George Baltimore sent a note today about what that Kingdom looks like. Seems, we should be praying as this month of Sept. may be very different. We will have a blood moon on 9/7 and the feast of trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) is due on 9/23. Some feel that the Rapture (evacuation of the church) could happen on 9/23-24. Rosh Hashanah, was a solemn day of rest, marked by the blowing of the shofar (ram’s horn) 100 times to proclaim God’s remembrance of His people, to cry out for His mercy, and serve as a spiritual wake-up call for self-examination and repentance. Prophetically, Christians often view the Feast of Trumpets as a foreshadowing of Jesus’ coming to evacuate HIS Church. The feast is commanded in the Bible (Leviticus 23:24) as a “memorial of blowing of trumpets”. Day of Solemn Rest: It was a day for the cessation of work and a holy convocation. Purpose of the Trumpet Blasts: The sound of the shofar served multiple purposes: to bring Israel to God’s remembrance, to awaken the people for the coming day of atonement, and to serve as an alarm in times of war. Some Christians believe the Feast of Trumpets may be prophetic of the rapture, citing Paul’s mention of the “trump of God” (1 Thessalonians 4:16) at Christ’s return. The Feast of Trumpets was observed as a two-day celebration, adding to its mystery regarding the exact timing of events as the time of the Rapture is still unknown. Be a nice birthday present for me, I will be 93 on midnight 9/22. Add 9+3=12 which is the number of completion. Yom Kippur – the Jewish Jewish Day of Atonement. The holiest day of the Jewish year was observed with strict fasting and ceremonial repentance. Begins on on 10/1/2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on October 2, 2025. This could be prophetic for the 7 years and then Armageddon and the day of deliverance for the Jewish People in setting up of the 1,000 yr. Kingdom of Jesus Christ as King of Kings.
George Baltimore, Song of Solomon 6:3 I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine; he grazes among the lilies. The month of Elul has always carried the whisper of covenant love. Even the letters of its name, Aleph-Lamed-Vav-Lamed (אלול), form the acronym for “Ani l’dodi v’dodi li” — “I am my Beloved’s, and my Beloved is mine” (Song of Songs 6:3). At its heart, Elul is not only about repentance, but about intimacy — the Bride turning her heart back toward her Bridegroom.
The Song of Songs is more than ancient poetry; it is a prophetic picture of Messiah’s love for His people. Just as the Beloved calls to the Bride, saying, “Open to me, my sister, my darling, my dove, my flawless one…” (Song of Solomon 5:2), so Yeshua, the Bridegroom, calls to His Bride, the ekklesia, (church) with a love that will not relent. His knock is not that of a stranger but of the One who has given His life to make us His own, Even for Laodicean Church, consider: (Rev.3:20-22.)
Elul is the season of awakening — when the daily shofar cry echoes the Bridegroom’s knock. It is the call to rise from slumber, to cleanse ourselves, and to prepare for the coming wedding and wedding feast. Preparation begins not with outward adornment, but with inward devotion. The Bridegroom is not wooing us into busyness, but into love — a love that delights in His presence and rests in His embrace.
The King is in the field — and He is also the Bridegroom at the door. This is the Messianic call of Elul: the voice of Yeshua (Jesus), your Bridegroom, wooing you back to your first love. Will you awaken to His knock? Will you open wide the chambers of your heart and let Him in? This is the time to renew love, to deepen intimacy, to be prepared not only as His servant, but as His Bride. Your family in the Lord with much agape love, George Baltimore
I know all of this sounds a bit mushy and emotional and we are trained to hide our emotions as the enemy has hurt us so much and so badly not to become vulnerable, transparent and emotional. But in God’s eternal love and protection we will be finally safe and even now, we should be safe in our LORD’S Church. James teaches us to confess our faults to one another and to pray for one another that we may be healed, James 5:16. But we do find it very difficult to find someone who is trustworthy enough not to publish our weaknesses and grunginess in the local newspaper. And without God’s Truth mixed with our truth in love not much can get done by the Holy Spirit in our gatherings. When in ministry with the hippies that was not much of an issue and the Holy Spirit did some amazing things. It was like living in the Early Church of Acts. It was a river of emotions. So I know that the Holy Spirit wants to do the same things that HE did in acts but our fears tend to keep HIM bound. Fear is faith going backwards. It is not a one man show, the Holy Spirit is free to move when there is a community of faith and a clean basket in which to catch the fruit. But even Jesus could not do much in Nazareth due to the lack of loving faith. They all presumed he was born in Nazareth and there was no prophesy concerning a prophet being born in Nazareth. And Jesus never bothered to tell them that he was born in Bethlehem. I wonder why HE never told them.
Some feel we go through the great tribulation prior to Armageddon, that does not work for me or scripture. I am carefully told in the Word of God to be ready and looking for Jesus as the next event. So this is 9/5/25, and we have a blood moon of prophesy on 9/7 (Acts 3:20,) We already had 3 full eclipses across the U. S.) as prior to the return of Jesus for His Church. And then we have Yom Kippur – The Day of Atonement about a week later. perhaps a week of years that covers the great tribulation. And Armageddon becomes the Day of Atonement for the promises of God to Abraham to be fulfilled with all curses to be lifted for a 1,000 years. Seems to fit rather good to me as we are right at ending 6,000 years or a 6 days heading into the Sabbath Rest of the Lord for 1,000 years. 2 Peter 3:8. “Nevertheless, do not let this one fact escape you, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day.” This is a possibility, will you be ready for it? Procrastination is our worst carnal enemy, that is the reason Jesus never gave us the day.
Yours, in HIS great love and wonderful Grace and Mercy, Ken <>< www.Trinity-Aloha.org
