation. Align your thoughts with heaven, and watch your life follow. Renew your mind—and step fully into freedom.

New Testament Examples (Ken here, reading between the lines….) 1. The Early Church LOVE and UNITY factors. Acts 2:37 “Now when they heard this they were stung (cut) to the heart, and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles (special messengers), Brethren, what shall we do? 8 And Peter answered them, Repent (change your views and purpose to accept the will of God in your inner selves instead of rejecting it) and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of and release from your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise [of the Holy Spirit] is to and for you and your children, and to and for all that are far away, [even] to and for as many as the Lord our God invites and bids you to come to Him. And [Peter] [I] solemnly and earnestly witnessed (testified) and admonished (exhorted) with much more continuous speaking and warned (reproved, advised, encouraged) them, saying, Be saved from this crooked (perverse, wicked, unjust) generation. Therefore those who accepted and welcomed his message were baptized, and there were added that day about 3,000 souls. And they steadfastly persevered, devoting themselves constantly to the instruction and fellowship of the apostles, to the breaking of bread [including the Lord’s Supper] and prayers. And a sense of awe (reverential fear) came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were performed through the apostles (the special messengers). And all who believed (who adhered to and trusted in and relied on Jesus Christ) were united and [together] they had everything in common; And they sold their possessions (both their landed property and their movable goods) and distributed the price among all, according as any had need. And day after day they regularly assembled in the temple with united purpose, and in their homes they broke bread [including the Lord’s Supper]. They partook of their food with gladness and simplicity and generous hearts, Constantly praising God and being in favor and goodwill with all the people; and the Lord kept adding [to their number] daily those who were being saved [from spiritual death].

Acts 5:12, “Now by the hands of the apostles (special messengers) numerous and startling signs and wonders were being performed among the people. And by common consent they all met together [at the temple] in the covered porch (walk) called Solomon’s. And none of those who were not of their number dared to join and associate with them, but the people held them in high regard and praised and made much of them. More and more there were being added to the Lord those who believed [those who acknowledged Jesus as their Savior (& Lord) and devoted themselves to Him joined and gathered with them], crowds both of men and of women, So that they [even] kept carrying out the sick into the streets and placing them on couches and sleeping pads, [in the hope] that as Peter passed by, at least his shadow might fall on some of them. And the people gathered also from the towns and hamlets around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those troubled with foul spirits, and they were all cured.” So why do we not see this today? Love is God Centered (what about Jesus), lust is self centered (what about me?) 1 John 4:16-17. “16 And we know (understand, recognize, are conscious of, by observation and by experience) and believe (adhere to and put faith in and rely on) the love God cherishes for us. God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him. In this [union and communion with Him] love is brought to completion and attains perfection with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Yashua, Jesus], because as He is, so are we in this world.
